      I have been a customer and ordered from and shopped at Sam's Club many times in the past with no issues. My latest order in February arrived completely awful. The box was packed with a multi-pack of cookies and a supposed 24 pack of Carnation Instant Breakfast (only 17 were actually in the box). There was a box of OxyClean over top the drinks and the cookies. They were not in a box, they were scattered throughout. The drinks were popped open like they'd just been thrown in there. I reached out for a refund or replacement and was met with the most inept CSA's in my life. I have now had to reach out 6x for my refund that I still have not received. I never get the same response from a CSA and one even had the audacity to ask me for MY BANK STATEMENTS to prove I'd not gotten my $35 refund. At this point I will be filing dispute with my bank and plan to warn everyone I know about the horrible customer service Sam's provides.

      On 2/17/24 my husband and I purchased a ring for over $2k and was advised the sizing from a 7 to an 8 would take 2-3 weeks to be completed and we would receive a call to pick the rung up. I t is now the 3rd week and each time I call the store and ask for jewelry I am on long holds and no one picks up. On 3/1 I called the store and was placed on hold and after 9 minutes i decided to get in my car and drive there. I was still on hold as i drove to the location and arrived at the service desk. While asking for a manager 2 untrained employees asked me why I needed a manager and I explained and showed them my phone being on hold with the store. One of the employees told me she worked in jewelry and never heard a page for jewelry. Once the manager arrived i was informed that Irma is the only one who could assist me with the status of my ring and she was not in. All the manager did was tell me it takes 6-8 weeks for ring sizing which differed from the rep who sold the ring to me. No one could provide a status for my ring and it upsets me because if I had known the timeframe was 6-8 weeks and not 2-3 weeks I would have gone to a jewelry store. I have plans for 3/9 vows that have to be cancelled due to this misinformation from this store. I still call each day and am placed on hold with no answer, but someone picking up and asking me to hold again. Irma never returns my call to provide me with status of the ring and a manager should not offer a refund to resolve an issue like this. I have not been provided any answers on how to check on this ring and why I was told misinformation for the ring timeframe for sizing.

      I have had 2 incidents within the last month of me buying meat at the Sam's location ** ****** ******** ** ****** **. (76248)
      I did not have the receipt to return the first "illegal" sale, but I did keep the receipt on the latest sale of outdated meat. As you know selling meat that is outdated is illegal.
      I returned the meat for a refund on 3/4. The expiration date on the packaging was 2/29. I bought the meat on 3/3.
      The Customer Service rep at the counter when I returned the meat did not show ANY concern with my return, and was actually rude. She did not even say "sorry" for selling me an outdated product.
      After receiving my refund for my expired product, my wife and I went back to the meat area to purchase some ham that was not outdated. We discovered 10 CASES of outdated ham. So our purchase was NOT a one time deal, the store is selling outdated meat every day. 10 cases of outdated ham? We talked to someone in the meat department and he got someone in the back to remove the 10 cases of ham that expired on 2/29. (We were there on 3/4)
      Sam's Customer Service has declined drastically in the last year. We are looking once again at Costco for our products due to the selling of outdated meat and the rude customer service we have been getting on a regular basis in the last 12 months. The employees there are not trained properly and have a bad attitude.
      I just wonder how many other Sam's customers bought the expired meat for the last 4 days and ended up with food poisoning.

      I have contacted customer service numerous times about removing my email address from another customer's profile residing in Florida, and they simply refuse to do it. I do not know anyone who lives in the State of Florida -- no relatives or friends or even acquaintances. Sam's Club "Happening at your club" in St. Petersburg, FL notifications addressed to "Donna" are sent to my email address as well as feedback surveys addressed to "Donna." Customer service advised there is no harm and that they would need "Donna's" permission to remove MY email address from her profile -- an email address that Sam's Club erroneously assigned to her account. In my opinion this is fraud, and if I could file a complaint against Sam's Club, I would. If I could give customer service a zero rating, I would. Please contact Sam's Club and demand that they permanently remove my email address from "Donna's" account in St. Petersburg, FL.

      We placed an online order for my daughter while at college. We have done this many times before with no problems. Today my daughter’s order was delivered but she never received it. All the times before she was notified that her order was on the way and called when the driver arrived. Nothing today. When my husband called today to find out what happened the manager just said oh sorry it was delivered and when we said she never received it, she replied oh we can credit back your card in 3-5 business days. Again still doesn’t solve the situation of my daughter not having her products. Then he called customer service where they just kept saying sorry for the inconvenience. He then spoke to her supervisor who listened to the complaints but still didn’t offer any real solutions. This is just really poor customer service and very disappointing. Now we have to spend more money to get her order delivered again. When technically they stole money, we can’t get the sams cash back unless we go and pick up a gift card from the store and the delivery driver still got a tip. ?? when we asked what happened they couldn’t give us any answers because according to them once the driver picks up the package there’s nothing they can do.
      Just very disappointed parents trying to feed their daughter at college.

      Lousy customer service.
      Cannot even solve the simplest issues (like, "where is my online order"?)
      Have chatted with 3 people, sent emails, and made 2 phone calls to the "customer service" line (got hung up on too!)
      Local club does not answer the phone (tried twice).
      Customer service reps are from out of the country ( I got a survey, my first chat was with Marvin from El Salvador).
      Sam must be turning over in his grave.

      I recently experienced a highly frustrating situation with Sam's Club that has left me deeply disappointed. On February 7th, I meticulously planned the pickup of an 85-inch television, scheduling it for February 9th between 12pm-1pm. Understanding the complexities involved with transporting such a large item, I took the day off work, enlisted a friend's help, and rented a truck to ensure a smooth pickup process. However, just two hours before the scheduled time, I received an email informing me that my order had been canceled without any clear explanation. The message was vague, suggesting the cancellation could have been due to a variety of reasons, including the possibility that I had canceled it myself or that the item was out of stock.
      Seeking clarity, I contacted Sam's Club's chat support, only to be told the item was out of stock. This was perplexing since I was able to place the order initially. I was advised to call the store directly, where I learned that only a display model was left, with no discount offered. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, it became clear that picking up the TV as planned was not an option. It was suggested I could attempt to haggle with the store manager over the price. This suggestion was not only impractical but also added to my frustration. I had already invested time, money, and effort based on the assumption that my order was confirmed.
      This ordeal has been eye-opening. Despite my family's long-standing loyalty to Sam's Club, this experience has led me to reconsider my membership. The lack of communication and poor customer service are unacceptable, especially when it involves significant personal effort and expense. I've decided to not renew my membership and switch to Costco, hoping for a better shopping experience. It's regrettable that it had to come to this, but I cannot justify continuing to support a business that fails to respect its customers' time and money.

      Beware of false advertisement on bonus Sam's cash offer. I received this bonus offer via mail of using Sam's Club Master card to pay recurring bills back in Oct 2023. After fulfilling the required 2 payments, I did not the bonus offer of $5. I contacted the service representative, they wanted me to send them records of billing my streaming service. They contacted me again in 2 weeks wanting me send them a copy of the bonus offer flyer.
      Yes, it was a great deal of work for $5.00 that I still don't have. I decided to cancel my membership

      BUYER BEWARE!!!! Free shipping is misleading!!
      Sams Club Plus membership can cancel your free shipping if they think you use it too much.
      I am a 77 year old that is a caregiver to my wife that has Alzheimer's.
      It is hard for me to get to the club due to her situation.....
      I order things like ensure, depends, and so forth on a regular basis...
      I also used the free shipping to send various holiday gifts to friends and family...
      Without any notification, they canceled my free shipping...
      Can't get to talk to anyone with any authority about my problem....
      Poorest customer service of anyone we do business with..

      If I could give a zero I would. I have been on the phone with Sams club customer service representatives. In two days total I have spent 4 hours on the phone with representatives incapable of doing their jobs to resolve an issue for an order I placed to be delivered. I am in fact still on the phone now. I contacted the company yesterday as I did not receive my order but they placed a box of fruit snacks on my doorstep instead. The representative stated that the driver sent my order to the wrong address. My neighbor who I checked with and the order did not come to her. The representative proceeded to tell me they took a picture of the house not has a white door. I said yes but the driver could have taken a picture and loaded it back onto his truck. My neighbor doesn't have my order and the driver clearly found my address and left fruit snacks that I did not order. After 1 hour and a half yesterday 1/20 they issued a re-order and said I would not be charged h til my item got here. It was supposed to arrive today 1/21 between 10-12. That of course did not happen. I had to call once again and have been on the phone with even a supervisor who is incapable of helping me. I said I want the charges removed from my account. They told me they couldn't give me a refund yesterday and the lady I'm in the phone with now doesn't seem to be knowledgeable enough to do it either. She has no idea when my order is coming and I stated I do not want to be charged until the order arrives. I have been on 1 hour holds with no checking back. This is the first time I have done a delivery with Sam's. My mom had brain surgery and I was using delivery to try to make life easier as I am unable to get to the store caring for her. This is a disaster business with nobody competent to do their jobs. I have no items here that I ordered and I'm charged for them. This is the worst ordering experience I have ever had. As I sat here waiting for resolution the girl I was just in the phone with hung up.
