    I just finished my session with my IT savior, Dennis F***. He was incredible. I am a retired sysadmin so I had tried a bunch of steps and researched my problem in great depth but I could not solve my own problem. He responded in only aa few hours after I submitted the request and I did not ask for high priority. He nailed it within a few minutes. It was with ******* connecting to the ISP. I had a computer problem in the past and I had tried *********. That was not a good experience. It started out with one tech then it went to another then another still. Talk about time on the phone! I had followed Dennis and his Infopackets for several years so I knew his work and figured I would give him a try. He starts with a phone call to get a sense of what he is walking into then explained the process of connection and billing. I had done the same steps many times myself in the past and Dennis was well organized and knowledgeable. There was an adjunct problem that had eluded me for a few years and he dove right into it and found the solution to that also. He uses some great tools and we enjoyed some pleasant small talk thruout the adventure. It makes a big difference when I can appreciate his work as someone who has done it and without having to go to a next level tech with the wait in between. Well worth the money!

    All I can say is Dennis was AWESOME!!!!!!! I screwed up and thought I had some virus on my computer and stupidly got hooked up with these crooks from India. I'm taking full blame for what happened. I thought they were caring individuals but after sending them some money they just kept demanding more!!! These folks were ruthless with voice mails ( demanding money or would take me to court, ruin my credit rating, and other bad things) and then started shutting my computer down. I googled "crooks from India trying to take over my computer". Low and behold Dennis's page came up and I read it and thought hopefully this man can help. It's true, he was a life saver!!!! I have my book keeping on my computer going back to 1994, besides lots of documents, and lots of pictures. All I can think was it's all gone. I emailed Dennis and he got back to me asap and had me up and going in no time. This man KNOWS his stuff and we had a great conversation while he got me going again. THANK YOU Dennis, you are for sure the "COMPUTER STUD"!! If anyone is having these kind of problems then please get a hold of Dennis, you won't be disappointed.

    I'm unable to install scanner driver for my ******* printer. Dennis verified my Windows system was in good working order. He tried several different procedures to install the driver. Ultimately, Dennis suggested a program as a work around for the missing driver. I was impressed with Dennis's dept and breath of knowledge,. I was very satisfied that Dennis did everything within reason to get this to work. I'd hire him again.

    I have been Dennis F***** client for two or three years. He is an excellent diagnostician, very professional and knowledgeable. He responds to inquiries promptly and efficiently. He is very effective with remote consulting. Rates are reasonable and fair. Payment is easy. He has always solved the problems I was having with my computer. His suggestions for improving the performance of my computer are spot on. He is highly ethical. I recommend Dennis without reservation.

    I was pulled into a scam with a ****** Virus rep stating I was being charged the renewal amount. I called to cancel and someone with an accent from India stated are you on your computer I was and he said type this in which seems to have allowed him into my laptop, next I know he says tried to reverse your cancellation fee but placed an extra digit to 699988 you are now going to need to transfer the overage of the refund back to us. meanwhile they had transferred out of my own account to checking. They provided wiring instructions. I called my bank and the red flag went right up and bank stopped and fixed problem on their end. I knew my next call would be to Dennis F***. Having used him before with educated ways to correct the problem I felt this time the company was trying to Lock my computer the people I talked to had an Indian accent and pretended to be ****** Antivirus; they tricked me into logging into my bank and tried to steal $64,000 from me; they also installed "lock my pc" to lock me out of the machine and also installed 5 remote access connections to monitor my activity. Dennis helped to remote access removed, lock my pc removed all warning malware ran scans and made my computer safe, He has always been available and quick to solve your problem. If this helps just one other person Never let anyone access to your computer unless it is Dennis!!

    Absolutely worth every penny. I could not find anywhere else to get the true help I needed to get rid of this scammer who was blackmailing me. I followed Dennis’ plan to the T step by step and helped me get rid of and get my piece of mind back. If you need help with an online scammer HIGHLY recommend. Follow his steps and you can’t go wrong.

    Hired Dennis after making the mistake of engaging with a purported female on line . Was extorted and threatened to pay a lot of money to stop publication of the interaction. Dennis’s information was invaluable in preventing/ stopping the scammers from doing further damage. His info packets material was “spot on” on what they would attempt to do . Very helpful moving forward. Well worth the cost.

    I can't say enough good about Dennis after my "remote" experience with him. Besides being impressed with his technical skills and speed at determining my computer issue he made me feel like I was a member of the family, or at least an old friend. We discussed our ongoing family events and experiences as he simultaneously flew around my computer working diligently. Amazing! I'm sure you won't be disappointed when dealing with Dennis Faas!
