      Recieved a fake Jordan shirt. I sent them the pictures where it’s missing Jordan on the shirt the signature was supposed to go across and it’s just in the middle of the shirt and different than the shirt. No way it’s a miss print it has added text, it’s a fake. They want me to return it and than reorder the right shirt. I ordered the right shirt the first time. Customer service ***** contacted chat and Facebook to no resolve. So now I have to go return this awful shirt in store and I just won’t be ordering a replacement or from this company ever again.

      They cancel all my orders and tell me they cancel cause they believe I buy with intent to sell yet no proof just label how they feel I literally have like 7 orders on that site and still got every product I purchased from them yet I resell I believe the company is racist and I hope they get shut down soon

      i ordered a pair of shoes online for pick up in store. when i arrived at the store at 6:45pm on a tuesday they were closed. The hours online and posted in the window stated close 7:00pm. I went to the same store the next day at 1:20pm the store was still closed??. i’ve called the corporate office to file an complaint the District manager tried to make it seem like I was in the wrong.very unprofessional and unacceptable i will never spend another dime with this establishment.

      My nine year old son has been saving his money for Nike Air Jordans. When he finally had $***. we placed an order with Hibbett Sports. We were all so excited for him when the package arrived. Unfortunately, Hibbett Sports only sent one sneaker. Not sure what we are suppose to do with one right shoe. I have reached out through the website chat box as well as the customer phone support and have gotten nowhere! I will dispute this charge with my credit card as a next step. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

      Placed an order, wasn’t allowed to cancel the second I placed it. Called to cancel the next day and was told they can’t cancel anything and I have to wait for it to get shipped before I can send it back. Ridiculous

      I made a purchase online. Said to be delivered July 28th. My credit card was charged. Delivery never came. And they say my order was cancelled so would get my refund in 30 days. Just terrible.

      Im very disapointed with Hibbert sports i wil never order on.line again from them the worst company ever order on July 5 said its a delay still as of now they could not tell me when So they had to cancel my order all this Time smh
