      Waited 2 hrs today for grocery pick up when purpose is to save time. 1 hr/15 mins in line + 45 mins on parking spot. No staff approached until I reached to one of them & asked to speak with MOD. I asked bc no one approached me even after I parked & my wife was waiting for groceries to cook dinner for us & our 4 kids. There were at least 5-6 guys working in pick up, some joking around & distracted, others taking care of other cars that arrived 30-45 mins after me. The MOD gave me attitude. She said they were short staffed, system had “glitch,” & there was nothing she could do except apologize. Last week my pick up was about 1 hr, 2 previous weeks 30 mins each, normally 15-20 mins. Terrible customer svc for customers of 30+ yrs on weekly basis. No compensation offered for trouble other than “call our customer svc dept.” I called Walmart Customer Svc, explained the situation & lady rep said her dept couldn’t help. She transferred me to another gent, I explained situation again, he apologized that I was transferred to wrong dept. Finally get to the “correct dept,” another gent with Indian accent (didn’t catch names) & apologized again. Then offered $10 credit (ridiculous) then upped to $15 (still insulting) & said that was max compensation he could offer, otherwise he would “lose his job.” It had been 45 mins between holding & 3 customer reps. I asked to speak to his mgr so he wouldn’t lose his job for offering fair compensation & good customer svc. Then, he left me on hold, after 45 mins holding (1.5 hrs call later) I decided to hang up, evidently this was going nowhere. When I got home, I noticed one of the items (Purex) was placed opened & spilled inside our car! We want full refund for groceries today, valuable time wasted, starving my family, disrespecting us, lying, carelessness, car spill, & lack of customer svc. Our claim is nothing compared to thousands of dollars we’ve given them every wk for so many yrs. Otherwise, we’ll take our business somewhere else. Thx

      I ordered a new bed (frame and headboard) from Walmart and received a completely different bed. After calling Walmart customer service, they told me someone would come within the next day to pick up my item (without providing any further information other than to just make sure I was home). I’ve now called Walmart customer service 5 times and have been told each time that the incorrect item will be picked up the next day by a courier/FedEx. This item is too large to fit into my car and to return to the store myself. This item was a couple hundred dollars and if Walmart won’t come pick it up, I’d like my money back. Disappointed!!

      I am 21 years old and I will make that known but I suffer badly from hyperthyroidism syndrome which causes bad muscle weakness and heart palpitations so sometimes when I start to feel that way I hop in the buggy and my boyfriend pushes me arround because it also makes me feel pretty faint as well and i do know it is something they can choose to enforce only if they want to and the lady today told me I needed to get out and use a driving buggy and I can't because the isles are so crowded and hard to navigate half the time as well as me literally being weak mind you she did this to me literally at check out so I was about to be gone anyways. Also there is another old lady there who is just plain rude the customer service sucks bad so next time I hope Walmart dosent say anything because I will warn that if I pass out I am filing a lawsuit this company is lazy and too expensive to have employees paid so well when they barley do their job! I do understand that I am not suppose to be in a buggy but I weigh less that 150 pounds and are 5'5 I am not a big person nor were we doing this to be funny I only do this when I have to because I get faint and short of breath! They also never had issues with this at all till now again literally at check out like why!?!? Also their wait on stuff that is locked up is ridiculous you ask for help only to wait up to 30 minutes just to get attitude when you finally get help... please make this better because I've seen reviews as well for people getting harassed so bad on this job thag they have also taken their own lives and this is not ok what so ever!!!       They have a promotion going on about first time inhome orders they give you “25$” gift card and so I did and followed what the email said but after completing my order I don’t get the gift card so I contacted customer service then I’m told all these other things that are not specified on the email i got for getting a gift card after my first order, turns out according to them it’s only on items in stock in store and delivery has to be both and spend over 35$ Or you have to pay a fee extra and none of that was in the email. I always loved Walmart but lately Walmart is losing there touch honestly I’m getting tired of having to deal with Walmart.

      I use grub hub, instacart, shipts, postmates, etc and WALMART delivery is the only one that I have continual problems with. Almost everytime, they never deliever when they say. There is always a "delay" You then talk/text with someone on chat and they give you some BS speal about how "rest assured" they will handle it and it will not happen again. Walmart, has one of the worst customer services of any major company. The company and leaders should be ashamed of themselves.

      There was an unauthorized charged on my debit card and it started on 06/16/2022 for $7.26. I was physically inside a Walmart store that day and have no reason to purchase anything online. I had to wait until 06/23/2022 to file a dispute with my bank, which it was denied and they made me change my card info. I contacted Walmart customer service on 07/25/2022 and they told me they couldn't help me without an order number and they don't see the charge in question. The customer service rep Syed and Santiago could not explain where the charge came from. I have not received a resolution from my bank or walmart.

      Tried returning 2 rolls of chair webbing. Customer service cancelled my return on one roll, for whatever reason and without my consent...refunding only one roll. I have the 2 tickets that customer service gave me, for 2 returned rolls of webbing. They're the same number. Check security camera. They have 2 rolls of returned webbing, refunded one only and have kept the 2nd roll and refuse refund. They say I cancelled the refund on 2nd order....prove that. I did not cancel anything about this return.
      Numerous complaints to Walmart and 2 trips to the store assured me, no problem. Its been a big problem. Now they're igniring me and I can not get in touch with store manager.

      The online shopping should be reformed. It should have an compliance department that makes sure the price online are permanent. I was shopping online for a pair of running shoes by the name of Athletic Works.

      The shoes were only $9.00 but when I added them to my cart; the shoes marked up to $14.83. The entire order ended up checking out to $22.00. I purchased them anyway because of the need to have a good inexpensive running shoe. When the shoes were delivered they were the wrong size. In retrospect, it was price gouging and a inconvenience to an America citizen.

      They didn't send me an item I bought. They sent something I didn't want. They then sent the item I wanted and charged my card twice for an item I only received once.
