      On 3/30/24 we purchased 2 Gazebo’s and wanted assembly but in order to add on assembly we had to purchase the items online, so we did.
      Gazebo#1: $1,499.00
      Assembly#1: $800.00
      Gazebo#2: $999.00
      Assembly#2: $650.00
      Sales Tax: $284.50
      Shipping/Delivery: $650.00
      Paid in full
      4/4/24 Received product.
      Called to follow up on assembly. Sam’s didn’t have an answer & said they’d call back within 24 hours. They didn’t. Called again days later, same response. 2 weeks pass, still haven’t heard anything. We decided to call one last time & if we didn’t get an answer we’d ask for a refund & assemble it ourselves.
      4/16/24, called, customer service agent stated assembly department wasn’t answering her transfer so I asked for a refund for assembly. She said ok and that we would be getting $1,409.78 back in 5-7 business days. Which made no sense because if you calculate assembly it’s actually $1,450, but ok, whatever, I’d like to move on and enjoy our product.
      4/17/24 we get notified by our credit card company that Sam’s Club charged our credit card $650.00. I called to ask what the charge was for, they said it was for shipping, again makes no sense because we weren’t getting refunded for shipping, just a lesser amount for assembly. The phone call took over 2 hours and ended up getting passed to a supervisor by the name of ROA. Nothing was resolved, she asked to send documents of proof, which I did. I’ve called multiple times since then and have gotten no where.
      5/13/24 So far Sam’s Club has refunded us a total of $781.44. I’ve spent countless hours away from other important tasks and responsibilities reaching out to Sam’s Club by phone and email, sending them what they ask for, yet, have not received any response except that they claim it shows full refund on their end. I’ve sent them my credit card statement showing the actual amount that was received on our end to confirm amount. I even offered to return the items for full refund if that was easier, no returns. What can I do?

      Very disappointed. I got my order and it was an open box with no direction assembly papers. I got a returned box. But paid for a new one. I was planning to have 2 of them but now I’m not sure.
      I looked at the reviews and realized I’m not the only one. This is what Sam’s club does. Send customers open used broken orders.

      Why does Sam's club not tell you when you are about to renew?
      Do they not have our information and email?
      To make matters worse they will only renew you at $110 instead of you originally signed up for at $60. I was at the gas pump in a hurry to get to an appointment and the message at the pump demanded $110 to renew before i could get gas. No choice of the original membership price of $60. Major inconvenience to have to go back and ask for more non CS.
      Don't get me started an the inside help. SamsClubsux.com should be the website.

      Poor customer service line. I called to see how my account was set to auto pay again. The customer service rep did not speak clear English and acted as if they didn’t understand me. They renewed my membership without my permission.

      Purchased a freezer after about a month it wasn't closing properly while running. Chat support let me know it could be returned at anytime. I was later told they have a 90 day return on appliances

      Major Apllicances have a 90 day return policy. Please call 888-746-7726 and they will be able to assist with the manufacturere to get a tech out to repair.

      Bring my car in excellent conditions to get new tires expending a lot of money in it, after the service was done I get notified by the workers some pieces were broken, now Sam’s Club don’t want to be responsible for nothing.

      I was sold a defective tire. I have received poor customer service and an expensive product that has caused me undue worry for my road safety. I have endured extra expenses due to this poor product sold to me. I have major health issues and it is shameful for Sam's to deliver substandard products to honest paying customers. I discourage others considering using their auto center and joining the club if treated in this manner. If ever I'm involved in an auto accident with this tire I will pursue legal recourse. This has been a horrible experience.

      After my order was delivered to the incorrect address, Sam's did nothing but give me the runaround in regards to getting my order to me. I was left on hold for extended periods of time, hung up on, and lied to directly by management saying I would get a call back and he left for the day without doing so. The customer service team is deplorable, and I hope to spread awareness to future customers.

      In Feb of 2024 Sam’s club offer new membership discount of $60 for the year down from 110 I signed up as a new member later saw I was charged the whole 110 called customer service I was lied to several times then hung up on called my local club spoke with the manager said the discount must have somehow not been applied hmmm how convenient for Sam’s club said I had to physically come into the store for a partial refund I want the whole 110 back and my membership canceled I will never do business with a company that defrauds customers false advertises and has representatives that lie and hang up on you

      I have purchased a Serta mattress. I purchased it on February 28,2024. The money ($586) has since cleared my account. I was told it would be delivered by March 20, 2024. Now I have a shipping company called RXO that they can’t deliver this until March 26,2024. I’ve tried to explain to them that this is not the date that’s promised to me. I’m a white glove member as well. This bed is for my father whom is having surgery and needed a more comfortable mattress.
