      They have way to high expectations for how your ratings are suppose to be. If you have preferred shoppers and get the customer the things they ordered, but you end up getting let go due to being late. They need to fix the rsting system, and give people second chances instead of denying them months later. They should let people try again. It doesn't make them bad person or a person who shouldn't work for this company, they just don't believe in second chances.

      ZERO STARS!!! Very dangerous company to work for as a contractor. They dont care about your safety or wellbeing. They will put your life in jeopardy just to make you keep your ratings up. Doesnt matter if you only have 5 star ratings, a ton of preferred shopper requests, and are reliable! If you are late for ANY reason to include but not limited to icy roads, snow storm, PAs at target getting pepper sprayed to where half the store shut down, car issues, road closures, etc, they will fire you because you are just a number to them and are disposable. I highly discourage anyone to work here and on the customer side, I would not support a business that doesnt care if people are dead or alive, they only want you to be on time. Its disgusting and disheartening that businesses like this are allowed to treat people the way they do!

      After using Shipt for years, I realized that the charges they show you in the email for the products you bought have nothing to do with the product's actual price. In addition to paying for membership for the convenience, Shipt inflates the cost of the item! For example, I was charged $ 64$ + tip for my last shipment delivery. However, the actual cost of the items came to $46. I never saw the fine print where they say they can charge you whatever they want regardless of the cost of the item. I suggest you stay away or cancel your membership. I should have been informed upfront that they inflate the prices. SHAME ON SHIPT. And shame on me for trusting them. Never again.

      Shipt delivery service is a total scam. They inflate the prices and put hidden fees on their own emailed invoices. I have filed a claim with my apple card and I will never use this service again! I will make sure I get my money back! My groceries were in the amount of $79 and they put on their invoice $101 plus delivery fees, plus tips. Never use this company!

      At this point I am held at a disbelief. I also want to point out the rating system. With over 20 1 star reported comments and this business is still at an A+ standard. The way this company operates is no where near even a D+. I'm a shopper, I've been working with them for 2 years. Today I stand with a deactivated shopper account. Just last night it's raining and traffic was all over the place, even rain on the freeway with trucks was dangerous. In the mid of my last order from target I'm already docked late and it's not my fault; target has over 50% of those items locked and no floor employees have keys to them???so I'm there delayed over 20 minutes. Then the order goes on that scary ******************** at 10 pm. Seen a car accident and so I made the smart choice to contact shipt customer support by app and made screen shots that he advised me to take the items back to target when I'm done, send the customer a message about what was going on and apologize for the inconvenience and their items will be safe at target. After I did that they closed the order out and gave me a $5 incentive and emailed me $15. Then woke up this morning making this complaint review. It makes me upset and I make sure that I'm a courteous customer who also shops as a ********************** customer. These drivers go through too much and don't consider what drivers have to do to get orders done like the extra $7 I would've had to pay to tolls. Someone please evaluate!!!! And add to know it's more than 40 angry people from this company. Even more to count.

      THIS IS ACTUALLY MY REVIEW FOR ALL 3RD PARTY DELIVERY APPS: They ALWAYS treat new customers good AT FIRST & that's ONLY REALLY SOMETIMES!! !! - then if you get a membership everything becomes an out of control MESS because U AREN'T GETTING CHARGED DELIVERY ************* A HUGE S**** UP!! Sometimes orders aren't even picked up or delivered. Items missing, details ignored, - then there's also drivers who will be at first "on it" then drop the order. DON'T TRUST THEM!! IDK WHY ALL THESE PLACES ARE ON 3RD PARTY APPS WHEN U CAN GET DELIVERY DIRECTLY FROM THE PLACE ITSELF!! BAD IDEA!!! THIS REVIEW IS FOR BOTH ******************** 3RD PARTY APPS!! THEY COMPLETELY SSSUUUCCKKKKK!!!!!!!!!

      ZERO STARS!!!!!! One bad day of running late for work and your account is deactivated without warning!! Shipt is also refusing to payout my money that Ive worked for. Shipt immediately deactivate shopper account but refuses to immediately payout money that youve worked for. I worked a lot of hours so that I could feed my infant children and shipt refused to release my payment. My kids cant wait an additional 5 days to eat! Their phone representative, ****, refused to transfer me to management and hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service. No compassion or consideration for employees. DO NOT WORK FOR SHIPT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES.

      I am beyond devastated they fired me after working a complete day. I am a single mother to 3 kids and solely worked for Shipt to survive. The reasoning was for reliability. Ive had sick kids the last 2 weeks and the weather has been really bad. I requested an appeal and was denied. This company does not care about its employees. I was a dedicated worker and never stole from my customers. Im lost for words. I loved my job so much.

      ******** company to work for they do not care about their employees. Greedy greedy greedy. Will deactivate your account with no warning they think their shoppers are expendable. Doesnt matter how good your rated or how long youve been with the company. They are not loyal.

      the fact that shipt has back to back one star reviews but still an A+ BBB rating shows that the BBB could care less about harming the reputation of a horrifying business. i signed up for shipt for target subscription. every single order i made ($200+) was late EVERY single time. never within the delivery window. and im not speaking about one hour or two hour delays. im talking about they will send that order the next day if they want to. its disgusting. i spoke to several managers after facing this issue who all have tell me they dont have a time frame guarantee and if there arent shoppers available or if they are running late, they cant do anything about it. PLEASE HAVE THEM ADD THIS VERBIAGE TO THEIR DELIVERIES. they actually guarantee time slots and time frames. additionally, 90% of their delivery people cannot shop. they will say items arent available that are indeed available because they dont want to go through certain departments like for example, tonight, a shopper told me all 4 toddler outfits & the substitutions were unavailable, so i sent her 4 other items that showed available quantity on the app, she stated they were unavailable. stop hiring such lazy people. i order from the same stores on ********. i never had an issue and they can guarantee delivery periods.
