      My account was deactivated/ phone number banned. Their explanation after several attempts was terms of use. I was later told due to (threat of violence) but they could not give me any further details. I was told I could reopen an account under a new email. They have my phone number banned so I cannot do so. I want to clear this up but received no help in doing so. I rely on their delivery services for my disabled mother. I know this is a mistake on their part but they are unwilling to help.

      Online order was to be here Feb 14 then was informed it was in Texas waiting for pickup it's now March 16th and now online says April 8th delivery I've contacted Walmart corp they won't call and find out where it's at they just keep telling me March 28th but now April 8th. Tired of being lied to want to know where my paid items is at. And real date I'll get it.

      Unacceptable lack of communication and deceptive warranty postings.
      I purchased a pair of Samsung Buds 3 Pro earbbuds in early January - less than 60 days ago. The posted warranty signage says that they will honor refunds and exchanges within 90 days. It also notes that there are some exceptions, but it doesn't mention that the ENTIRE CATEGORY of electronics is an exception.
      Just another example of a big corporation showing callous disregard for its consumer base and the ongoing financial struggle that is day to day life in the current era of big media, money grubbing corporations and vanishing social services. Truly hope that Walmart gets what it deserves when the time comes. As far as I'm concerned they stole $300 from me.
      Save yourself the headache and buy from a different unfeeling c9rporation that at least makes returns and exchanges easy - Amazon....

      I’ve been going to my Walmart For many of years.
      I recently was completely traumatized two days before Christmas and will never go back there again.
      For the last 4 1/2 years, my kids, grandmother sends the money for Christmas and their birthdays from California.
      I went two days before Christmas to go pick up money that she sent for them. The lady asked me why she is sending the money. I told her that their father has schizophrenia and she kind of steps in and is there for my kids for him.
      After I told her that she accused me of laundering money and told me to leave immediately. I was completely shocked. And asked if I could talk to a manager because I’m not sure what’s going on.
      The manager was talking to the CSR and then came over to me and didn’t even listen to me and yelled at me and told me to get out.
      I left and cried in my car for a good hour and a half and will never go back there again.
      I called Corporate and told them what was going on and they apologize and said I could go to another Walmart to pick up the money.(which I did)
      They also said the store manager would call me to get more details and that person never called me
      My first job was at that Walmart
      I can’t believe that this happened.
      I can’t help but to think that they were Discriminating because my kids grandmother‘s name is Zee ****.
      There is absolutely no other reason that somebody would say no to somebody’s grandmother sending them Christmas money, especially when she does it every year

      I am on disability and had ordered a home grocery delivery and when I was putting in the address a auto fill popped up and didn't realize it had changed from north to south which wasn't my address the store was impossible to deal with they said drivers where 3rd party and I had to call costumer service I did they said they fix it a few days after they refunded they took it back said it violated there policy and took the money back out of my account without permission so I didn't have food for this month had to go to the pantries cause there excuse was drivers a third party the driver should of called to conform he didn't very poor customer service as a whole for walmart

      Worst online service ever
      . They garentee delivery times overe and over but never delivered the product. They apologize and garentee it again and again but never make good on their garentees.

      I placed a grocery order this afternoon for an express delivery. My bank account was charged. The groceries were NOT delivered. It wasn't just that items were missing- nothing was delivered. Online I can request a credit to my account. I chatted, because I also wanted the tip and the express charge refunded, since the driver didn't do the job they were tipped for and the delivery wasn't made in the specified time. The only option I was given from the chat rep was for it to be refunded to my card- IN TEN DAYS. Online, it can be added to my account. I don't understand why a care agent can't do the same thing and I really don't understand why I have to wait 10 days for a refund on a product I never received. I would have been happy to have had the order replaced, but that's not an option I had either.

      2 times in a row, I have not received my delivery order... I had to wait ten days after each. This is appalling and unprofessional.walmart should definitely be sued

      I returned a bike from home, and I have the video recording of the woman who came and picked up the bike on 27th Feb 2025. Now walmart is not refunding me saying that they didnt receive the item yet which is a lie, I need my money back immediately

      instances does it keeps happening then they have their register set up to where you can't even see the prices as they are ringing them up
