I made a online purchase of some sneakers on 1/8 to be picked up in the store. I immediately noticied after hitting complete order that I needed a size 3 instead of 2. I called the store and spoke with *** the manager who informed me that they can swap out the sizes. On 1/9 I had the designated party go pick up the shoes. The male employee says he could not swap the sizes due to needing management to work the system. He said he tried calling her but there was no response. The shoes were never taken, but the employee scanned them out as being picked up anyway, hence the email I received. I have tried calling the store multiple times, I either am told that Cam is not there or no one picks up the phone. This store has the shoes and my money which is theft.Initial Complaint

I ordered some **** shoes from this retailer on December 8, 2024. The order originated out of *******, *** and shipped from *********, *** on December 18. The packaged went from *********, *** to *********, *** and sat at the ***** location for 5 days without movement. The package then shipped to a ***** location in *******, *** and arrived on December 27, 2024 at a ***** location and has been sitting there since. I have called and spoken to Hibbett's customer service and gotten no resolution. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was told that I would get a call within 24-hrs and did not received a call-back. The customer service agent gave me a case# ********. I have tried to get in touch with ***** with no positive results. Only can talk with virtual assistance. I spoke to Hibbett customer service again today 1/2/2025 and still no resolution. I asked for a refund and was told that I had to wait another 7-10 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given another case# ******** and told that one will contact me within 24-hours. Let it be known that my grandson lives about an hour from where the shipment originated in ******* and still haven't received his shoes. I just want a refund at this point.Initial Complaint

I went into the store in ****, ************** under the management of **** where I shop often. I purchased two pairs of **** dunks and a pair of childrens Air Force ones. The system shut down after my transaction processed and the cashier was unable to print me a receipt. I was told that I couldnt leave the store with my items without the receipt the working manager acknowledged the purchase, and seen the deduction from my account she reached out to ***************** who stated that those funds would be reimbursed to me. It has been a week and those funds have not been refunded to my financial institution. Ill call **************** earlier and was told to go into the store for a refund when I went into the store , **** was very hostile and called **************** placed an additional ticket. It has now been over a week and I still dont have my money back. This was not my first time shopping at this location. I shop there frequently and I feel the situation couldve been handled better, and my money should have been returned .Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from Hibbett on December 1, 2024. The same day, I shipped the item back to Hibbett. I have proof that Hibbett received the item. To date, Hibbett has not refunded my money. I have contacted Hibbett numerous times via email, and by phone. Now, Hibbett will no longer respond. Lastly, I paid out of pocket for shipping due to Hibbett's flawed online start a return process.Initial Complaint

On December 9th I purchased a pair of shoes. Confirmation email sent, states that they were shipped on December 9th. I have checked everyday since and the order still says "awaiting carrier pickup". I have contacted customer service chat 3 times to no avail. The shipping policy states 3-7 days for delivery. I contacted customer service chat today, December 18th, and was told that my package was picked up and the carrier just forgot to scan it, but it's on its way to me. Was told that after the 10th day I could request a refund. Contacted them again December 19th and was told my package was never shipped and they would put in a request for a refund. I told them I do not wish to have a refund I would like the item that I purchased. Asked to speak with a supervisor and he assured me that one would be calling me back shortly. I've ordered several shoes from Hibbett. *** here recently I've gotten them an they've been worn or damaged. Shoes say they are store returnable but store in ****** Fl refuses to accept the Shoes back even though Hibbetts policy says return them to a store but the manager at the Hibbetts in ****** fl still refuses. I've been going back an forth with Hibbett and haven't gotten this issue resolved. So I've been forced to mail the by **** mail and now the Shoes keep getting stuck in ********** AL. *** after several phone calls to Hibbett again I'm having to continue calling to get a refund after showing proof that I sent them off. These are not cheap Shoes ******* dollars Shoes. An waiting on refunds is starting to really cost money an time.Initial Complaint

I called last week due to my points not showing up. They said that they added them and to wait 72 hours. I've waited more than the alotted time and my points still aren't on my account. Can't speak to anyone in ******* because they outsource so I have to speak with ***** from *****! I need to speak with an American in **********. Quite crazy to not utilize people in your own city. I didn't pay y'all in indian Rupee why I gotta struggle to resolve an issue with them?
