    *************** came out within 40 minutes calling them. They fixed the problem quickly. Wd were leaving the next morning & glad they were so prompt in resolving the problem. They found another issue after we paid them & fixed it at no charge.

    I recently had Roto-Rooter relocate my water heater from the attic to the garage, and overall, I had a positive experience. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling the job. They arrived on time, assessed the setup, and explained the process clearly before getting started.The installation itself went smoothly, with the crew working diligently to ensure everything was up to code and properly connected. They took care to protect my home from any mess and cleaned up well after the job was done. The new placement in the garage makes maintenance much easier, and I feel more at ease knowing I no longer have a water heater sitting overhead in the attic.Pricing was fair considering the complexity of the job, though it wasnt the cheapest option available. However, the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it. If youre looking for a reliable plumbing service for a water heater installation or relocation, Id recommend ***************************.

    I had let many plumbing problems build up over long period of time and I procrastinated dealing with the problems until leaking and mold buildup made it urgent. Roto-Rooter has always been who my husband and I called so I didnt hesitate on calling them now. As always, the best team anyone could want showed up immediately and took care of each and every problem and did great job. But just as important I was treated with such respect and any of my questions or worries were resolved leaving me very very satisfied with job done perfectly!!
