    Clothes are cheaply made and do not look like pictures. They will not honor returns, if you can even get someone to chat with. No phone number listed. Do not buy from this site!!!

    Horrible company. A sham. Ridiculous customer service if you can even call it customer service. I live in Washington state, and my order tracked over and over again from GA to AL to FL and back - almost like it was forged tracking. Every time I asked for a refund, they kept asking me to confirm my address, in a never-ending loop. I will never attempt to order anything from them again. I ended up disputing the charge through ******** ********

    I had a better experience than the other reviewers. I got everything I ordered and it arrived 5 days earlier than the email from them said it would. The material is very light but it is hot here in Texas and is perfect for keeping cool. Anniecloth worked out for me THIS TIME. I have ordered from other China-based companies and have been ripped off; exactly the issues others have warned about. Ordering from Anniecloth may be a risk still, especially if you have to return something.

    Anniecloth is a Chinese company which I purchased 2 high priced shirts through a ad on Facebook and received them addressed from Newark and went to exchange one for a larger size and they emailed me to include that any return goes to a China address. The cost was more than the expensive shirt. It amazes me that our country allows business practices like this company.

    This company is a total fraud and the site should be shut down permanently. I used to think false advertising was illegal. Not if you do it overseas I guess.

    Honestly NO stars! The dress I ordered to attend a memorial service was made of cheap cloth. It felt like the material used to make a Chinese paper lantern! So disappointed. No return label or instructions for returning so I’m stuck with it!

    I ordered 5 dresses. The last of them arrived 2 months after the order was placed. The bonus bracelet clasp broke the first time I tried to wear it The dresses are wearable mostly for around the house but certainly not as nice as they appear in the photos. One I received while the same basic design had a different cut to it, cap sleeves not short sleeves and the V scalloped neck line was much more shallow than the attractive one pictured. Dresses are not as tailored as pictured. Most are a T-shirt like material. Those with white are thin and wound need a slip underneath. Good for around the house, not as dressy as they are made to appear. Fairly cheap if you buy in quantity. But, you just don’t know what you’re going to get.

    Worst online experience I’ve ever had
    Tried to return the dresses and they made it was SO difficult Plus you pay for shipping both ways! It’s been well over a week since I shipped it back and still no credit This is a total scam company Also the clothes are cheaply made The pictures are way better than the product How they’re still in business is beyond me

    Placed an order and never received an email confirmation. No way to track my order. No way to contact anyone. Based on the reviews I guess I'm out of luck. Should've read the reviews first.. that will teach me. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP
