      My order never shipped, so I tried calling and emailing the company. I received no answer regarding my order and had to file a complaint with my bank.

      I placed an order on November 20 and I have not been able to receive any status updates. I’ve emailed and called multiple times never getting a response or having my call answered. It’s one thing ** **** ** out of my money but it’s another thing to also ruin Christmas. they need to be shut down and the cherry on top is their audacity to continue to send me marketing emails, but ignore my emails is just insane.

      I ordered a **** coffeemaker ,they took my money Oct 22 ,they said it was coming within the next few weeks ,no coffeemaker ,they do not answer phone ,I just want my money back lots of promises but no coffeemaker

      This is the first time I've placed an order with Cook Store and I find the service to be terrible - I have tried to contact them to see when my order will ship and I can't get a hold of them via phone or email - this is terrible service and they have already charged my credit card - I checked earlier on their website and the item I ordered that they already billed my for is not even in stock now - this is probably why they won't contact me. Their site and the phone message says they answer you quick I beg to differ. I've never had such terrible service at least let me know what's going on I prefer an answer to be ignored.

      Placed an order Nov 8/22 (product was in stock) order # ****** for a ******* Electric Milk Frother. After 2 weeks with no update on my order I emailed them for an update. Was told my order is delayed and estimate date of arrival is next week (Nov 28/22). I sent another email on Dec 6/22 inquiring about my order, no response. Sent another email Dec 9/22 inquiring about my order and asked to cancel my order and refund my credit card. Still have not heard anything!!!
      Now looking at the reviews there is obviously a problem with this company.

      Similar to what other reviews have said recently, as well as many months ago. Placed an order on November 22nd 2022, zero communication since that date. Attempted to contact them via email and via phone for an entire week -- remained on hold for hours -- zero response. Eventually gave up and issued a charge-back after seeing the experience other people are having.

      Placed an order on November 22. On live chat I mentioned that this was a Christmas Gift for my bosses, and they said it would take 2 weeks to ship. I have now sent 4 emails, and called everyday to follow-up to find out the timeline.... No one has responded on either email. The one that is provided on their phone line, or the one that is through Shop on Shopify. They deducted the money right away, and it seems like no one works for this company..... Warning... Do not shop on this site. It may have been good before, but now it seems like they cannot fulfill orders or get back to customers.

      I placed an order in September and was informed it was supposed to arrrive in late November. I have since received no updates despite repeated requests for either an update or to cancel my order. They have had my money since September.

      Avoid this website/company* ***** ****. They never respond or deliver the product. They advertise a great selection of products and have manipulated the customer reviews so that they seem legit, including being a great Canadian company. You place an order then never here from them. No live customer service only by email and when you try and contact them to place an order, it indicates that they are busy. Again, avoid this company. I have contacted both my bank and BBB to get my money back.
