      One of my orders from walmart.com was completely missing. Order# placed on 28th Nov 2025 for the item iPhone 15pro (with Verizon network). Paid $56.19 of tax amount.
      When the moment I noticed it was empty package, called and reported immediately on (2nd Dec) and having complaint#. Walmart confirmed, saying it will be taken care, get refunded, taken care with Verizon Device Payment Agreement (DPA).
      In addition to that I have informed/filed complaint with FedEx and Verizon as well. however, I did not get refunded even after 4 weeks moreover they did not sent communication to Verizon regarding DPA.
      hence, I was receiving the communication from Verizon for Unpaid payment device of $866.48. after I enquired with Verizon multiple times, finally Verizon found that the missing device was not communicated with them yet from Walmart.
      So, I was checking with Walmart again on Jan-18th, after reviewing previously filed complaint, the associate apologized and confirmed that it will be taken care now. This time I was particularly telling about DPA with Verizon and unpaid device payment due,. “all will be taken care, confirmed by the customer care associate”.
      This time, checking frequently about the refund status with Walmart and DPA with Verizon. Since it was not resolved for 10 days, called Walmart Feb-8th, associate was telling he could not cancel this order now. I was not sure how the previous associate was saying canceled and tooke care, and now the other associate cannot process the cancellation.
      Also Walmart associate was suggesting to dispute the amount from the credit card, is the only way to get refunded. ven Walmart supercenter customer service team was not ready to help because it was online order.
      With all these painful follow-ups going on, recently I started getting text message and calls from Debt Collectors, that I have unpaid device amount of $866.48.
      Since it reached collection team, I paid amount of $866.48 for the device purchased.

      2 weeks ago, there were items on website and rollback price in the store for several days. However, when realizing that the price charged was not the same, I brought it to the attention of customer service. Was told too bad and can change price at anytime. Have pictures of the situation but didn't matter. Wrote to head office and was told general manager can do as they want. Today, walmart reported profits of over 4 billion dollars. Wonder why? The gm was sent an email from corporate. To date, nothing. The old saying, buyer beware.

      An online order for a disabled person was placed at 9pm with a promised delivery at 11pm. At 11pm, a message saying the order was delayed by 45 minutes was received.
      However, at 11:45pm, the order hadn't arrived. There was no communication from the delivery person, the delivery company, or from Walmart.
      What a way to run a business! I wouldn't recommend paying extra for Walmart+ service as they can't fulfill their obligations.

      I've been trying to get a refund for an item I bought on walmart.com and I've talked to 10 different employees and can't get it all resolved. I don't think I'll be doing business with them any longer. I don't know what else to do but come here.

      Walmart + is a terrible experience. I decided to try it. I ordered several things online and they were to be delivered. They were not able to be delivered (but the driver never called). The order was changed to pickup. Then I found out that many of the items I ordered were not available. I canceled the order then. The next morning, I got an email stating that my order was delayed (it was supposed to be canceled). They charged the full amount of the order, including the items that were not available plus an extra amount they said was in case a substitution cost more, even before it was delivered. I entered a chat with the store about needing a refund for my order since they could not fulfill my order. They said that they could issue the reversal to my account but it would take 10 days and blamed it on my financial institution. I have had refunds from stores before and at my bank, it usually takes a few days. They said they will cancel the order as of tonight and will reverse the funds and it will take up to 10 days. They took my money ($149) before the order was even delivered but cant get it back to me for 10 days? I am disgusted and angry. I would not recommend anyone use this service.

      I told the pharmacist and two other workers that my doctor sent in a tier adjustment and it was approved. The pharmacist said there is no such thing as a Tier adjustment. There is and Walmart wanted me to pay $547, the pharmacist would not listen. They lied and said they ran my insurance again after the tier approval was entered, this was a lie as well. I asked my doctor to send the prescription to CVS and my tier reduction was approved for $75 and my cost was zero after the manufacturer coupon was applied. Consumers, beware of Walmart on Reno, they are pretty much scamming Consumers. I'm very upset, I pay about $500 a month for private insurance and If my insurance will cover a prescription and give me a tier adjustment, this Walmart should have ran my insurance again.

      I bought roses from Walmart on Valentine’s Day , they cost me $25 and they died 2 days later . Also some vegetables that were rotten before the due date .

      I ordered a straight talk phone online at Walmart.com. The tracking said it would be delivered on the 3rd but needed a signature. I got home from work waiting, nothing. Then I get a delayed delivery message. It gets shipped to a whole different location. When it was finally delivered I signed for it. Opened the box the next day and I had an empty box. Someone had cut the phone out of the original box. I called Walmart, they said they would issue a refund, but nothing happened. Then they told me since I signed for it it’s nothing they can do.
