      Very disappointed, ordered tires and suppose to receive them in a week on thursday. Then they delayed them 2 days till saturday. Then send me instead a stupid ac filters instead. Then they refunded my account , so I ordered different tires 55 $ eachagain and made appointment for install. Two days later they cancelled my order due to out of stock. After one hour they send me a message that they are in stock but for 95$ each. I tried talking to customer service but they said sorry nothing can be done. How stupid business is that and what a waste of time and headache. I rather deal with amazon or ebay million times better.

      We purchased some storage totes that was labeled at $6.98. They charged us $14.98. When we told them that is not what it was marked on the shelf as they told is it was misplaced, along with all the other totes apparently. They offered a discount but not the labeled price.
      False advertising, bad employee training, and poor customer care. We got just received a full refund.
      Is never fully or correctly stocked and from a management point of view, needs better management.

      WAL-MART delivery services are horrible. Im a disabled mother of a big disabled family of 8. WAL-MART delivery service has charged many unjust fees unexplained - I've found in my bank account WAL-MART charged me repetitive unjust fees 0.71, 0.91 cents , $ 4×$ 4 , $12×3 , $84 ×2 once $45 dollars 8xs charges or $12,$7,$1, $7 multiple times daily or day after day and some charges AND charges adding up to an extra of $300+ not for FOOD,SERIVE FEES,TAXES,NOR TIPS. WAL-MART has been doing this for months that I can track back but my bank won't return. WAL-MART's unjust charges start super small so you dont notice a thing at first then they grow monthly.
      The multiple charges (unjustly deductions) were "extra money" WAL-MART charges, NO explanation to WHAT they are. They were NOT FOOD NOR TIPS. They just roved a few a when I brought it up to customer service for the third time by an actual honest WAL-MART customer service agent that had no idea of this scam going on???? The second time WAL-MART got scared I contacted the head manager of all WAL-MART and immediately hung up. Strange? I've called WAL-MART out on it and asked WAL-MART what it was for....and there WAS NO EXPLANATION...NOT ONE..WHY? I've told WAL-MART customer service
      there wasn't any reason for the extra charges WAL-MART )...it was just taken out WAL-MART hoping I wouldn't notice. And I'm posting this because WAL-MART did it to a customer service bank representative . I'm positive its been done to millions of others. Because I've called WAL-MART out on it and asked them what it was for....and there WAS NO EXPLANATION...NOT ONE..WHY? What if what if every Wal-Mart was taking out to no ones knowledge even as little as $1-$3 per purschase. Even as low as 0.71 cents more than your original purchase.
      Wal-Mart stores has over 240 million customers per week. Just multiply that by $1 or $3.. in my case extra $300. Just think of extra income these super stores make billions!!

      I had no problems with this store before when ordering online. They took my credit, debit or food card. Now it keeps saying that it cannot be used, and I have money in my food account. I cannot use my credit or debit at this time. And we are short of food to and the person I talked to on the phone kept saying that the cancelled order was not accredited to my account yet. I would like them to fix the problem on their end.

      #1 I spent hours over days on chat & phone calls w walmart.com trying to resolve these issues I've been going through w them & Walmart has not done anything yet to correct them! I spoken to a manager 9/5/22pm who than made false alligations towards me as the customer when I brought up my online order delivery had issues w the 1product missing/1 damage. I Once told again by Walmart.com to cancel my order once again & reorder it. I brought up the issues w doing that the promo codes that they sent me for having to do so on past orders than re-become invalid promo codes & if not replaced again I don't get that discount that they offered me. Plus the holds placed by them on my accounts. Than the manager made false alligations against me (over how much I received in promo codes, not considering all the invalid 1's due to consistently being told to cancel & reorder orders because they refuse to correct issues w them.) Plus false alligations about the total amount of money I spent w Walmart(I have proof of a lot more spent on my credit cards, bank card, otc,&EBT cards that I spent in the stores) I & was informed that I don't deserve a replacement promo code again because of their mistake on the order.)9/2in store was confronted by a Walmart cashier due to I picked up online order& purchased additional items. I honestly feel that this is unacceptable way to treat me.

      Placed deliver order online and paid. Walmart cancelled my order and only returned $5 of the nearly $275 amount I paid, apparently company policy that takes them up to ten days to refund money.
      Why? And why can they refund $5 and not full amount?
      And what gives them the authority to cancel my order when driver was already here?

      Today, 9/2, I was at the location on Mountain in Ontario, CA. I was checking out and a blonde woman with a foreign accent came over and was watching me. She was clearly racially profiling me as I was the only black female checking out. I asked her what her reason for staring solely at me and not the other kiosks was while I was checking out. She didn’t respond. I have been shopping at Walmart for a long time and NEVER felt so disrespected. As an attorney, Walmart should be aware of these practices and do something to remedy. I’m not the first and will not be the last who experiences this. Walmart allowing this is only going to open your company up to lawsuits. Your staff needs additional training. And they clearly need it now.

      bought 1 apple gift card on 8/28/2022. for $500.00.
      Bought another apple gift card on 8\29\2022 for $500.00.
      both cards had been activated. Either cards had no money on them. Wal-mart store Manager would not listen and said call walmart fraude line and apple on the card. Walmart isthe fraude. they took my money and did not care that they took my money. The unresponsive custeemer service manager was unpofessional and did not check my cards to confirm what I was telling her "call walmart faude line, call apple support the number on the card"
      Here is something interesting that I overheard by a customer service employee She had the same thing happen to her. If a known problem existed, why did walmart keepselling the cards? Is that fraude? I think it shoud be. Now I have to jump through all the hoops and call the dirrerent companies. wasting my time and gas. this is a fraude took my money activated cards and no money. a simple mistake? I think not. a known discrepancy and still sellin cards,
      this is a walmart problem. they should have not sold any card at all until this was straigtened out. selling more cards whenit was known ia FRAUDE.

      the worst!
      My order shows delivered but I did not receive it. At first they ask me to wait for 2 more days and after that they will be able to process the refund. after 2 days, customer service people refuse to process and refund and make it my fault that I did not find the order. they refused to process the refund and ask me to dispute with my bank. what a hassle!!

      Walmart Curbside pickup only filled half my order and after 45 minutes of being transferred and jerked around by Angie, Kelly and Dawn, I was told to go back and get it, there's nothing they can do! That's not customer service, no matter how hard I tried, there is ABSOLUTELY NOBODY AT WALMART THAT IS WILLING TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE OR MAKE THIS RIGHT! NOBODY and that's what makes this so completely unacceptable!! They don't give a DAMN about their customers, not at all!! We have to fix their mistakes, I'm not getting paid and I paid to go get it!! Horrible, horrible customer service, go shop at Kroger!! They fix their mistakes, which is where I'm going now!! To bad I had to do it twice cuz Walmart is basically USELESS to their customers! ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND CARELESS!!
