      2 sept 2022 ordered dutch oven $203.39 with tax, ordered sauce pan on 20 nov 2022 for 127.68 with tax for a grand total of 331.07 Were eager to take my money for the product contacted them by email items still coming from manifacture in a few weeks. I phone call 3 times mail box full . I want a refund on my credit card ** ******** ******* ******* ******* *** ***** *** ********** *** **********

      So I guess we were all ****** ****..the cook store web site is down and no call back. I ordered a $106 knife in October 2022 using my credit card and now they have the money....what's our next move?

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!
      Wanting to support a Canadian business, I placed an order on December 4, 2022 for $299.99 and my credit card was charged immediately. I received an email confirming the order and that shipping details would be coming. Having received no further emails, I called on December 21 and the voicemail directed me to email which I did. Heard nothing back in 24 hours as the voicemail said I would so I emailed again on December 23rd. No response ever received. I called and no one ever answered. I called again today - January 19, 2023 again - and now the auto message is that the voicemail is full and person can't be reached. I sent another email as well and it bounced back as undeliverable. Furthermore, the website is now down. * ******* **** *** ** ** ********* ** ********* ********* ** *** ******* **** *** ***** *** *** ********* ** ***** ***** ****** ********* *** **** **** ** *** ** ****** **** *** ******* *** *** ** *** ** ******* * **** ** *** ****** ** ********* *** ***** *** ** *** ********* ***** ***** ****** ********* *** *** *** ***** ****** ****** ******.       I made an online purchase from Cook Store ******* ******* on 24 Nov 2022, and my Visa was debited directly for $83.94. An email receipt was received, notifying me that I would receive a shipping notification, which has never been received. I’ve sent the Cook Store several emails, without a reply to date, and the phone number states that the mailbox is full. This business needs to be reviewed/investigated ** ******* *** ** ********** *** *** ********* ** **** **** ******** ** ** ***********

      Seems we are all in the same boat. I ordered an item from Cookstore, the money was immediately charged to my credit card and I received an email saying my order was confirmed and had been shipped. I waited much longer than the 2 - 4 week time estimated on the website.
      The app to track delivery showed my item was shipping but with no specifics or timeline. After more than a month, I sent 3 emails showing my confirmation and requesting information but received no reply. I also called but it went straight to voicemail informing me that their voicemail was full.
      I find now that the website is no longer in service. * ***** ** **** *** ******** **

      I placed an order Aug 24th 2022 and to date have not received an item in that order. I was 1st told item temporary out of stock and 6 weeks later same story. After that they stopped responding to emails. Tried calling and no one answers and now when you call you get message saying sorry mailbox is full. At this point, I no longer want the item, I want a refund. I would say given the lack of customer service and the inability to reach them by phone that you should avoid shopping with them. Although I am not positive, I think they have gone out of business.

      On Nov 2022, I ordered 3 items, 2 sauce pans and 1 frying pan. The order costed $158.17 (taxes included). I started tracking on Shop and noticed that the order had not moved for several days. I emailed Customer Support and was told that usually the it took 7-14 business days for delivery. I waited and emailed them again asking the reason for the delay, and when was the next expected delivery date. Yes, they acknowledged the delay and promised delivery in the next 2-3 weeks, so early December would be the time frame. I was getting annoyed and told them that I did not approve of their practice of charging my credit card as soon as the order was placed and for the order being delayed so long. They stopped replying to my emails after that. I sent them another email stating that I would be cancelling my order if the items did not arrive by Dec 21. I waited until Dec 20 when I emailing them again accusing them of listing items in-stock on the website when obviously they had no stock, and that they had been ghosting me. I advised Cookstore that I intended to file a complaint with ****** if they do not refund me the $158.17 owed to me immediately or at least update me on the situation by the next day. Still no reply. On Dec 21, 2022, I filed a complaint with ****** providing them with details of my interaction with Cookstore. ****** notified me immediately that they had contacted the vendor for their side of the story and would update me on Jan 11, 2023. ****** ruled in my favour and will be sending a refund back to my credit card. Thank you ******!

      FYI- I ordered my items in August. I waited 5 weeks for my items and I had to call to see where my items were. They were not even shipped I had to ask them to ship what they had. The items I am waiting for were on back ordered but when I ordered they were not and now say sold out. It is January and I am still waiting on 2 of my items. I have sent them 5 emails and no response. I have called many times trying to speak to a manager and I was disconnected. I went to there warehouse and the doors were locked. What else do I have to do in order to get my money back!!!!!?????

      Hello I placed an order from Cookstore in November 2021. I never heard back from them. I reported them to the ******** ********** ******* and **** antifraud unit. I have heard back from the ****. **** ** * ********** ******* *** advised against business with them. I would choose no stars for rating this website/company

      Placed an order Nov.15/22 , my visa was debited that day, and the items have never been shipped .I did have a response to one email sent in Nov., but since then many emails (5)sent have not been responded to and for the last 5 days any phone call is met with "the mail box is full, please call back later". This company should not be allowed to continue to take orders, as I see from reading other customer reviews, that many have the same complaint. * **** **** **** ** ******** ****** ************** *** ********** *** **** ** ***** *** ****** ** *** ******** ***** ** ********* I have now emailed to cancel the order and refund my money, but in view of the above, don't really expect any response.
