      1. My VISA debit card issued by Regions bank was fraudulently used for a total amount of $******** on 8/10/22.
      2. Such fraudulent transactions were occurred in the Apple store of Canada (#R2 5732 Laval Qc 1521), a place that I have never been to in my whole life.
      3. I found these fraudulent transactions on 8/16/22 and reported them to Regions bank on 8/17/22. Claim ID: ********  And also reported the fraud to Birmingham police department on 9/21/22 per Regions Bank’s suggestion. case number:*********** *. Based on the terms of the Fraud and Theft Protection for the Visa Debit Card described on the website of Regions Bank, I should have no liability for the lost due to the fraudulent transactions.
      5. However, my claim was denied by Regions Bank, and they have not refund me the lost money till now.

I opened a new account (to be honest, only because they offered a bonus for new customers). I was told I met the criteria for no monthly fees but still received a fee. I asked to close my account, and they said I had to visit the branch and that my account was locked from making any deposits.
      Things they should do better:
      1. Be more explicit about the fee structure.
      2. If you're going to lock an account (not sure if this is their standard practice for new accounts or if there was something special about my account), let the person know that you're holding their money hostage.
There are plenty of better banking options out there. I will be avoiding Regions and advising others to do the same.

I would recommend no one have any banking with them or get a bank mortgage. We have had the worst time with them whether it was in person or trying to navigate through their website. Our second home has a mortgage through them and has been on autopay. Our home was destroyed by Hurricane sally 2 years ago today. We are still dealing with as of today. The home had to be demolished but we have still paid house insurance on it 2 years. Finally received part of an insurance check made out to myself and the bank. I cannot get them to even deposit the check and they are trying to get me to repair the house even though it no longer exist. The websites are terrible to work through and they want you to go to the branch for assistance but the branch send you back to a website. You cannot even call in to try and resolve matters. Long story short- Never borrow money from them. As I have read from others before and never left this before but I would give them 0 stars if possible.

I have been a customer with Regions around 2013. Since opening my account I have had nothing but issues. My issues have been mostly concerned with customer service (poor quality + difficult to contact) and heavy fees. Every time I turn around I am getting some type of fee with Regions. When I inquire, they make a recommendation to further avoid in the future (like changing a setting or opening a different type of account) which I follow, only to continue to have surprise fees!! Specifically, I was told to avoid overdraft fees I should opt out of Overdraft Protection. I made this change in the settings of my account, and also confirmed with a customer service rep that I would not have this "protection" and FEES. My request to opt out was not honored, or it was changed without my consent. This week I overdrew my account and initiated a transfer from another account to cover. By the time it got there I had $180.00 in OD fees!!! First of all that is a ridiculous amount, but now I am literally drowning just to cover the fees. Customer service was not willing to help (they refunded $18.00). And I will just continue to accumulate fees until I am fee'd to death by Regions!! CapitalOne has zero fees. How can Regions even compete?! DO NOT TRUST REGIONS WITH YOUR MONEY.

This bank is horrible! I went to this branch as it was closest one 45 min away to cash a cashier's check given to me by one of their customers. Granted it was a large amount and I was told they didn't have enough cash on hand. The teller was rude and suggested I give it back to the person for cash (I had told her he was in MS and I'm here in TX). I then asked if I could open a new account and deposit the check so they could then wire the funds to my regular bank after rudely telling me wire was not option since it was a check. They said that was possible so I said let's open an account. I was the only customer in the bank with 3 employees (teller, bank manager and one other guy at a desk). The bank manager asked the guy to work with me and he said "no, i'm busy and will be for next 30 min". Then he asked teller to do it and she said "no, remember I'm going to lunch". So then he told me they could do a phone verification so my bank would lift the hold. I asked him since they were apparently so busy would someone be available to answer the phone and he said he could be available. Unbelievable they did not care at all about getting new business and declined to help me while I stood right there in front of them! Will definitely never bank with them or deal with them in the future if I can help it!

An order of blank checks was never delivered to me but to somebody else who wrote 5 checks deposited in Navy Federal Credit Union in Memphis TN on 08/10/202@ 3:10 all at one time. Today is 09/02 Regions says maybe 30 days I might get money back. Police report was filed 08/15. I would think by knowing who wrote checks and where went it would not take 45 days to return money

worst loan bank ever!!! extremely high interest rates, horrible website that is very hard to navigate and find correct information, 25 minutes on hold and customer service one of the worst I have experienced. Would never use them again. Sent them payoff amount and could not see that it was credited but was withdrawn from my bank. Then since time check in mail to them cashed another ***** interest. Called and after 25 minutes actually spoke to a customer service rep. Fee for using a debit card besides to pay off this ridiculous interest. NEVER NEVER use this bank - better to go to a loan shark and ask for a loan.

Future EnerBank Customer, BEWARE: I have my pool loan through EnerBank - the lack of access you have to your loan online is astounding! Want to discuss? Call and wait on hold for 30+ minutes... Oh, they have a text option for faster service, BUT they text you saying they can't help you and to call.... So, 30+ minutes to talk to someone about YOUR LOAN. You can't even see your loan balance without speaking to a rep... I have always paid extra on my loan for the excess to go toward principal. As with most (every other loan company I have ever utilized - over 20+), you can specify this and always access your balance online. This is absurd.... It is 2022 - it just smells of shadiness... As soon as the market, stabilizes, I am going to refinance with a more reputable company. Not knowing exactly where my money is going and having constant access to the account doesn't feel right. Don't worry, they make it easy for you to pay them... You just can't make a specification that any extra is principal... A part of me says shame on me, but most of me says SHAME ON ENERBANK!

I called to cancel my account with Regions 3 weeks ago, and the member service rep told me "We don't like to step on anyone's toes, so you'll have to cancel with the branch you opened with". Now my account is negative. I called to complain about that last week and the member service rep put in a complaint for me (from the 1800#), and I was told that "I would receive a call back, and to NOT pay the balance since it was being investigated" which has not happened. My account is now even more in the negative!

On 08/15/22 Regions bank recently took money out of my account for a recent claimed I filed for $***, without any warning. A letter was sent but no specific date was given was given when the money will be taken out after an investigation. A police report was filed and they denied my claim and took the funds out of my account. My hard earned money out of my account. I demanded to speak with their corporate office.
