      We have several large family events. We shop Sam's for the convenience of buying in bulk. Here comes the but. But management has decided to eliminate most if not all the cashier checkout lines. I do not work there I do not want to check myself out. There are now significant discounts for the folks who utilize scan and go. I find this very unfair. I pay my dues for the privilege of shopping at Sam's I should enjoy the savings without having to drag my phone out to scan my purchases. The quality of many items has deteriorated due to the fact that it's member's mark products and don't have the quality or features of most name brand items. I do not plan to renew my membership.

      They agreed to put my spare tire back on my vehicle. I then agreed to buy tires from them if they agreed to do that.

      I am a Plus member and have been shopping at the Gladstone, MO location for several years. An employee named Mary ***, who works as a greeter, subjected me to the "Shopping While Black" experience by asking for my receipt while I was returning a motorized cart that I used during my shopping. She asked if I had paid for my items, to which I replied "yes." I informed her that I used the Shop and Go app, as I always do when shopping at Sam's Club. I pointed out to Mary *** that if I were stealing, there would be no reason for me to return the cart back inside the store. I then attempted to pull up my receipt on my phone, but the Wi-Fi signal at this location is difficult to access. Consequently, I told Mary *** I would return to the part of the store where I had rung up my items, or alternatively, I could go to customer service.
      When we arrived at customer service, my receipt finally loaded on my phone, and I showed it to Mary ***. I then asked whether I was allowed to leave with my items, to which she responded affirmatively. After driving away, I reflected on the treatment I had received and felt uncomfortable continuing to support this Sam's Club. I turned around, returned to the store, passed by Mary ***, and proceeded to customer service to request a full refund and speak with the manager, Jonathan. When Jonathan approached me, he was already aware of the situation but pretended to be uninformed. I explained my experience and expressed my desire to file a complaint. However, Jonathan offered no assistance and merely nodded, as though my complaint was insignificant.
      As a result of this experience, I will no longer shop at any Sam's Club and will ensure that everyone I know, particularly people of color, are fully aware of the discriminatory practices at the Sam's Club in Gladstone, MO. -0 Stars

      Mobile, AL store, checkout person at the door 4/26/2025 @11:30 name: Samantha.
      Employee was very rude, disrespectful & VERY combative. This is what happened:
      Used scan&go, went to exit, employee asked for ID (we had 1 bottle wine). She was very unfriendly, I pointed out that I was almost 80 years old. We told her she was very rude at which point she became very combative, raised her voice and said we were rude. We have shopped there for over 2 years and we have never because of our age asked for our ID, further we always treat the employees with respect.

      Terrible service they over charged me and no one will fix it i am going to have to cancel my credit card in order to get this fixed

      After 5 years of spending thousands in here-we have 4 homes w/family in them & family in Michigan that I ship items to, Sams has decided that I am a reseller & is charging me shipping! I AM NOT A RESELLER SAMS! KISS my thousands good bye & I hope ppl start shop n at BJ’s & COSTCO! See you in small claims court for all these shipping fees! Plus members do not pay shipping & its shipping of items your location here does not have! Not my fault! So remember everyone - Sam’s doesn’t really want you to buy in volume or repetitiously - YOU WILL B CHARGED EVEN IF U R A PLUS MEMBER & not a business or a reseller!

      I was double charged for a set of four tires. I have called six times and gone into the store twice with no resolution. I have called their home office and they keep transferring me back to the Oakwood store. Sam's Club says that they cannot find where the money went into there account but I can show them where it went out of my account to them. They are the most inept management team I have ever come upon I had many supervisors involved in this whole deal with no resolution. So now my local fraud department at Regions Bank is going to have to sort this out after 25 days. Do not ever do business at Sam's Club they have no resolution to a problem

      YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND POSTED TO ANY ACCOUNT OTHER THAN THE ACCOUNT YOU BOUGHT THE RETURNED ITEM WITH.To resolve this issue, I would recommend you to contact the prepaid card company directly and provide them with the relevant details. They are best equipped to handle this kind of situation and should be able to assist you promptly.
      If you wish to receive a refund on a different card, we will require a letter stating that you no longer have access to, or that the card in question is inactive. Once we receive this, we can proceed with issuing the refund to your preferred card.

      *** THEY JUST HAD 1 JOB! ***
      I guess I’m the dumb one for trying to save money on tires. When the crew put the new tires on, they did not tighten/torque the lug nuts all the way, so the rear wheel came off while we were driving. Luckily we were on local streets. If we were on the freeway, it probably would have been fatal!! The tow truck driver said that even the front wheels were loose as well. The total damage was over $11,000 which included frame, body, and rear suspension damage. Walmart / Sam’s Club admitted fault, took responsibility and paid for the damages but we are still fighting with them over the DV claim. I will most likely have to take them to court! I highly suggest to everyone to use real TIRE only shop where they are experts that tightening and torquing lug nuts! My 7 year old who was with me when the wheel came off is still terrified to get in the car!!
