      Their finance people **** to me and mislead me and had me sign papers surrendering over my warranty extended warranty money over to them when I was supposed to receive $*** back they committed fraud theft and proper sales tactics l**** misrepresentation to get me to buy this car I will I will be getting a lawyer to see what my options are concerning returning this car due to improper sales tactics

      My wife and I have purchased a Toyota in 2015 and have been making payments on it for 7 years now. But since the contract is over now, they are literally ******** ** **** ** * different ways. No one wants to take responsibilty for anything and they literally act and talk like they do not care. Now that our 7 year contract was over, we were about to purchase a 4Runner from them right after because our family out grew the sedan. After 7 years of being a loyal and good customer with no problems, I have to say I am very disappointed in the way this company is ran. Toyota is a good vehicle, but the company is the kind that you need to stay away from. I will never refer anyone or do business with Toyota ever again, and word of mouth about Toyota is not worth it. Horrible and bad company to do business with. Never again.
