Had two water issues so called RR. A first responder arrived and brought his moisture meter and temperature meter. LED me to believe there was a huge leak on both ends of my house. We then filed a claim on my homeowners insurance, to which he helped me. He made sure I was locked in. When water mitigation team came they didnt find a lot of water. Just two spots that didnt require much work. But I had already filed a claim. He completely lied to me. Led me to believe it was major. It was not. He was a salesman trying to make money off my family who took zero consideration in work ethic.
