    9/19/24 - Hoodies were ordered from 5 Boys and paid in full. The order form said that the projected delivery date was 10/11/2024. 10/15/24 - I inquired about the status and was told by Cade, "Your order is estimated to ship on or around 10/25-11/1. Once your order is completed, you will receive tracking via email when the label is created."11/4/24 - Sent a follow-up email asking for the production status and received this "I am so sorry about the delay! I am reaching out to our production team to get an update on this order. I know that the order is running a behind, but is there a specific date that this order is needed so we can ensure we do not miss your hard in hands date?"11/7/24 - Once again asked for an update. Received this "Your order is on track to ship next week!"11/14/24 - I told Cade that I needed the hoodies by 11/18/24 and the response "We should be able to make that work!"11/18/24 - Sent another email asking for a status (61 days after ordering). 11/19/24 - Received this response "Your order should be shipping this week!" and I do apologize about this! We are working on getting your order out as soon as possible!11/21/24 - Emailed Cade and it bounced back saying that there's no valid email for that address.

    I placed multiple orders with 5boys for several batches of shirts back in early September, and one in early October. They estimated about a 20 business day wait until delivery. I'm now on about business day 45. They continue to tell me it'll ship the very next Monday every time I escalate. Whenever I reach out for a status update they get more and more short with me. Essentially giving no estimated date and just saying I'll get it when I get it. These are holiday items, and I've already missed most of the purpose of needing them.

    After filing, the company has completed all orders and mailed 2 out of 3 out. The orders were exactly as ordered and I'm just waiting on the third. Though these took longer than the estimated ship and deliver dates, they did end up coming through. So this complaint can be closed as resolved.

    We ordered 200 Tshirts on 9/11/2024. We approved on 9/16/2024 and our Customer delivery as stated on the receipt is 10/3/2024. It is now 11/17/2024. Their invoice also states: **Please note the 'Customer Due Date' found on this invoice is the estimated ship date from our facility. Our standard turnaround time is ***** business days after the order has been paid, and the artwork has been approved. Turnaround time will NOT begin until ***************** approval are submitted.Transit times are not included in our turnaround. We do not guarantee any estimated ship/delivery dates except for rush orders. *************** dates are ESTIMATES!We are well past ***** Business Days. We are over 45 days! Since then it has been radio silence. They took our money and have not followed up with any of our emails since 11/2. This is a for Youth Rugby Program that is also a registered 501 (c)3

    On May 22, 2024, an order for sweatshirts and t-shirts was placed for our nonprofit youth wrestling team. The company advertises a turnaround time of 13 to 25 business days. I received the t-shirts only after inquiring about the order's status; however, the 50 sweatshirts have still not arrived. I have called several times, and each time I was promised that they would be sent by Friday of that week, but I have yet to receive anything.

    I submitted an order in July. The order was paid for and approved in the same day. I was told I would receive the order in August. I have submitted countless emails to get updates. It is now September ***************************************** hand. I have been told by email for the last three weeks that I would receive it by the end of the week, AND I STILL HAVE NOTHING!!! I was told yesterday that I would have tracking by the end of the day and I still HAVE NOTHING!!!! They wont answer the phone, take ridiculous amounts of time to respond, and stil lhavent delivered the product I paid for in July!!!!!!

    I placed an order for a personalized jacket on 2/6/24. This purchase was for $90.25. I received my jacket on 6/5/24 with my name misspelled. After double checking my original order, I determined that the error was not on my end. At that point I emailed to let them know my name was misspelled. On 6/19/24, I received a reply telling me they would check to see what could be done On 7/13/24, I emailed asking for an update. On 7/16/24, I received a reply telling me that the spelling on my jacket was how I ordered it, along with a link to my original order which plainly showed that I did not misspell my name on the order. At that point I replied asking for them to check again as the misspelling was clearly not on my end. I have had no response back from the company.

    May 4th placed order for 300 T shirts, around 90 days later received 100 of the 300. Ink was so poor that you could not read the name on the artwork. Filed a claim ticket and received a email from **** who said submit photos. I did everything they asked and zero reply. For ***** days I would call or email and not a reply from a email except a ship date and no other questions answered, if I call the voicemail every time except once when I tried to cancel the other 200pcs with ******* I emailed trying to cancel. Poor quality, 90+ day wait time is not acceptable.

    On June 5, 2024, I ordered 100 shirts from 5boys Apparel. The due date (expected ETA) was June 26th. When I had not received the order by the beginning of July (and we needed them before July 19th), I called and they said Id have to put a $199 rush to get them on time, which I did. I then received the shirts and 97/100 of them were crooked, off center, or the design was warped. Through various calls and emails, the owner of the company, ********************* stated in an email on July 16th that we could keep the misprinted shirts and receive a $450 refund. I have emailed and called numerous times and finally on August 16th, they refunded the rush shipping of $199, but have not given the remainder of the money back. Were just looking to finish out this order as it has been over six weeks since we were told that we could get the refund. I have emailed various times and they keep saying we will process this, but then never actually process it.

    On August 29th, 5Boys Apparel returned $320 to our original payment. No confirmation was sent, but we can see it in our account. It is unclear why they sent $320, when they said $450, as that does not take into account the returned rush fee. At this point, we no longer want to deal with this company and urge others to be careful when working with them. I have used many printing companies and this was above and by far the worst experience we've had.

    I am rejecting this response because: A full refund was not received as stated by the company. The owner had agreed to a $450 refund on the order and yet only $320 was refunded. At this point we want nothing more to do with this company and encourage others not to use them.

    Ordered and paid for an item in February.**** got an email with a tracking number saying my item was on the way. Four weeks later the tracking number was still waiting for the item from the company. Contact the company via email. After three emails and a phone call to the company and another Four weeks later, I am told the machine is down and they dont know when a part will arrive.The machine being down shouldnt have have affected my order placed in February and reportedly ready to ship early June. I was asked to call for them to explain. I called four times within a couple weeks and also sent two additional emails. I requested a return of my money as well. I have not received any further communication since early July.

    We ordered 200 shirts for our business at the beginning of June. It was 3 color logo, so $1400. The first proof they sent us had an error. We told them what needed fixed and then waited. No word for a week. We had to call THEM. They said oh, we fixed it, here's the new proof. The proof was approved on June 10. It is now July 23 and the estimated delivery date has been moved out 3 times, now saying 7/29! Every time you call customer service you leave a voicemail and have to pray someone calls back. The communication is appalling. Now I'm reading these other complaints and I'm worried when we finally do get them back they are going to be jacked up and unusable.
