      I ordered my bby some shoes from 5pts west location on August 2nd, was told it would take 3 to 5 business days by the store manager, 5th day I went into the store to get my order, NO SHOES. I asked why weren't they there, they were still at the ******* location, they told me ***** haven't picked it up. Days later it's the 10th, still no shoes, they just haven't delivered them, at this point I'm frustrated school started Monday, its Thursday. Store manager got angry with me because I asked her, why would you tell me 3 to 5 business days and here it is the 8th day no shoes everybody keep saying they a call back, NEVER CALLS BACK, dnt knw why my bby shoes have not arrived even thou they are in the same city, she tells me at this point I cnt help you, walked away from me. That was so unprofessional I need answers I want my bby shoes and they playing

      I placed an order on July 15th for some grade school new balance. I never received the shoes, and I was told there was no tracking number. Finally five days later I called again and I'm told they are lost. So I was given a 25% discount and hibbet wanted me to order the shoes and pay for them without receiving a refund. Order the shoes again and instead of them sending grade shoes in a 6 they send a 6 in women. Now someone name ******** wants me to return the shoes before I receive the refund. I don't think this is acceptable at this point because I have been dealing with the nonsense for two weeks. I should receive my refund asap or ship the correct shoe size. I do not work in the warehouse so this is not on me. She offered a 30% discount but have cause a inconvenience for me. School starts on August 8th, how am i supposed to ship the shoes back receive the refund and reorder and havethe shoes by the 8th? They know they are wrong. I asked for a different supervisor and the lady *** said because she's a supervisor she can't transfer to another supervisor. Really??.I give them a -0. I really didn't want to leave a star but you can't go any further without clicking one.

      I ordered a pair of ****** six rings on May 31,2023.. the next day I looked on my account and $56.25 was missing out of my account. Now *********************** is saying they never took the money out and it was a authorization hold. My bank says it was taken out and it shows that money came our and it never came b ack. I'll never order or shop with this awful company. A RIP OFF, DONT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LIVE TO REGERT IT.

      I have been ordering from them for over 2 years now. Now over the years my shoe size won't change but my boys will because they are growing. I was recently told that my account is blocked because it was determined I am a reseller. With no proof or no explanation they told me I can't appeal and my account cannot be blocked. I have spent thousands with this company and for them to assume I am a reseller is ridiculous and yet no one cares.

      They have terrible customer service and have no clue what they are doing . They flagged my account as a reseller and never once told me it was flagged. So now I cant buy anymore product for my family. For one Im not a reseller and never have resold in my life. They couldnt even tell me why I was considered a reseller. They also took my reward points and was supposed to give them back but didnt. Only reason I even noticed is because I found a note in my phone. Dont trust this company at all if you buy something they will cancel it even after staying it was shipped. If you buy shoes often they will consider you a reseller and wont be able to tell you why. Stay away from this company its a reason why they have a D+. **************** is horrible and they need better training. How can you flag an account but cant tell me details on why it was flagged.

      If I could give negative stars I would. THEY shipped to the wrong address and now zero ways to get what I purchased and they do not give a **** about that. Saying it's my problem that the address was wrong. They will not take responsibility for their wrong doing and now I am out money and the pants that I ordered. **************** here is absolutely terrible. Online chatted with 2 people ******************, *******************, and ****** E on the phone after dealing with the 2 chat ladies. Both chats the ladies were highly unprofessional and rude and ****** couldn't care less and did nothing. Fact is that if this was messing with their money and products I'm sure something would be done. Extremely unhappy and will never ever do business with Hibbett sports again and will highly discourage anyone else from using them.

      Ordered a shirt and received a 'its shipped' email the next day. four days later, receive an sms that says your order shipped. So do i have two shirts coming? Chatted online with customer support which got me no where. she blamed **** 4 days later, called customer support. Shirt hasn't shipped. Wait and see, can't start refund yet. 2 days later, called again. ***** appears to be lost and someone finally started a refund ticket. 3 days later, i get another email saying that i have to wait two more days to file a claim. wait two days. try to file a claim. can't. call again. claim filed. purchase price of the shirt refunded to my paypal account. No sales tax included. receive email from ROUTE - their refunders - saying they don't refund the sales tax. I ask if i have to get that from Hibbett. no answer. Horrible customer service. Never, ever again.

      I placed an order online with this company. I have used them several times before and my orders have always come to my home address, which is also the only address on my account. This time I used Apple Pay, which is linked to a card that has a different billing address. They shipped my items there which is 2 hours away. When I called customer service, they said there was nothing they then told me when u use Apple Pay it automatically changes the shipping address if its different, as if I was suppose to know that. Then they said there was nothing they could do and refused to give me the number to corporate.

      If I could leave a zero star rating I would! I ordered a pair of **** Metcons at rhe beginning of December as a Christmas gift. I received an email telling me it was delayed but would arrive by December 20th. Then they changed it to the 21st, *** then the 22nd. Needless to say they did NOT arrive on the 22nd and when I contacted customer service the representative was extremely rude and very unhelpful! I was told they were coming directly from **** so there was nothing they could do. When I informed them that they sent me an email stating the shoes would arrive by December 22nd and I would like an estimated delivery date, I was met with a text reading "sorry, you took to long to respond so I'm ending the chat session." I reached out again and was told "you already contacted us and we opened a ticket. Have a good day!" Since I was not able to get any answers and was treated quite rudly, I decided to cancel my order. Well, I can't! Once your order is label "in process" you no longer have the option to cancel. No I'm stuck in limbo waiting for these shoes to arrive...if they ever do!

      I'd give 0 stars if I could. This is by far the worst company to order from. Their shipping is completely unreliable and their customer service is an absolute joke. I ordered a pair of shoes on Oct. 20 for in-store pickup. It has been 11 days now and the shoes still have not shipped. I spoke to THREE different customer service reps and they just gave me excuses. No explanation for the delay. The customer service reps could care less about your situation. Now they say I can't get my refund until I pick up the shoes at the store. How am I supposed to get my refund if the shoes never ship? I'm convinced now that my shoes will never ship and I'll never get my $***** back. This company is run by a bunch of c****s. After reading hundreds of reviews about their lousy shipping and horrendous customer service, I'm clearly not alone here. How are these thieves allowed to still be in business? This company needs to be shut down. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order anything from these useless, l***g t****es. Save yourself the headache and your money. Go somewhere, anywhere, but Hibbett.
