      Southeast Toyota Finanace (SETF) is a horrible, rotten company to deal with from purchase to payoff. Because of this, I will NEVER buy another Toyota product. Honestly, Toyota Corporate needs to have a more active interest in how it's customers are being treated. Reaching them on the phone is a monumental task due to the never-ending menus and all the "security" checks you have to go through. Further, once you pay a car off, you no longer have access to any information on the dashboard for your account. This makes it impossible to get payoff info forcing you to call in and play the menu game. Come to find out they can't even email you the letter for "security" reasons (ironic since I had to go through all the other security measures just to talk to someone). They are anti-equated and outdated and now I am aggravated. Poor poor customer service.

      Their website is terrible. I pay my bill over the course of two or three payments a month. There is never a reduction to the payment online. At any given time, I am paying double payments because they can not accurately reflect my balance.

      Not worth the one star I was required to give in order to do the review! This is the worst dumbest company ever created! When I purchased my new car last year the Toyota dealership financed it through SETF. If I would have know how terrible this stupid finance company is I would have walked out WITHOUT A VEHICLE TO DRIVE!! So they mail me the paperwork and instructions on how to create an online account on their or so great high tech website. Well let me just say that was a waste! I could not set up the account online because the site kept kicking it out and crazy messages kept saying account already created, invalid username/password, account already exists! So the few times I would call them, oh and let me say this, speaking to a live human is the 20th and last option to choose when pressing numbers on a keypad and talking to a computer that CANNOT UNDERSTAND STANDARD AMERICAN ENGLISH!! So when I finally do get to a human I am beyond pissed! So tech support tells me their site is not compatible with Apple Devices and they have the nerve to tell me I will have to buy a different brand computer in order to access their site. So they mail me monthly bills. Well I tried to do it the old school way and write a check and mail it but they magically lose the check. So I have to spend 30 minutes every month to get to talk to a human to pay my payment. Oh but it gets worse! So I call and a person takes my payment information and tells me it processed right then. But it may be a week before the funds are withdrawn from my bank account. Oh and every time I call they give me an incorrect email address and I have told them for 6 months I never had that email address and to change it!! Well it was finally changed after 1 entire year!! So these 2 nice intelligent guys I talk with takes my information and says everything processed each month. Then this same ugly rude woman calls me at least 3 times a day 7 days a week 20 days a month to tell me I am behind!!

      NEVER FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! It has been 3 months since I payed off my vehicle and cancelled my warranty and I have been missing an **** dollar refund check for 3 months now. When I have paper work and receipts of them saying it will arrive in 1-2 weeks. They give me no way to track this check. They reprinted and resent my check and said it will arrive in 2 weeks. Has been well over a month for that one. Im not one to ever write reviews because I know mistakes are made and I can accept that,but when $**** goes missing for over 3 months something just sit right with me. I have spent many hours in the Toyota Dealership, and over a dozen phone calls with Toyota and their financing company who just cant seem to figure out whats wrong. Never finance with this company!!!!

      This company ****s! I paid off my car on 11/4 and changed my address. They called me repeatedly for the balance. I talked to 4 people who said oh we’re sorry, you’re right. And I also verified my address. No payoff paper a month later. These morons sent it to my OLD address!! I just called again. Oh so what’s you’re new address? Are you stupid? Now I have to wait 2 weeks, maybe, to get my letter. What a joke.

      If I could leave no stars I would..these people will say you can make partial payments deny they said this and will repo your car….do not get a loan with these people especially during these hard times where people are getting laid off or losing work. They don’t care about you or your family or if you are able to get to work to even pay them apparently. I will be getting my suv back and refinancing to another company that actually cares about their clients.

      After 7 years my. At is paid thank god but I’ll never do business with them again how about they gave me a payoff amount but the amount taken isn’t the same I ask the lady I paid *** $ last week after receiving their letter which had late fees on it How about they said late fees we not covered With that payment just because they don’t want to refund me my money I will never ever get a Toyota again using them No way this is legit

      Paid off my vehicle a month ago and overpaid by $******* and was told I'd have the refund in 14 days. A month later no refund. There's 2 people who answer the phone one is James and I'm tired of being lied to. When my payment is due I send it, if I'm late I'm charged and it stays on my credit report. I'm a loyal toyota customer and if I decide to buy another vehicle I wouldn't be using them again .I'm contacting my bank and let them refund me the difference or reverse the entire amount. Don't reply to this post with a general customer service number where I'll be lied to again.

      Once I get this car loan payed off I'll never do business with this company again. If you don't have a loan with them, are thinking about doing it and have other choices, don't do it. Go with the other choice. They don't care about customers, hardships, deaths, they see us as numbers. That's it. I once payed my whole amount minus $** & they actually threatened to send me to collections even tho I payed them $*** & was paying the rest the following check week. I'm struggling because my dad has cancer & my mom just died & I can't even put up tombstone but they are that worried over getting $** 2 weeks late. Then they don't even have the respect to say my condolences or anything. Absolutely horrible customer service.

      My wife and I purchased a new 2022 Toyota Highlander from Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville FL. The whole buying process has been a nightmare. They messed up our paperwork twice we never received the first bill with a payment or account number. I called in on July 22 2022 to get the account number and told the guy I’m pretty sure my first payment is due August 10 2022. He told me no it was due Sept 10 2022. Today we get a call from Southeast Toyota Finance saying we are 8 days late on our payment. When I told the lady on the phone about my prior call and she verified that I had made the call she was rude and all she could tell me is that it was gonna be escalated up. I do not recommend going with Southeast Toyota Finance. This is the first Toyota we have ever purchased and it will be the last.
