I have the same problem with my car after oil change as most here. My engine is completely dead! This happened the day after the oil change. Maybe we can get together and sue collectively?
I'm pure sure it was Walmart employees false!

We have a vehicle claim open with Walmart Claim Services. As of today, the claim has been open for 3 weeks with absolutely no follow-up communication from our adjuster.
Long-story short, we had two oil changes done at our local Walmart Auto. Recently, our car completely broke down and was towed to our mechanic, who discovered that the oil filter in the car had not been replaced in almost a year and was in fact the same one they had put in for us back in 07/2022. The oil filter our mechanic uses is a completely different brand than what Walmart uses. This was also confirmed by a local Walmart shop employee. Due to the oil filter not being changed during our two visits to Walmart auto, the oil filter collapsed on itself and metal shavings went into the motor. We are now in need of a new motor.
The timeline given by our adjuster was 2-3 weeks. That in itself is unreasonable, but then to have absolutely poor communication since has been unprofessional. Our adjuster will not respond to our emails or phone calls for a status update. Nor has he responded to our mechanic to confirm to them that the requested documentation, photos and vehicle registration were received.
If you try to reach anyone else in their call center, you stay on hold for 30-50+ minutes and then the associates who answer are unable to help and unable to transfer to anyone in the claims division.
We paid for a rental out of pocket for 10 of the days during this time, but as I'm sure most are aware, the cost of rentals right now is pretty high and we aren't even guaranteed we will ever hear back from our adjuster to confirm they are at fault and will reimburse us for the rental itself.
On top of everything, we are expecting a baby and have doctor's appointments to attend every other week, let alone the added stress not having my vehicle is causing.

I purchased 4 tires online from Walmart, but set up an appointment to have them installed at the store in Byram, MS. My appointment was for 7am. When I arrived at 6:58am they were just opening the auto center. At 7:30am they still had not started the installation of my tires. Around 7:45am someone called me to apologize for the delay and stated the manager was going to discount the mounting charge to compensate me. That was fine until they discarded my old tires, even after I specifically told them I wanted to keep them. I got my truck back around 11:45am and had to rush to make another appointment only to realize I had 3 tires all black on the outside and 1 with the white letter showing. When I called back, I was advised they closed at 7pm so I needed to arrive before or by 6pm if I wanted to be seen. I arrived at 5:45pm the next day and was greeted at the counter by a gentleman who told me his guys couldn't take any more work. Even though he didn’t ask what type of work I needed done. After I explained I was the lady who had waited most of the day on the previous day. Even though I had a 7am appt he then indicated he was the manager and had someone to change my tire. I explained to him I was denied road hazard during my previous visit and asked him why or was that correct. He said it was because I purchased the tires online. Which made no sense. I also advised him of how his staff discarded my old tires after I told them I wanted to keep them. He said he thought about calling me to offer me a free oil change but didn’t do anything. I was truly dissatisfied with this experience. If I could return the tires, I definitely would! It is very upsetting to spend your hard-earned money with a company to only be treated in this manner.

I was sold a Sumitomo Tire August 2022 and has less than 7,000 miles on it. I had a blowout recently in which the rubber separated from the tire. An issue that this brand tire apparently has had and causing major accidents and damage. Walmart refused to replace this tire knowing that tire is backed by a manufacturer warranty and sold a tire to me knowing of these issues. It caused a lot of damage to my car and I'm out two tires and not able to drive costing me a job.

Walmart is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life at this point. I will never spend another cent at Walmart as long as I live.
I've spent 2 weeks arguing with Walmart online and over the phone about Walmart rewards I've earned but was not given. I have talked to 20 (seriously) customer service agents with NO RESOLUTION.
I paid for Walmart+ but they are not allowing me the benefits of Walmart+ because they don't like people actually taking advantage of the benefits. It's just looks good and it advertisement for them to get people to pay for Walmart+. The 17th customer service agent I talked to told me they were ending rewards for my account, and the last 2 orders in which I was supposed to earn rewards they would not be giving the rewards to me. Why did I pay for Walmart+ then?
2 weeks of fighting, more than 6 hours talking to Walmart on the phone, and several more hours talking to customer service agents online, just for them to finally admit they just don't want to pay me. YOU OWE ME THAT MONEY. I BETTER GET IT.

So my daughter was poked by a knife that fell out of a package that was opened. Claims said that because they where not aware of the situation they are not claiming responsibility. So basically if you are inquired in their store they don't care. I guess the item needs to slice off a finger or leg to get anything. who knows who touched the tipped of the knife before it pincered her skin and made her bleed. they said they they where not aware of it Neither was my daughter but she is now waking around with a scar on her leg and nothing to show for it.

If I turn back the hands of time… I took my van into the AutoCare center for an oil change in February of this year. In March 23rd, my van overheated and died. I had a mechanic take a look at it and it was determined that the fluids that were running from under my vehicle came from a loosely fastened bolt. He told me to contact the place that performed the service. I did that and it took a month before someone from the Dogwood Drive auto manager contacted me. After he and I spoke, I was told that footage from that day was found and was submitted to be reviewed. The auto manager called me back, told me that the video was reviewed and he was instructed to have me file a claim. I went to the store, filed the claim and was told that it was no longer on the individual store to settle this matter. Once it was assigned and reviewed by a specialist, that person denied the claim and stated that if I had any evidence to submit to his email. I did just that. That was on April 21st. It is now June 14th and my family and I are stuck without a vehicle. It’s not fair that this is happening. The saddest part about this is that I trusted Walmart AutoCare with my vehicles for years. I would have never thought something like this would happen AND no accountability is taken, even with evidence?!? I am currently unhoused and taking money away from family in our time of need for transportation. I need help with this.

False advertising and liars! Walmart canceled an order on me because they screwed up. They promised me that I would receive my product but then would not honor the order. Walmart is very dishonest. I will never do business with them again ever. Very rude and unprofessional. This was a very bad experience that they refused to fix. They would not honor a price on an order I made. I have proof and screen shots of everything. They refused to make it right.
