    I have attempted my first test on ProctorU, it was an epic failure ~ and I do not mean that I failed the test. In fact, I was unable to ever take the test because I couldn't get their browser to work on my laptop. I spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot the problem, while the "tech" had control of my mouse and navigated my laptop browser windows. The entire time the "tech" simply duplicated the same error that I got, eventually telling me that I would not be able to take the test until the problem was remedied. However, said "tech" did not remedy the problem, they just clicked "end of chat" and left me on my own. I attempted to reschedule my test and ProctorU wanted to charge me another $89 for the reschedule! On the new test date, I connected early to get things set only to hear that they would not be able to assist me until it was "time to take the test". What a bunch of crap! I'm wanting to attend **************************** but I will be shopping for a new school due to this experience. My next review will be of ***, letting them know they're losing students by using ProtorU!

    We have reviewed your session. When attempting to enter the password for the exam, an error occurred. The ******* tried to launch the exam inside the Guardian browser and within Chrome. We are confident that the issue was not due to the Guardian browser, as it replicated within another browser. Since troubleshooting did not resolve the issue, you were asked to reschedule. If you have refund questions, our support team will gladly help you.

    Absolutely terrible service. Terrible ********. I have taken 5 test and had "problem" every time. If they have have an F rating with the BBB, why in the world are people still using them?THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED?! They have had SEVERAL security breaches in the past 10 years. This is nothing new. You are surrendering extremely private and sensitive information to an F rated company... Why is any repeatable company using this service? Who's pockets are getting filled? Who's backs are being scratched? (would leave zero stars if I could)

    Worst platform on the planet ???????????????????? Too bad I'm forced to select a star if there was a zero-star option that's what I'd have given this platform. The setup process for the exam took an astonishing two hours and was extremely intrusive and invasive of my home office space.

    Worst service ever!! It makes you fail out of stress. You have an exam and it takes you 2 hours to ever log onto the exam.I hate proctor U!!!????

    ProctorU started out okay, but once the pandemic hit, they went downhill FAST. I had my phone on me while waiting for a *******, the screen showed me I was transferred TEN (10) times to a different person, and no *good* reason why. This became normal, too. Going through multiple ********. My guess is "sign in, show they attempted to *******, earn their pay, and then leave". It used to be you could see the ******* like they saw you, but then once the pandemic hit they were allowed to keep their cameras off so as not to "violate" THEIR privacy in their home. Talk about HYPOCRITES! Not only this, but there were a few occasions where it was "Show me your bathroom, show me your drawers in your bed, please cut off your portable AC unit." S**** THAT! I had to send multiple reports for violation of privacy and horrible service. Why the heck do they need to see what is in my bathroom and drawers? My portable AC unit made a 'humming' noise turning on. I was NOT turning it off and it getting to over 90 degrees in my room. I was transferred to another ******* because I would not cut off my AC unit and would not show the inside of my drawers. My camera is ON, they can see me if I leave my desk, and they have to monitor me closely. So how in the ****** heck am I going to cheat when I am WATCHED??To say I am thrilled my college ended their contract with ProctorU is not even close to the relief I felt. Plus they are either still in the middle of a lawsuit for violation of privacy, or it has been settled. All they had to do was ******* and not require such stupid, rigid, and violation of privacy rules. A grade of F for them is still not low enough. If they go out of business, it will not be soon enough.

    Worst proctoring software and experience ever. Support is horrible and scheduling exams is horrible because half the time, they tell you that they don't have enough ******** for you to take your exam.

    Very rude, unhelpful *******. I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying several times because she had a very strong French accent and there was a child screaming in the background. Then in the middle of my test the ******* changed and video was lost. It took additional time to reconnect. ******** need better training. The company is very unorganized.

    Do not use ProctorU! It took me 3 days and a total of 6 hours to finally take the exam. They charged me a total of 3 times to take one test. They say that your computer has various issues that it does not to get you to reschedule and charge you again. When I told them I knew this was a scam, they figured out how to properly connect me to the test.... Interesting. You can not speak with a manager at any point in the process. I will be providing a formal letter to my University encouraging them not to use ProctorU.This is a major scam!

    Awful, Terrible, Dreadful, ********************** faulty software. For my exam, their at-home testing software failed, and after 90 minutes online chat (where they control my mouse) they still couldn't fix it. Then they asked me to log off my computer and onto a different device. Once I did they complained that the new device didn't meet testing standards - but they were the ones that said to use it. Then they wouldn't provide me with a customer service number nor allow me to speak with a supervisor. Just told me to complain to the test maker. After several minutes of back-and-forth with the *******, he/she just ended the chat. Now I have to reschedule my test and pay a change fee and a change fee for for another test already scheduled in the future - all of this is because of their faulty software and because their rep wouldn't even let me get help from a higher authority. Can I give zero stars?
