I purchase a Office Desk Chair on December 28th 2024. The return link did not work. The past 3 months, I been trying to get assistance to to return the item. I have even spoke with management. All I have been told to call back in 48 hrs and I haven't received no response or assistance to return items. I was told by management it was clitch on Walmart.com by error. The clerk in the store expressed to me other customers have same issues when trying to return items.

It's absolutely unacceptable that in this era of advanced technology, your company still manages to botch customer orders. I placed a delivery order and tracked the entire process, only to witness the delivery vehicle arrive at my home, leave, and return my package to Walmart. When I reached out to customer service, the first representative I spoke with was combative and refused my requests to speak with a supervisor, cutting me off repeatedly.
When I called back, I encountered yet another argumentative representative named Luis. Someone on your end had the audacity to change my order from delivery to pickup without my consent. I asked if it could be sent out for delivery again, and the response was a flat no. This delivery option is crucial for many customers who can't easily go to the store, yet you have made it utterly ineffective. I refuse to let this slide; I will escalate this matter further. This experience has been nothing short of ridiculous. I was deeply inconvenienced, treated rudely, and it seems customer service has completely forgotten its purpose. You've poured money into upgrading your technology, but customer service has suffered significantly.
Those self-service registers are nothing but a hassle. During busy hours, a staggering 80% of the registers are closed. What's the logic behind that? Meanwhile, cashiers stand idly by gossiping, and I've seen them treat elderly customers with blatant disrespect. Do your jobs! Many of these individuals struggle with smartphones and computers; they deserve patience and respect. Clearly, customer service has become a lost art at Walmart, and yet you continue to charge customers exorbitant prices for your products. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Get this.. there isn't a customer service email!!!
Fix this! Do better. Your practices are not just inconvenient—they're infuriating. It's time to treat your customers with the respect they deserve.

The people in this Walmart think its okay to harass customers. They will not hesitate to yell and make a scene and even try to bully people that come to shop there. They don't seem to take complaints to their main headquarters seriously either.
I have reported them to the attorney general's office. And also ask them to send them a copy of my complaint and report. Avoid this Walmart if you can.

I purchased an item from guan teng. I received and empty tiny box. Paid $14.13 waited a long time to get the item and its an empty box. Wrote Guan many times. He said money is returned. Its not ever been returned and Walmart hasnt done anything either. I explained many times I have an empty box what can i return theres NO ITEM. Again I was told by Guan I will have my money returned. I Think this is a scam person. Takes the money and sends an empty box. Shame on these people.

I took my car to get an oil change last december of 2024,. By it being my first time getting an oil change at this location, I asked if they would also check my transmission fluid, they refused to as this has never been an issue any where else including at other walmart locations outside of stockton. I was charged about $74 for an oil change, which is very high for a hyundai sonata 2016. The walmart in sacramento on delta shore only charges about $60. Fast forward to march 20th, I went an auto shop because my oil light kept coming on, mind you i had about 20 more days left to get an oil change. Which a light has never came on that early for a change. I was shown as well told by a very sourceful mechanic that we go to that oil was never put in my car, my car didnt even drip a bit of oil when he showed me. So that tells me i was scammed and was stolen from. I got no service done on my car and thats very upsetting. Do not get your oil changed or any service done at this location.

This Walmart offers delivery of your groceries. I pay a membership to have this convenience. Multiple times they have shopped and delivered HALF of my order. Had to do a refund. As of today, groceries were to be here between 7-9am. It’s now 4 pm and still no groceries. STOP offering services if you can’t meet the demand. No uber driver wants to come out into the rural areas. Stop relying on them. You have charged my card for my groceries. And I don’t have them. That’s theft.

I returned items from my baby registry which were purchased by several different people. I needed the money more. I returned in store and the man named Tom at the Walmart store at 1231 Folly Rd., Charleston, SC assured me I would receive an E gift card in my email within a few weeks. I got nothing so called the helpline and they said they would send me an E gift card and manually refund me the money and I would get a gift card in my email by the end of the day.. never happened…Called back probably 15x until someone told me I had to go into the store & that I should call them back if they didn’t fix it. I went back & They said they couldn’t do because they couldn’t do double refunds. They told me to call the helpline. I went in there and called the helpline again and gave them the ref. # I was told to give them if the store wouldn’t help me and they asked to speak to the manager there. So they spoke and said that she couldn’t help me and then the lady on the phone pretended like she said it could be resolved and then she spoke over me, then hung up on me. I called back to cancel my membership because of this. They wanted me to explain it again which took another hour long call which I recorded this time. She even took the problem up to her supervisor who could not help. Turns out they said on the phone it was refunded to the gift givers which is what the store said could have happened. They said I had to reach out to every person from the baby shower to ask them to send me the money back, which I thought was embarrassing and rude. I decided to do it to see if they were being honest and turns out nobody got their card or account refunded nor did they get an E gift card in their email. I am beyond upset. They’ve caused hours of frustration and tears and wasted time and hundreds of dollars. My baby shower was ruined. I wonder where that money went. I will be filing a police report and going there to demand further action.

Purchased a 55" TV at Lihue Walmart and also the warranty. Within 30 of purchase the tv blacked out. I Paid a handy man to drive 45 min each pick up and return to Walmart within the 30 day window. This was after spending two days trying to talk to a manager that told me it was okay to take a picture of my receipt and he could bring it in. My handyman tries to return their defective tv and the manager tells him no she cant process it because there is a warranty. I get on the phone and remind here we are well within the 30 days. She says she's a manager and cant process it use the warranty. I talk with her again and she agrees to call a higher up. The higher up says they will exchange but the price of the tv has gone up and we have to pay the difference!!! WE go round and round! I have to pay the difference on a broken tv plus the $55 per hour to exchange. I just wish I went to Costco!!!! Never again will I purchase an electronic item at Walmart.

Do NOT get the Walmart plus for grocery delivery. I only got part of my order which you can clearly see in my picture of delivery and they will NOT refund my missing items. I’m DONE with supporting a store like Walmart when they can rip people off.
