      Not accessible, does not provide local assistance with a problem. Calls are forwarded to another country exposing our personal information to foreigners and consequently nothing is accomplished, and I do mean nothing! I am referring to their Pharmacist in particular who delights in harassing their customers and not providing the full prescription written by the doctor. I filed a complaint against him a few years ago for only giving me a 30 day supply of my blood pressure medicine instead of the 90 day supply. Yesterday he called me before I even got home from the doctor's office and wants to only give me 28 tablets instead of the 120 she wrote, which is fully covered by my insurance. I asked him why he was calling me INSTEAD OF THE DOCTOR if he needed more authorization and he only gave me a snide remark AND DID NOT FAX THE FORM TO MY DOCTOR! I told him point blank I would NOT ACCEPT LESS THAN WHAT THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED. HE NEVER FAXED HER THE FORM FOR AUTHORIZATION SO I WAS WITHOUT MY MEDS LAST NIGHT. The fact that he is still at this location speaks loudly of WalMart's arrogance to provide service to their customers and instead allows their contracted employees to harass them and NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE REQUESTED!

      The service at this Walmart has gone quickly downhill in the last several months. My family and I have been customers at the Walmart on Younts Road in Indian Trail, NC for a very long time and have never seen anything like it. We are Walmart Plus members and mostly have our groceries delivered. There are now several problems with this service. Several times we have received the completely wrong order or received only half of our order. Furthermore, we very frequently have to put in for a return on an item because it was listed as included in the order, and it simply is not there. We also have to request refunds due to substitutions that make no sense. For example, we recently received adhesive in place of white caulk and a yellow squash in place of zucchini which are not even close. This is a waste of product and money. One of the most frustrating issues with this location is they refuse to answer the phone in any department. That just should not even be possible. You are a business. You need to answer the phone when customers call your stores. Then another first happened yesterday, July 26th. We placed an order for delivery between 4 and 5. It was never delivered. Just simply never delivered. I have attempted to call this Walmart at least ten times this morning at customer service and the pickup department and am unable to get anyone to answer the phone to let me know if it will be delivered today since it was picked. The customer service and communication at this Walmart are terrible and they should be embarrassed that their store is being run like this.

      IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. WALMART CS SUCKS. AND THEY ARE LIARS. I RECENTLY PLACED A ORDER ONLINE WITH A PROMOCODE THEY GAVE ME FOR MESSING UP A ONLINE ORDER AND THEN WHEN I USED IT THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND SAID I CANT USE THE PROMOCODE AGAIN. WHAT A LOAD OF BS. I AM A SENIOR WHO IS UNEMPLOYED AND ON WELFARE AND I CANT AFFORD THIS BS. THEY TRIED TO FIX THE SITUATION BY RIPPING ME OFF AGAIN AND SENDING A 15.00 PROMOCODE IF I BUY OVER 25.00?? WTFH.. WALMART IS A RIPOFF AND THEIR AGENTS ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON. I HAD BEEN SHOPPING THERE FOR OVER 40 YEARS. F THAT AND F THEM.

      Walmart is robbing their customers by having groceries marked at one price and when you get to the register, the price is much higher. It's very hard to know the true value of your groceries items. I have to take pictures of the items and their prices. Last week my grocery bill was $24.00 more than it should have been. I found out after I got home. I went back to Walmart and received a refund for the overage charged on incorrect marked items. Today, at the register, the cashier had to re-ring about 5 or 6 items because I had pictures of items with the names and pri es as shown on the aisles. Walmart is making a killing robbing customers. I am sure very few people take their time to check prices as I do.

      I wish I didn’t have to give them a star at all. This Walmart is horrible, it’s dirty, never any carts in the bldg and the Managers lazy. Most of the prices on the shelf wrong when you get to the register. And when you complain to manager all they say is they are short staff but every one huddle up in the office.

      When you use the pickup they keep a hold on your bank account for 7 to 14 days it does not state that where I could see it that should not matter when it is their mistake I paid for 1 air conditioner twice and they will not refund my money at all I have called everyone and emailed everOne even their higher ups I was charged for one pickup order with an air conditioner on it which they told me was out of stock so they asked if I wanted the one they had I said yes but had to make another order online and I asked the lady if they charged me on the first ticket she said no so I went ahead and ordered again on pickup because their scanner would not let me just buy it because of my previous order so I got charged again for a air conditioner! I just want my money back please I only have 1 air conditioner I’m not rich I can’t afford 2 air conditioners my husband had to overdraft his account so he could make it at work until payday because of Walmart. I was told they took it off but then I got an email saying that I was charged for it 2 times! I spent over 500 dollars that morning not only that but I had to wait for an hour for them to figure it out and the cold stuff in my order was out of the refrigerator too long because it melted I was actually in the area where you are not supposed to take customers I saw my order out and asked if my cold stuff would be fine she said yes it was not when I got home I’m just sick and disappointed.

      Walmart.com charged me for an order that was supposed to be cancelled over an hour and a half in advance yet they shipped it to an unknown address and charged me for it. They are still giving me the run around to get my money back for grocery items that I never received. They also told me that even though I cancelled the order, I would not be able to return the items in store. GROCERY ITEMS. Do not shop with this foreign company. They also stated not to call until after 10 BUSINESS DAYS=2Weeks and if I don’t have a refund then give them a call. TRASH.

      Bought 4 tires from walmart.com picked up at store #3388 schedule an appointment to get them installed first they told me when I arrived they did not have help so they suggested me to go to another Walmart remind you I had an appointment a call could have fixed this..... I was told to go to another Walmart so I went to 5 different locations they where swamped so I went back to that Walmart and they told me to go to a third party which I went to Mavis discount tires to have them installed so I couldn't even sigh up for a warranty due to this so when Mavis was doing the balance they informed me that the tires where warped so they price matched me so 12 days later I'm still arguing back and forth with walmart.com about my refund if I don't have this resolved in 3-5 business days I will be taking next step I don't like doing these things but customer service matters and customers matters

      Walmart plus takes your money and doesn't give you the service you paid for.
      It seems to be a scam.
      During the trial period you have no issues with the service but if you pay the annual amount for the membership they no longer care to give you the service that you paid for.
      They dupe you out of 98 dollars..

      I ordered a bounce waterslide my kids only used 2 time s and it ripped now walmart doesn't want to reimburse me or exchange the product
