  You are over priced, just this summer I paid $ ****** to get the same service. You had cleaned this tank before which my husband was not happy with your service. I called you and ask you a question which you never answered, instead you called and said I have 2 guys headed your way at 4:30, 30 minutes before dark, to clean the septic tank. You never told me the date you did this last job one of the guys told me, you would not have done the job! Not satisfied !

  Ms. ***** I looked into our records and we did not pump your septic tank this past summer for $700. as you mentioned. You must have confused our company with someone else, it happens as a lot of companies like to use the Rooter in our name. I would encourage you to look at the invoice from the summer to see which company you used and were unhappy with. I am confused as I look over the work performed, as you always being completely satisfied with our company and the work performed per your signature and never having a complaint. Here is a record of the services you have received from our company:6/20/18 $170. for kitchen sink line cleanout. signed invoice by **** ***** 9/13/18 $692 for chipping concrete at laundry line to reconnect and crawl space work. signed invoice of being completely satisfied by **** ***** 6/27/22 $1098 digging, pumping septic tank and jetting kitchen sink line. completely satisfied invoice signed by **** ***** 12/12 & 12/13/24 $975. dug up big lid septic and pumped and cleaned tank. Technician arrived at 4:28pm on 12/12 and returned at 10:02 am on 12/13 to complete the work. Completely satisfied invoice signed by **** *****. I'm sorry if our service has not met your expectations, however when I look though our history I cannot find where we have missed the **** of providing great customer service to you. Please feel free to call me if there is anything I'm missing, or I can provide any assistance.**** ***** ************ Thank you for allowing my company to serve you.

  I would have given 5 stars but I had to call them out to shim the toilet because it was moving. I told the person doing the install that the previous toilet had to be shimmed but he thought he was able to install without that. Turns out thats what it still needed. They were very quick to reply and arrived in a timely manner. They explained charges before any work was done. Clean up after the install was good, but I did find some clumps of some kind of putty on the floors that I had to clean up.

  I walked out my front door to find my faucet spewing water like a geyser at ***********. I shut the water off at the valve and didn?t know where to turn. No water to the house was not a good thing. I called a plumbing company but they couldn?t come out till the next day. I made the appointment but didn?t feel good after the call. The thought of no water for 24 hours was frightening. Soaking wet, I thought of no shower, dirty dishes, no toilet and the list went on. Then I saw the familiar name Roto Rooter. I gave them a call and the woman that answered was so very personable and caring. She told me she could have someone out shortly to help. This helped calm my nerves and was like a ton of brick was lifted off my shoulders. Before I knew it the Roto Rooter guy was at my door. He assessed the situation and consulted me on the options. He expained everything and came up with the best possible solution. He went to work and in no time had replaced the rusted pipe ****** with the hole and installed the faucet. He double checked for water leaks. It was the best solution to my water woes. I can?t thank him and the lady who answered my call enough. They went above and beyond. They made a happy ending to a bad situation. The service guy was so professional, knowledgeable and understanding. There is no doubt I have found a gem to put on my list of ?GO-TO for plumbing issues. So, the next time you need plumbing help, go to the best this city can offer- Roto-Rooter. They are there when you need them.

  Exceptional work by exceptional people !!Highly recommend ! They came and pumped out my septic tank, did an outstanding job ! **** ( the owner), and crew were super nice to work with ????????????
