The team was on time, they all greeted us, and the load went incredibly smoothly. Our coordinator kept in touch throughout the process to ensure everything was going to plan. Moving is always stressful, but with Allied they truly ease the process.

If I could 0 stars I would. During my pickup the gentlemen assigned did not pack my belongings correctly. The crate that my belongings were loaded into was way too big for my 9 totes and box. When asked if they were going to wrap up the totes and brace the empty space in the crate they told me its not needed. I was upset that they did not take care of my things like other moves I had in the past. When I received my belongings on the other side in ******* I noticed that the crate was different from what I had in pictures at the day of pick up. The seals were tampered with and were barely hanging on by a staple. As the movers were unloading one mover said hey this one is empty. Wtf how does the military trust these companies to pack our things and when its out of our view go through our things. When I opened up my totes that I had ziptied at the origin pickup the tote were empty. I called the company to inform them on what I witnessed and the company rep said your crate were recrated at the warehouse. Wtf why did that happen without the owner being present? I was highly disappointed and upset that my belongings did make it to *******. If the military assigns this company as your moving company call and request another company. I have to file a claim and hope that all my things are reimbursed.

Received excellent service, movers did an excellent job loading and unloading, showed up on time at both ends, and were very friendly. I enjoyed interacting with them.

I contracted with Coleman World Moving for my residential move from ****************** to *************, **. My sales consultant, ***********************, did an excellent job in every way. My driver and his team showed up right on time, were very professional, courteous, nice, and treated my property with care. My driver, *****, and I exchanged cell phone numbers so he could advise me of progress on my move, and to schedule the delivery date and time. That all went smoothly. We set a date and they delivered my household goods at the agreed delivery time. **** monitored the progress of my move and also communicated to me. I did not have much contact with the move coordinator in the office because this contact turned out to be unneeded to me, so I can't comment on her assigned role performance. Also, Coleman offered the best price for my move. This was a total great moving experience. If you decide to speak to a Coleman sales consultant, I would ask for ****.

This is a horrendous moving ****************** as a whole...possibly worst ever mover. If I could give a 0, I would. No one should use them for any kind of move. They have absolute 0 care for people's belongings & cause nothing but damage followed by **************** spent trying to recover for the damages caused. These uncaring idiots did damage to total value of $26,000 worth of items for a military Non-Temporary Storage (***). We have major items that survived a few overseas moves without a scratch until these incompetent clowns. Some main damages: Multi-piece wall unit with pieces broken off apparently by running into a wall; bookcases broken by apparently dropping them from a few feet; Freezer punctured, dented & scratched up beyond repair; New large dresser drawers chipped up & scratched up beyond repair; bedframes damaged beyond repair; NordicTrack elliptical damaged joint mechanisms by running into wall; Memory foam mattress destroyed beyond repair; New bedframe with missing parts & damaged beyond repair; leather recliner damaged beyond repair; damaged tables and chairs; and 40-some other damaged items with values $40-$700 with some haphazardly thrown into boxes without regard for what was in it & completely mislabeled. Fortunately, we didn't have to deal with these fools as from everything read on multiple sources, all they do is delay, lie & try to prevent recovery, restoration of items or recuperation. These guys actually tried to blame the Prime contractor (SSG) that hired them for the *** for an entire mattress missing from items to be delivered. The Prime contractor was excellent to work with and we were able to either get things restored rather quickly or recover the appropriate value compensation. Thankfully, the Prime contractor that does many moves for DOD will no longer hire these incompetent buffoons for any future work. And now that people have more say (a choice) in the movers...avoid this crooked family-owned company like the plague.

Do not use them for a move. They do what they want when they want, then expect you to pay for their shortcomings. I had my household goods in storage, a bedroom suit, and a few other pieces of furniture, but about 75% were boxes and plastic totes. From the beginning, I informed the salesman, *****, that I could not pick up my apartment key until **** and the men DO NOT need to be at my storage unit until ****. I also requested that the men have experience, and he assured me they would. I received the estimate for a 5-hour minimum which I knew was more than adequate as unloading should take approximately 1 1/2 hours as it was a downstairs apartment and as stated mostly boxes. With experienced men, I knew that loading would take less than 2 hours. I received the customary call to let men know the movers were to come the next day. I told the dispatcher then that the men COULD NOT be there until **** and that I could not pick up my apartment key up until ****. The next morning, before ****, I received a call tell me the men were on the way. I told the lady I spoke to that they were not to arrive until ****, "They have left and will be there shortly." I got dressed and went to the storage unit. I realized that only one man had any experience. One had 2 weeks, the other "a couple of months." The loading was completed in a little under 2 hours. The problem is they want to charge me for the men waiting at the warehouse when they we clearly instructed not to arrive until ****. This has caused a huge difference in my bill. I have attempted to talk with someone about this, but I'm always told "I can't resolve this you will have to speak to (a name)." I have instructed them to have them call me. I was told they would. I waited over 6 weeks for a return call only to be told they never received the message. There are other issues as well. I have a missing item and there is some damage as well. This company does not listen to the customer nor do they communicate with each other.

We were very happy with the service provided by the Coleman Worldwide Moving Company. The whole process of setting up the move went smoothly and everyone involved with the arrangements were very courteous and informative. The guys that moved our furniture were on time, courteous and they kept us informed of status.

Wish I could give ZERO stars!! Worst moving company I can imagine. They were contracted for a military move. They not only dont care about peoples things but they certainly dont care about military members things! Many things arrived broken and during the move in they dumped all our things in the wrong rooms upside down, which further damaged sentimental goods. Took us weeks to just sort our things out!! Not to mention, movers were speaking about SMOKING WEED in their work van in the way to our house in front of my young son. They left nails in our driveway which my son stepped on (thank god he had shoes on) and one became embedded in our tire. When I told them I was buying them pizza for lunch they complained that they dont like pizza and wanted something else. When we refused to sign papers for items that were not present they began complaining out loud that we were holding them hostage in our house. They said they had no idea where my motorcycle is and not to worry about it because its just a mini bike (its 750lbs). Lastly, three large movers surrounded my wife and told her she had to give them a 5-star review before they would leave. When we filed a claim they did not even attempt to make things right. Making the claims process difficult. We are still hoping to get our wood floors fixed and be properly compensated for the rest of our items. Please please choose another mover, and if the military uses this company to move you ask for a different company, it will be worth your wait!!
