      I am extremely furious to see the item price I want to purchase increased a lot after logging in as a Walmart+ customer. The coffee filter before logging in was $2.26 and after logging in was $3.68. I have a separate account without Walmart+ and that account also gets $2.26. I am extremely dissatisfy with Walmart right now about this pricing scheme and have to talk to CS to have the price matched back to the original price. I will go back to be Amazon customer and will not come back to Walmart

      Awful. Just awful. Has gone downhill in the past two years. The person ordering the fashion at this store needs to be replaced with someone with more fashion. I feel like these are my granny's clothes and I am 55! There is never someone there to assist you. The store is a mess and they don't have half of what you need. I've opted to travel a little further
      to the Lindale Texas Walmart , where the service is great, the fashion is fantastic and the store is always stocked properly. Such a shame we have to go 45 minutes away when they have a store closer but we will not be going to the store in Mineola Texas again and wasting our time or money.

      I ordered a large outdoor furniture item and an outdoor umbrella from Walmart.com. The outdoor umbrella arrived quickly with no issues. The outdoor furniture was supposed to arrive the following day. I received a call from the freight company they used saying my item was so damaged in transit that it was undeliverable and that I could get a replacement or refund with Walmart. Walmart customer care was so unhelpful with this. Three separate people said don’t worry my item will ship right away. Another said it will ship once I returned the item even though I repeatedly said I never received it to return it. After two more times of trying to contact them, someone finally said my item is showing as delivered so now has to be marked as lost. No one previously had even looked into it clearly. They said this claim could take 45-120 days for an item I never received while I have a $900 charge on my account for something I do not have and currently have no hope of receiving. The freight company was more helpful and responsive, but cannot do much on their end. I am unable to get a replacement or a refund while Walmart holds almost $1000 of my money. I have dealt with other companies and lost furniture packages, and they have always made sure not to penalize the customer for poor delivery or lost items. This is the worst experience, and in the future I would even pay more money for an item elsewhere rather than ever use Walmart.com. Do not expect reliability, customer care, or any kind of communication from this company. They have essentially taken my money without any exchange of services and will not give it back due to no fault of my own.

      Wow, the non-help. My husband and I were checking out in the garden area. The lady standing in the garden area didn’t know how to check out and had to find someone else to do it. I needed a certain charcoal (it was in “Garden”) and you had one last 30 lb bag with a hole at the bottom as wide as the bag and spilling out. This lady said that I’ll need to bring the charcoal to customer service to see how many pieces have fallen out of the 30 pound bag (lol) in order to get a discount. REALLY?! Then, she couldn’t even ring up an onion; she said I had to take the onion to another register as well. Such a waste of time for us and paycheck for the employees that can’t do what the customers end up doing. Where’s my paycheck?What are these people really getting paid to do? No wonder they have self check out lines.

      BEWARE!!!! I ordered a TV last night express delivery from this location and it was never delivered. I called the store this morning 9/17 and asked for a update. They informed me someone picked up the delivery and then canceled it. Then they informed me that it was reassigned to a new driver. I got a notification that it was picked up from the store at 11:12am and delivery was suppose to be here by 11:16am. It's now 2:45pm and it's not here. We went up to the store and the manager John was very very unprofessional!! He started there isn't anything he could do about it. I had to call into Walmart. Com and get a refund. This is poor customer service.!! All they offered was $20 dollars of our next purchase from the person i talked to in customer service at Walmart. Com!! I will never use Walmart again!!! This is the Rockmart Ga location!!!

      Men's frontier tactical work boots. tactical
      Coyote brown.
      I have purchased these boots many times over the last few years & everyone of them the inside seams open up the rest of the boots are wonderful and we love them. They are very light & comfortable. Every pair so far I've had to glue the seams shut it helps for a little while.

      Ordered a verizon mobile hotspot from Walmart online along with a PC bundle advertised as ready to use out the box online. The hotspot was no able to be activated by Verizon after an hour on phone with them. The PC was unusable as the sent a monitor cable that could not attach to the PC.

      I was subscribed to the walmart beauty box for 2 years and moved. I changed my address to have my mail forwarded. Their policy states that they will forward the boxes nor can the wrong address return the box. I contacted customer service and was basically told that I'm out that money and they won't refund it nor give me.back my money.

      Terrible place to go shopping. From top to bottom. Their inventory is never correctly reflected. Even when ordering online I’ve experienced delays without any mention of when the product would arrive. I didn’t receive notification my product was running behind until I showed up to pick up said product & no one was in the department to answer my questions of concern. Upon asking for a refund I was partially refunded & told to re-order the product & they’d “Waive the expedited shipping charges.” After I described I didn’t want to do business with them & would like a full refund I was told it could take up to 13 business days for my refund to be credited back to my account while it only took them a minute to take my money for said purchase. This business is a steadily sinking ship who only retain clientele due to product pricing & the amount of variety they have in one location.

      I had 4 new tires installed I purchased there, during the install they scratched 3 of 4 aluminum wheels on our 2019 Subaru Outback.
