I had a Walmart + Membership and paid the annual fee of over $100 when I found out they no longer support DEI program I immediately cancel my Walmart and Sam's Club account my reason is not support any company who does not support people of color. All my accounts has been deactivated. Walmart promise me a refund of the remaining balance of the membership that ends in June they already reimburse my Sam's Club membership fee and not my Walmart remaining balance. As I told them on the phone I will no longer shop in their store or online service. I was suppose to recieve an email from Walmart Refund department as told by the operator nothing happen.

Walmart + member for a while now and this isn’t the first time my order was dropped off to the wrong place! Proof was attached that driver left it at some unknown house! But they are making me wait 10 days for a refund! Unprofessional and about ridiculous!

Bought an air mattress on 3)5/2025 and a warranty. Got home, opened up the box that was glued shut. It was a totally different mattress. It was stained, patched several times, filthy dirty, and smelled like cigarettes. Went to return it in less than an hour and the manager on duty refused to help me and treated me like a criminal. I have pics and proof. So dont shop here and dont buy there warranties. They don't care about people. I've been a pastor in this community for almost 30 years and have never been treated like this. Especially by a multi-billion dollar company that's supposed to be about family.

My mom who is a type one diabetic and her sugar went low and was eating a one dollar candy bar to help bring her sugar up and she was followed and made to go into a room from security. She had to sign a paper that said she was not allowed to go back to any walmart or sams club. Instead of actually waiting until she checked out with the rest of her stuff. That is absolutely ridiculous and just full harassment and discrimination. They deserve to be sued and the employees fired for that kind of behavior. Not to mention they also went through her purse without asking permission as well. I would give negative stars if I could.

Walmart+ keeps your money hostage. They mess up and make you wait 24 to 48 hrs to respond. I spent $370 on grocery delivery for 6pm-8pm 2/28/25. Either the spark driver was a scam artist trying to get as many tips as possible or was a complete ***** ***** thief. They started shopping my order at 4:00pm and had substitutions, but did not send me those until they checked out so I had no time approve them. Then at 5:45pm I get notified that my order is on its way so I go to the front of the house. I spent 4 hours by the door because tracking kept saying 1 more stop away for the next two hours and increasing the time by 3 to 5 minutes. At almost 8 o’clock when my order now said delayed, I called Walmart and spent 20 minutes on the phone with a rep. That person saw what the driver was doing. At that time I checked my email and at 6:52pm, I received an auto generated email saying your delivery will be leaving shortly. So this person really knew how to play the game to let me track them for an hour and then send the email that it was leaving shortly. Supposedly my call was escalated. The driver had already been driving around 3 hours with $370 worth of frozen and refrigerator food. The same game kept being played so at 9:00pm I called Walmart again and got some idiot that told me to call the driver. I told them that is their job, I don’t hire the crap drivers so I asked for a supervisor who gave me the same story that they would escalate my call and so on. Finally, at 9:39pm I snapped a picture right before I was told that the driver was returning my order to the store and I get a message of attempted delivery at 6:02pm. That was a complete lie as I was at the front door and on the phone to Walmart twice and they could see tracking. Walmart wanted to deliver the next day. I told them to cancel as I didn’t want food that had sat in someone’s car for 4 hours. Now I wait for my $370 while they have my cancellation request pending. No resolution next day.I have pics of lies

I purchased an item and had taken it back and got a refund for $98 and change they arbitrarily put it into a store wallet as a credit for me without my permission. I have called store twice trying to get my money switched from that wallet into my original payment method that is my Amazon prime card ending in ****. I would like to have my money back into my account as soon as possible.
      Thank you very much.

Walmart Plus is a complete and total scam. It is a money grab, nothing more. Understand that this is not Amazon Prime. You can get discounted Burger King if you want to eat garbage everyday. Paramount Plus (with ads) is included. Paramount Plus is MOSTLY ads. It is slow, glitchy and a 22 minute show is like 40 minutes of ads, it's awful. But the worst part? They call it "free shipping." Let me explain. I ordered a few items for shipping. Well, they were to arrive while at work. A driver from one of the dasher style services began aggressively calling and texting me repeatedly letting me know that I must tip or he might not me able to deliver the item. I thought shipping meant USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. Nope, Walmart uses dashing apps to pass the cost onto you. Then you get an aggressive man texting, calling and repeatedly pounding on your door, on camera. Then the next scam? Something that they call "adjustment charges." I tried to buy a 45 dollar Lego item, it had a near 5 dollar adjustment charge. The awful customer service chatter explained it like this: First the agent said it's for fruits and vegetables. Legos are neither. Then the agent said it's for items that have weight. Ok, all items weigh something. Then the agent said Walmart charges extra for a bag or box.... nearly 5 dollars for a small Lego. I told the agent it was store pickup. Then the agent said that the charge is in case the price changes AFTER you make the purchase. You read that right, AFTER the purchase is made. No other retailer does this nonsense. Just believe this review, Walmart Plus is a money grab, pure and simple. Avoid it! You are better off just lighting your money on fire. Also, I got an item, a camera covered in a nasty liquid. I just wanted to exchange it, they made it impossible. Please avoid this.

I ordered an expensive item online which was fulfilled by Walmart. I ordered a $330 headphone and received a $10 led strip light 8in the box. My stomach sank. I contacted customer service via chat immediately after receiving the package on 2/22/25. They told me that I can only return it to the store. They said they made a note that I received the wrong item but there is no replacement so I must return it to a store for a refund. So on 2/23/25 I went to store #3520 in Secaucus to try to complete the return so I could get my refund. The store associate explained that I could not return this. They had to open up the box to scan the item, but since it's not the headphones that I NEVER received, she told me she could not process this at the store. I spent a lot of time driving to the Walmart to make this return. Not only that but I felt humiliated by the store associates. They were also not very helpful in trying to figure things out. They told me to reach back out to customer service. So I reached out again. This time I spoke with Maddila, who said they would not be able to process a return but would need to escalate the issue and someone would need to reach back out to me via email. I have not received a response. I'm out of 3 days of my time reaching back out to them, trying to make this return. I feel scammed for not receiving what I purchased. Then they gave me incorrect instructions on how to return the item. I'm still waiting for a response from someone!!!!!

This Saturday my grocery order was missing items to the total of 39$. What does Walmart do? The rep tells me it has to go through a review process that takes 10 days to process. So I’ll just go without those groceries until next week or longer. How nice to live in such an ivory tower that you don’t consider that taking people’s money by taking 10 days to return it, may have negative effects on your own customers. I cancelled my monthly delivery service and haven’t grocery shopped with them since. Costco and Smiths don’t pull this ***&.
