      I ordered cat litter and 2 days later they canceled? I called and asked why customer service agent said oh its out of stock! I said no it says it’s available online she says no thats wrong. I find that hard to believe that a billion dollar company has that poor of inventory system. Highly disappointing!!!

      Poor service from the female worker with black hair. She DENIED my elderly mother her meds from her doctor after my mother walked in with her walker! The female pharmacist had both of my providers and insurance called her to fill my live saver meds. Since she didn't like the meds combined, even when 2 highly trained professionals doctors told her, SHE THREW MY MOTHWR OUT OF THE Pharmacy BECAUSE THE "DOCTORS YELLED AT HER". I am doctor in the area and I will be sharing this with the local board. Providers will STOP sending their patients to Sam's club. I personally will not recommend my clients to this Pharmacy. HOW DARE YOU THROW A RACIAL SLUR AND KICK MY PARENTS OUT. Unacceptable. This will be blasted on social media until resolved. I will take pride in assuring Sams Club losing customers over this pharmacy TECHNICIAN, not even a doctor. Clown Technician is more like it. SHAME ON YOU FOR HURTING ELDERLY IN PROFESSION. We signed an Oath and You broke it.

      Last year I went to help our Company's division in Tulsa, Ok as we looked for a new manager. We needed supplies and I discovered that our Sam's Membership had expired. I went to the store and had no issues using my Company Credit card that was in my name to renew the membership.
      Fast forward to this year, I received a request from our accounting department to produce a receipt for my card renewing Tulsa's Sam's Membership again this year. I called Sam's Customer support to attempt to get a receipt and remove my card information so it doesn't keep renewing. I was told by Sam's Customers service that they can not give me a receipt or any information because I was not on the account even though my name is on the card they are using.
      To me this practice by Sam's is truly predatory as they will allow me to add my card info when I am not authorized on the account, but the policy changes and only matters when I want to remove it or get a receipt for the charge on my card. If you are going to create policies then it should work both ways. If this is the policy they should have never let me add my card, meaning they should have never charged me for the last two years of membership as I shouldn't be allowed to do anything with the membership at all anyways.
      The fact that a company will not give information on card charges to the person whose name is on the card they are using is a type of theft and fraud as now they will just continue charging me every year and I can do nothing about it. I have to cancel a credit card just to keep Sam's from robbing from me and the Company annually even though we can't even use the membership due to not being on the account.

      One Tire is all I needed. I went to Sam's Club in Manchester (St. Louis), Missouri today, Labor day 2024. The purchase & transaction were great experiences with who appeared to be the service center manager. I didn't get her name, but she was had purple hair & she was very pleasant. It wasn't until after the interaction with her that I experienced unprofessionalism & pure womanism, racism & ignorance. I was third in line to get service. Before I entered the service center, I asked the associate inside, what kind of time was the center working on & she mentioned within the hour is when my tire change should be completed. So I returned tothe area to wait for my car & sat outside to enjoy the weather with my daughter, We sat there for an hour & I watched 3 more cars pull up to the service center. They were working on two cars that were in the bays and then they placed the third car that showed up after me, in the bay. Another car pulled up that parked in front of the bay area. At that point, I walked up to ask the mechanics how much longer it would take to get to my vehicle - and why were they servicing the vehicles that came after me. The one mechanic told me that it would be another hour and a half before I would have my tire changed & that it was allgood. I thought, what? I have already been here an hour and I am expected to sit back & wait while you repair these cars that were not here before me, in what world do they do that? The Service Center Manager came out and yelled at them to finish up the cars in the bay and to get to mine. They finished the cars in the bay, then the two cars that pulled up behind me but not mine! They pulled 2 more vehicles that came in after me and started working on those vehicles. I went to the front and cancelled my order and asked for my money back. The Service Manager was complaining to Rob another wonderful associate who was kind and helpful, about those 2 who were taking their sweet time to get the work done. SAD

      I went to my local Sam's club on 8//17/2024. I purchased two chicken pot pies and one chicken taco kit. After eating the first pot pie, I started showing food poisoning symptoms. I smelled of the chicken in the taco kit, and the chicken smelt sour.
      Eating spoiled chicken can be lethal, so this needs proper attention! I could have died from eating these chicken items.
      In all my life, this has never happened. I called the Sam's main number.
      This needs to be fixed or my next step is to turn it over to the Attorney Generals office for investigation. Additionally, I have never dealt with so many disrespect workers. I called, about my order, numerous times, and before I could talk to someone, I was hung up on. This is bad business.
      If I had the option, I would have ranked this experience at a zero.
      I paid $19.47 for one pot pie
      $20.37 second pot pie
      $15.22 Chicken Taco Kit.
      I want my money back! I don't have the receipt; however, the transaction can be found using my Sam's card.

      Customer service department just kept transferring me. My issue was never resolved. I will never use them again. Paid off my synchrony card and they closed my account! You cannot do that. I'm being punished for my ability to pay off a credit card. I will be closing my sams membership as there was no resolve. I will go to Costco from now on.

      I bought a membership plus back in march according to me I had cancelled the plus membership so then came July and I renewed not knowing that the march membership was still active I called chatted with them and they refuse to issue me a refund they want a bank statement I’m like the membership was done with a credit card I can’t show you a bank statement never again

      I think we are being discriminated against, because, we do not have an iPhone to take advantage of Scan and Go special prices. We have already paid membership to shop there, not told we would have to have special equipment to take advantage of special offers. NOT RIGHT

      I have a plus membership , supposed to have Free shipping. When trying to purchase bottled water I was charged $20 for shipping of 2 packs of bottled water. When called to verify the charges. All they said was yeah that was a change in policy. But no one bother to send an update on the policy change. Why pay for a higher tier membership when you still have to pay shipping. Store was highland St Lakeland Fl

      Have bought pecans from Sams for awhile now. Got some pecans and went to put them into the container that I store them in after I just cleaned the container and found rat hair in the bread new sealed bag of pecans. I would attach the picture if I could, but it won't let me. How can such a big company allow for rat hair to be in their food like this? I have not bought pecans from them since as clearly there are some health and safety issues. When I tried reaching out to Sams about it, the first rep literally told me that my account was considered bulk order account? Whatever that is and immediately ended the conversation before I could say anything. The next rep only refunded the pecans since I threatened a law suit. Buyer beware if you buy pecans or anything from Sam's in a package like that as it may have come in contact with a rat.
