      Got gas at Sam's club gas station. Bought $14.03 in fuel. Used my debit card. When I checked my bank account, they charged a preauthorization debit in the amount of $100. They did this without any disclosure to the fact that they do this. I am now in jeopardy od overdraft fees from my bank for other autopays coming out soon. After talking to my bank, I find this is a common practice and have no control over. This practice should not be allowed.

      Bought jewelry online and it was not what was stated. I have been trying to return it for 2 weeks and they tell me I cannot because my membership expired. I checked out with a free trial membership. I tried customer support 3 times and they keep telling me they will call the vendor and call me back. This is not fair and ethical business.

      I booked a trip through Sam's club and when I arrived they never paid for my trip. This caused the resort to charge my card and put a 6k hold for 6 days. Sams eventually paid it but did not reply to my inquiry on why this happened and how it left me with 0 money for 6 days. Their customer service absolutely sucks. You can't get a resolution from anyone.

      DO NOT JOIN SAM'S CLUB. They failed to deliver my first two orders. I tried to cancel my membership ($100) and get referred to a bank that gave me the runaround. Can't get membership refund, so save your money

      Don't sign up for the Sam's Club clover point of sale for you business. They don't disclose the hidden application fee of $149 that they charge you a month after signing up for the service. I specifically asked about the fees and I was only told of the monthly fee and then the fees that is charged for each credit card transaction. I also was told that I could manipulate the invoices for my business needs which is not true. When I called to cancel my account and asked them to credit the application fee back to me, they told me if I would consider keeping my account open they would consider crediting me back the fee's. It is a poor business ethic to not disclose fees to customers.

      I purchased a new set of tires from here in 2019. I had a flat this week and it could not be repaired so with the warranty I purchased, I could get a new tire at a prorated amount based on the wear of the tire. I called Friday morning to see if I could get an appointment but no one answered. I decided to just drive up there. And they were closed. The staff said the tire center closed at 2pm for whatever reason. I went the next morning but they did not have the tire in stock and ordering a new one will take up to 6 days. They told me to just use my donut tire until then which is obviously not safe. My father called the next day because he did not want me driving on a donut for that long. He spoke to Debbie (she’s great). She told us she would put a loaner on until my tire arrived. My appointment for the loaner was Sunday at 10am. When I arrived, they could not find the purchase history in their system so I would have to pay full price. The customer service desk searched for over an hour and I am very appreciative of their help. They understood my frustration but there was nothing they could do. I thankfully found the order in my bank statement but the store manager Willie would not honor it. I had asked to speak with him at 11am but he did not come out until 12:30pm. He told me there was nothing he could do because the system does not show anything. I’ve the same tires rotated here (which they can see in the system) but they still would not honor the original purchase. At this point I was exhausted with trying to prove that I purchased them. He made it seem like I was lying. He said he would have to reach out to corporate and if my bank statements match their records, then they will give me a refund. Overall, a waste of almost 3 hours for one tire. I will never purchase tires from Sam’s again and I advise you not to either since their terrible systems do not have accurate purchase records.

      Horrible company, ordered from them twice and both orders were a complete disaster. Customer service is managed by non-speaking English individuals from India. On my last order I order Apple Air pods for my daughter their automated system indicated that the item was delivered. My Order details indicated Processing, when I called and wasted nearly an hour (placed on hold for four times), until i was disconnected and had to make another call, I was told the order was cancelled. No email no notification -  Don’t waste your time on them.

      Tried to get a renewal (2 done) reversed on second card and was told they couldn't do it because they don't have access to the card that was charged. THEY MADE THE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE!! But, they don't have access to make the correction???? I've been on the phone 3 times today with customer service and they have been the MOST unhelpful people I've encountered. I wish I could give a negative star rating after today. I've wasted 5 hours of my day dealing with people who don't know which side of their mouth they are speaking from. I'm sad to say that I lost my temper at one point - all they kept saying was we don't have access to the card number. I just wanted to speak to the person who does have that access. The best? "We can call you on a secure line and get the card information from you to reverse the charges!" This does not make a bit of sense to me.

      Customer service is the worst. I shop at apple valley MN and the manager is the worst and the they put you on hold for 30 min or more without giving any care about their customers and hang up after that. I called back three times and still same result.
      I regret being a member with them. So bad .. Costco has the best customer service
