      I called the north bergen, NJ. Walmart Pharmacy at 643pm on October 6th 2022 Thursday . I needed to ask a critical question about a medication I'm on. This young girl answers likely 20s. And she put me directly on hold. After 10 minutes, she answers the phone in a phoney voice like sarcastic. "Thank you so much for waiting I'm so sorry for the hold!" I said no worries I understand. Then she proceeds to say laugh and say "but I gotta put you on hold again!" And puts me on hold. Mind you this is a very serious life or death question.
      Then i hang up after a little while and call back, I wait on automatic hold for a long while and phone answers and I hear a chuckle and hangs up on me , no words said.
      I called back about 4 or 5 times. Wasted more time being on hold.no answer!
      And it's not even close to close time.
      I want this little piece of trash fired. I've been with Walmart pharmacy along with nearly 10 family members who I recommended switch pharmacies to Walmart over 5 years ago, and this is the first time this happens.
      A sarcastic sadistic young female sounds Latino or white possibly, is messing with Walmart pharmacies business because as of now I'm taking my medication fills to another pharmacy and so is everyone I recommended to Walmart pharmacy
      All it takes is one bad apple Walmart! And it'll hurt your bottom line. I'm 100% sure she's a new pharmacist because I didn't recognize her voice. Should've hired smarter! I'm done here

      I Made an online order for curbside pickup, however as I was ordering and noticing that they were out of stock of many products, I changed the pick-up location only, and not the scheduled day for pick up. Arbitrarily the system picked the next available day (2 days later and not the following day as I had originally chosen) with the same pickup time. Upon checking out I’m assuming that I will be picking up my groceries the next day. Today Thursday is the next day (my chosen day), and I find out that my order will not be ready for pick up until Saturday! Not good, I’m out of food and can’t wait (in addition I do not have transportation for their chosen day of Saturday) I called to cancel the order, it went well and their customer representatives were polite but neglected to tell me ( and I asked) that my account had been charged, I asked because it meant that I had to personally go to the store and needed to make sure that I had that money in my account, otherwise I would be overdrawn. Being over cautious I checked the account and my account was charged!! I called back to find out that the refund to my account will take 3-5 business days, in the meantime I have no groceries! As a retiree with a tight budget this is more than an inconvenience as customer service called it, for this inconvenience they gave me an online discount of $15; that’s adding insult to injury since I need my food today and they have no curbside pick up for today.
      Now to the real problem; charging the account on the day the order is placed to be picked up at a later day is not right! Since the order CAN be cancelled. Now they have high-jacked my money for 3-5business days and the order is cancelled ! The charges to the customer account should be placed the day the order is being picked-up at which time the order can no longer be cancelled. This is a serious policy issue that needs to be addressed, this is not an inconvenience, being without food is not an inconvenience but a problem they caused

      I recently had a problem receiving an item that I ordered online. It was either out of stock or no driver to deliver it. I made a complaint. I would like to say thanks to Justin from Walmart corporate and Sarah from Walmart store in Philadelphia. They both made it right. It’s rough out here, and even though my problem was kinda small. They took care of it. Thanks.

      Walmart uses disreputable suppliers. Many goods are defective, and when you try to return them it is nearly impossible because they are Walmart's "Marketplace" suppliers, which means they go through Walmart to sell. My experience with 3 of these products was the same - they were defective, I attempted to return them, and the co in China, for one, offered me 10% to "keep it and give it to someone else," even though it was within the warranty time frame. Walmart headquarters makes it impossible to contact them via email by putting your through all the complaint steps, then not allowing the communication to go through to them. Scam after scam with this company. The fact that it is permitted to get away with these practices is abominiable.
      It is worth paying a couple of dollars more and order through Amazon, who stands behind all products sold by any company they are the agents for. I have learned a costly lesson, and will never use Walmart.com again.

      WALMART CANCELED MY ORDER AND IS NOW HOLDING MY MONEY FOR TEN BUSINESS DAYS! (WHICH IS TECHNICALLY TWO WEEKS). INSTEAD OF REFUNDING MY MONEY AFTER THE ORDER WAS CANCELED.

      I purchased items to be delivered on 9/26/2022. I specifically put that the delivery driver should text upon arrival and have a signature for delivery. No items came and I was still charged. Customer service said it wasn't their problem and would not refund or send me another order. I will never shop at wal-mart ever again.

      I called many times to Walmart.com Corperate for my refund and credit score they always we will email in 2 minutes never get back. I wander how came this business is still in business customer is supposed to be heard and they supposed to resolve problem when customer return item they don’t provide copy and they don’t care after that.

      I had an order for delivery to be delivered between 6-7pm. I got the notification that the orders delayed at 6:40- okay fine. At 9:30 I start with customer service, which provides me with a $15 discount code, and I’m told I will get my order within the hour. At 10:50 I try to contact customer service again since it’s been an hour, and I don’t talk to anyone for an entire hour that I’m waiting. I restart the chat and finally reach someone who cancels my order for me because this is beyond ridiculous and I am usually asleep by 10pm. I contact customer service one last time, by phone to express how frustrating the situation is- I’ve been waiting 6 hours for my food- and I am offered another discount of $25. I understand these things happen sometimes, but waiting 6 hours without notification that there’s something wrong with the system is insane. I don’t trust to reorder it because I was the one who had to reach out about my order when Walmart was having an issue on their end. For 6 hours of my time wasted and an empty fridge, I got $40 in credit.

      On 9/14/22 I purchased two Milestar MS932 Sport All-Season Tire - 205/55R16 91V for $60.29 each totaling $65.11. They shipped early and were due to be delivered on 9/17/22 the earliest and the latest they would be delivered was 9/20/22. On 9/18/22 I checked the status of both tires and one was held up in Northampton, PA due to too many shipping labels. I called the customer service line for online orders, spoke with a gentleman, but he wasn't able to give me any answers. I spoke with a supervisor by the name Irvin and he looked into the matter. He told me that he escalated my order to make sure that the shipping labels would be fixed and for my "troubles" he gave me a discount for $50 and told me that he sent me an email with the details. He said that I am "getting two tires for the price of one". I asked him to make sure that there isn't any mistake made that I didn't still want both tires. He assured me that I would still get both tires. One tire was delivered on 9/19/22 and I was unable to see where the other tire was located, I called customer service again and spoke with a man then after a bit I spoke with Joepet. He called FedEx and put the man on conference call with me. His name was Andy and he assured me that my tire was on the way and would be delivered by 9/20/22. After not receiving the second tire, many phone calls and talking hours to Walmart, FedEx, the vendor (Simple Tire) Walmart went through, 2 different Managers at 2 separate Walmart Stores and Walmarts corporate line I am not going to receive the second tire unless I order another one and pay for it. Sam from Corporate was rude and said that they don't give "deals" like the man did from my first call and that I would not be getting "another refund" for the tire I didn't receive. If I could give 0 stars for this purchase I would. Not all the Walmart associates were rude and told me they couldn't help me, but overall the customer service is terrible.

      Love corporate Walmart and as a customer for over 6 years online and over 15 years in physial stores, my past experiences have been good value, good quality and good customer service. Recently Walmart has deteriorated and has non existent customer service. The web site is not friendly when there is a problem. The Walmart delivery service is BAD. They have consistently delivered to wrong address and to next door neighbor (have to go past our door clearly marked).
      Due to inefficient delivery have requested merchandise be sent via shipping (no issues). The latest purchase included a not requested delivery method. Never received merchandise. Walmart wants customer to do a "return" on system to correct. The last time this happened I followed their instructions and then had a pending return on the account. Had to chase customer service to correct. Therefore, not using the return function since we have never received the merchandise. Not buying anything from Walmart until issue is corrected. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR DELIVERY. With all technology available how they can keep delivering wrong is incomprehensible.
