      Walmart sells items from other stores and then doesn't accept their returns. They need to make this more conspicuous on their website when ordering. I order from walmart because it is easy to get and easy to return and when they do this it is just disappointing.

      Horrible experience, bought a set of new $1000 dollar tires, can’t get them installed due to Abbeville LA #309 store system is down for over a week. Spoke to corporate and the made case# also was told to call buy corporate office and speak to Manager Michelle at Walmart so I did, she never showed up for work, so the assistant manager Stephanie, I was on the phone with the operator speaking to Stephanie and she said she didn’t want to speak to me and just send them to the tire department. Again it’s been over a week and their computers are down. Finally after spending hours on phone the operator got Calvin in Automotive to answer my call. He said the same thing he is aggravated with corporate they have know about this and still haven’t repaired system. Leslie with corporate office did a great job, I also told her i called stores within a 50 miles of my home and the only one that answered phone was Lafayette La store on Ambassador Caffery Parkway. But he tells me he is short staffed like usual and it would be 6 to 7 hours at least before they can Mount tires. The only reason we need Walmart to install is the free road hazard, but going through this headache, a Walmart in another state could have the same issues. The Market Manager for this area will call me by Wednesday next week. While we are riding on may pop tires with my kids. This is unexpectable, we spend at least 1500$ a month with Walmart and this is how you treat customers. I called the other stores like I said within 50 mile radius and customer service doesn’t answer, it just rings and rings. I’ve spent hours on this. Walmart is going down the toilet, horrible customer service, I will be speaking on this issue on my Youtube podcast and all social media! We spent $1000 on tires that I can’t get put on, if we have a blow out or an accident, I will sue the pants off Walmart. This is how you treat loyal customers!

      Absolutely horrible experience! I ordered 65 water bottle for our drivers. We're in some severe heat so it would be a nice gift. When I got the boxes, the bottles weren't even wrapped to be protected from banging against each other! I've wasted about 3 hours on the phone with them between mixed information, wrong return labels, and now no supply to exchange my order like I was told yesterday! I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of stock knowledge any of them having. I was offered a 10% discount on a future order. Talk about insult to injury.... Will never buy bulk from them again!!

      On July 23, 2023 at 3:30 pm, we arrived at Walmart to buy groceries. As we parked in the parking lot, a severe thunderstorm started up. The wind speed increased and heavy downpour began to fall. Shopping carts began to nearly lift off the ground. Once parked, we decided to stay in the vehicle until the storm would pass or die down. To our horror, as we watched, two shopping carts come flying out at the car; while multiple carts were flying around us. The first shopping cart slammed into the back of the taillight; shattering it to pieces and the second one stabbed the left side, leaving a big hole. It also scratched the rear door on the driver’s side.
      After the storm cleared, I went in to get the manager, Mr. Kabeer. He came out, took photos of the scene, and sent them to Walmart’s insurance company. When they finally contacted me, they denied the claim, admitting that the shopping carts should have been picked up before the storm. I explained to them that the shopping carts are never picked up and every time I have to get groceries, I have to request the shopping carts to be picked up. It is an inconvenience when trying to find a parking space and the shopping carts are scattered everywhere.
      I explained that I have been a loyal customer for many years and I should not be treated this way. This would have been avoided if they had picked up the carts as the job instructs them to on a daily basis. How can Walmart have no remorse or accountability for the damage that was caused and could have been avoided? Thank God there is justice in the end for Walmart insurance claims that do people wrong.

      Walmart oil changed need be shut down for damage my engine and they haven't called yet I'm going get my lawyer it engine only cost them $2800.00 for replace actual price is $3000 because I have to pay somebody put new engine in GMC Yukon Denali XL 07

      Called to customer support and was charged 123.98 Walmart Capital One ccon August 14,2023 of 123.98 groceries never got or delivered.The Walmart app kept canceling the one order a total of eleven times.The ordered was show total items of 38 or 39.I asked to cc the card and was told three different ways that they couldn't help but call my Capital One CC again.The customer service called herself sheleena..?,refused to give her name and and I told her I would call Walmart Corp and bbb Nashville TN police spyware involved in this call and call to Walmart Capital one cc.The same swat out of control and answering the 800 was several live people giving a tuff luck answer to me before the live person referr it back to customer service at Capital One for Walmart.I want my credit return to my cc card and the inside to apologize to others for their conduct.

      I’m pregnant just move to this state went shopping at Walmart got hurt in self checkout had to the hospital got a call from claims department. The lady is so disrespectful and rude, almost making it like I never got injured and surprise because I wasn’t given her the answers she wanted I don’t feel like I’m being treated fairly she acts like she can’t hear me on the phone or understand what I’m saying this is ridiculous and stressful

      We dealt with this company for a week and a half, without getting anything out of them. They never answer the phone, they wouldn’t return our calls, they refused to help us in anyway other than telling us to send them receipts. What they should’ve done was sent us a rental vehicle on the site of the crime that was committed that caused us to need a rental vehicle, and they should’ve sent us a check to take care of the damage is done to both our vehicle and our business, which they don’t do. Instead, we’re sitting here almost 2 weeks after losing our vehicle to malpractice, without a rental vehicle, still, without any work done to our vehicle because Walmart claims services agents won’t answer the phone. When one of them does finally speak to us they send us to another agent who also doesn’t answer the phone.
