      I’m so upset I bought a new shampooer I saved for Months it was defective! They didn’t do anything because it was over 50 dollars and we paid cash. We didn’t hold into the receipt we had trust. Now we out the money and a carpet cleaner. Doesn’t seem fair! Always paid credit cards because I called gave them the money info and day we got it. They still could do anything or want to. It’s a rip off on the little people.

      It is fraudulent that Walmart now charges a "temporary hold fee" to internet orders. You are supposed to get it back; but my order was August 14 and to date August 21 I have not received it. It is a way of amassing even more company profits by Walmart to charge people on a "temporary hold fee" basis and then never reimburse buyer. Think of the millions of dollars Walmart makes by charging .50 to 1.00 per
      order per customer world wide. This is illegal!

      On 8/20, I was shopping for Wasp spray at Walmart store 00932 in Griffin GA. When I did a price check with the app, the price was $7.48. After I had used the app I noticed the price on the shelf was $5.70. I took a picture incase it rang up $7.48 at the register.
      I went to the self check out area. When the price rang up $7.48, I pressed the “I need help” button. Jalesia (not sure if I got the spelling right) came to assist us. I told her the issue and she said “that can’t be $5.70 for a 3 pk. I said well I have a picture. She then took my item with her to the customer service manager. Instead of coming back to me Jalesia went to several other customers. My husband had to go to the customer service manager to find out what was going on. She “agreed” to let us have it at the shelf price.
      The entire time I felt like they were accusing me of stealing. I just wanted the shelf price.
      I was told by another employee that the store manager’s policy is to not honor shelf prices if they are different than what is in the system.

      I bought transmission fluid for $65 from Walmarts website and the product description said there are supposed to be 12 pcs. When I got package only one quart was in there. I called Walmart they said they see where it says 12pcs but tried to tell me it also says only one price which was completely untrue. How is Walmart going to try to see one quart of oil for $65 is beyond me. I told customer service rep that this is false advertising, you can’t tell a customer that the product description is one thing and give them another. Of course the rep didn’t care but needless to say Walmart gonna end up in some lawsuits they keep this up.

      BEWARE of the Choctaw, OK Walmart delivery service! It was great the first cpl times! I thought…this is well worth the money to save time and the hassle of going grocery shopping. And then my most recent order (on Monday) never showed up (which included dinner for that night and some school supplies). No communication about it other than the app said my delivery (scheduled for between 6-7PM) was delayed. I assumed I’d get a call or text first thing the next morning, but never did. I called Tuesday afternoon and finally, after numerous calls, got ahold of someone and was told they were short drivers is why my order didn’t get delivered and did I still want it delivered. I said yes please at the same time (on Tuesday). And two days in a row my order never arrived! I ended up driving up there and picking it up myself, even though I paid $98 for the Walmart plus subscription, that includes free grocery delivery. I was told it was Sparks fault, who is apparently the 3rd party delivery company. I asked for their customer service number and no surprise… it’s not a working number (tried it several times). I also called Choctaw Walmart today and requested to speak to the manager. I was on hold for over 5 minutes and ended up asking that the manager give me a call back (and never got a call back and it’s now Friday). I also called 1-800-Walmart today and asked for a prorated refund of my Walmart plus account, which I paid for a month ago, and was told they can’t do that (she said it’s in the contract there are no refunds). She emailed me a $10 credit which is not what I wanted at all. So in the end, I paid $100 for a service Walmart is failing at and they refuse to refund my money? I get that it’s tough times and it’s hard to hire/keep employees. BUT THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! HUGE FAIL in multiple ways!

      I use Walmart + service:
      * I have been charged twice monthly for membership fees for almost 2 years and I can't be refunded.

      * Most of the groceries come in spoiled and they don't care packaging them and delivering them to your house

      * Every order equals a phone call to customer service, too much time wasted ??

      Purchased a video that has deceptive packaging to make it look like it was Blue Ray, but instead it was DVD's - DVD's were scratched/defective. The outside packaging was not the same as what was inside. Went to BAXTER, Minnesota Walmart with my receipt the very next day to return. Was told I could not under Copy Right. BUT, Walmart did not have this no refund policy on the receipt, on the item or in the video department nor did the Walmart employee checking me out tell me I would not be able to return the DVD under any circumstance if purchased.
      I do have to compliment the St. Cloud Minnesota Walmart as they took my DVD and actually made statements of care and understanding on getting a product defective. Gave me a refund without a hassle unlike the Baxter store.

      The worst customer service. I came in to do a return from a online order. I went online and started the return process and just had to bring it to the store to return with the barcode. The associate behind the counter refused the item because she did not have a box big enough to ship it back to the third party seller. I was stunned especially since it stated in the return process online that if it is not boxed don’t worry we will pack it for you. So much for that. The woman was 1000% wrong I work retail also and that was the dumbest thing I ever heard. She should have just said she didn’t want to go through any trouble doing her job. She had the nerve to tell me to go find a box and then bring it back. It is not the customers problem that you don’t have a box that size, tape two boxes together if you have to but you don’t treat a customer that way. And the first thing that went through my mind is I should have shopped from Amazon.

      Back in December I mad a delivery order from Walmart and the driver left my order outside the gate on the sidewalk, when I got got home about an hour later my order had been through, I called customer service about it and was told that I would get a refund for the entire order and still haven't gotten it yet. I've called several times about this and they would tell me I should get a call/email from the manager of the store which I still haven't got yet, everytime I keep having problems and when you ask to speak to a manager they say it's none available through customer service.

      Then another situation where I purchased a phone back in February to be shipped so I tried activating it immediately and was having trouble, so I called the mobile phone company about it gave them the info, they say that it can't be activated and to call Walmart about it, long story short I kept getting the back and forth for months and then about 3 week's ago my Mobil carrier tried getting assistance by his manager and I way told that Walmart sent me a bad phone and for me to ask for a replacement so I did that, when I called Walmart customer service back about it and told them what I was told they said they was going to refund me the full price for the phone and once again I have yet to receive my refund for this as well.
      I WANT MY REFUNDS, IT'S A SHAME THAT I HAVE TROUBLE WHEN THEY HAVE THE PROOF OF THE DRIVER LEAVING THE ORDER OUTSIDE THE GATE ON THE SIDEWALK AND THEM SENDING ME AN DEFECTIVE PHONE, NOBODY HAVE MONEY TO JUST THROW AWAY TO THEM. IT'S A SHAME

      Wal-Mart Charged me over 125.00 twice for the same order. Customer Service was unknowledgeable and unhelpful. I am disappointed to tears.
