      Online supervisor Maya. And the *** who answered my call. Ruined the 20 year experience in 15 minutes that i had with Regions. I called in to request babk details on a Pending transaction that hit my account thursday Nov, *******. I used the contact us phone number from the regions app. (I will never do that again) my first spoken words were i do not know if I need to file a claim, it may be something I fid but dont remember. I was asking for the bank details. The rrp cut my card off without me asking and I asked her to cut it back on. She said she could not that her supervisor could once I validated the ***** transaction I called about. I reminded her I did not know if it was valid or not that is why I called to get the bank detail and to look into it. I did become frustrated and rude at this point, the *** was never rude, just made a gross error, but the supervisor Maya, now she should not be in that job and if Regions keeps her after reviewing my complaint, I will take my little money and go elsewhere after 20 years. Maya, was so rude after a mildly heated conversation she told me she ain't gonna cut my card back on, even though I said I would validate the little ***** transaction. I requested to speak to her boss and she told me no that her boss does not speak to customers. After I confirmed with Maya, that she was telling me She would not let me speak to her boss, she would not cut my card back on even though I never requested it to be cut off and even with me validating the ***** transaction. She again denied me access to my debit card and her boss. If regions HR does not listen to that recording then that is unacceptable. I believe Mayas actions of deliberate ugliness caused injury to my financial situation. She could do this to anyone of you, creating h*** for you, just because she can. I told my local branch of 20 years I almost closed my accounts out 3 plus a cc, but I would stay and NEVER use online help again. USE YOUR LOCAL BRANCH FOR ALL NEEDS.

      I am not surprised that this location has such a low rating. Their staff misrepresented their policies cheating me out of a years worth of high interest on $25K. Additionally, they also charged me a $15 fee each month even when my balance was over the minimum for NO service charge. When I discovered this and went to the bank yesterday to close my account and take my $25K elsewhere, the officer (not a teller) told me that she has no power to get my undeserved (by her own admission) fee reversed. Then she wants to charge me an additional $10 for the check to get my own money. She has no power to waive the fee as a courtesy. I have not been so upset by poor customer service in as long as I can remember.

      If you unfortunately lose your job and havent any funds deposited within 20 days, and abruptly receive funds to existing account you will not have access to those funds. They completely freeze the account while still allowing the deposit. Worst banking institution Ive ever encountered.

      Worst customer service ever. I closed a savings and checking accounts in 2021 in ******* that I had with my mother. I need old statements for a ******** application for my mother, they do a five year look back of finances before approving so she can keep her room in a nursing home after spending down her own finances. This is an urgent matter and Regions will not do anything to supply these statements. . Ive submitted all the information in the first notary letter. it was rejected 1 month letter by a letter because I did not have the address I had lived in when account was opened. I started the whole process over with all the documents, account #s , etc. advised to send . Four weeks later no letter or communication from bank.The strangest thing is that the department (Regions ***************** Contact Center Research ************************************ ) customer service representatives advises you to send request to is NOT reachable by the employees by phone. Customers can only correspond by letter. They are only able to send a limited message on their system and provide me with a ticket #. Then told I can call back in a week, see if research department has responded with a rejection note that does not say why. There are many more details in me trying to get these statements for a 6-month period to write.I will be checking how to file a complaint to the banking regulatory agency.Stay away from this bank in my opinion.

      ********** I have ever experienced regarding there dispute department. Please bank somewhere else. If you have an issue with a transaction and need to do a chargeback your chances of getting that money back are very slim. I have banked with them for over 10 years. Ive done maybe a dozen or so disputes and Ive maybe only gotten my money bank twice. No matter your reasoning regions will make you jump through hoops and make it impossible to get your money back, even if the merchant stole your money. All these terrible reviews Im seeing on here for the first time tells me all I need to know. Im glad Im not the only one with bad experiences, long overdue but Ill be closing all my accounts.

      They shut down my account after I made a Zelle transaction they claimed was fraudulent. I had to drive down to the only branch we have 30 minutes away to show my photo ID to have it reopened. I still could not complete a Zelle transaction after the fact. Today my husband had fraudulent activity through his debit card on a checking acct we both share. My husband responded to a fraud alert text from the bank and I called the customer service line requesting g the money be returned to our joint checking account. ********************** refused to speak with me. I am so done with this institution. We have been with them for over 20 years and hate banking with them now!

      Do NOT bank with regions I had a personal account and business account I already left with personal account to another bank and now they have given me 4 overdraft fees for items I didnt even allow and had the companies fix it and still the bank refuses to give back my $36 fee for these things which totals $144 even after the companies refunding their mistake. Its ridiculous company and I spoke to multiple people and no one can fix their own s**** up. Its very bad business and they have already been sued for wrongfully taken overdraft fees stay clear of this horrible bank

      ******** customer service on the phone with no answers. Beware, They file a UCC-1 on your property which affects you when trying to refinance or get an equity loan just like a lien! We submitted a temporary *** termination which said it had a max of 2 weeks turn around time. We are now over 50 days with no answers. After calling several times they will not transfer you to any person or department that can help. They just keep saying they are back logged, they can not see that info and add another 2 weeks to the last deadline they gave you. And even though the submission of the request was sent twice. They respond to a message after 14 day through the online customer account and state they do not see any request! This also includes the title company reaching out to follow up on their end. Completely unprofessional!! Because of this we lost our closing date and have not been able to complete our loan with the title company which at this point seems its not going to happen.

      Worst bank EVER. Do not bank with them especially for a business account. They cant never find our account over the phone to correct any problems we have. Checks take 13+ days to clear which makes it very hard to run a business with that rule. Account was overdrawn due to items hitting and we did not have access to a branch to deposit money, we live in ** and 2 hurricanes came through giving no electric to an ATM or branch in our area, we requested for the overdraft fee to be forgiven because of the natural disaster.. did they care? Absolutely not.We will be waiting weeks for this check to finally clear and we will be shutting the missing account down.

      They communication is horrible. They never told me if i get my refund back for $100 dollars that they was taking $50, and that dont make sense when i wasnt able to open the account and get access to my online account after i already deposited the $100!!! I want my money back
