      I purchased two tires online, made my appointment time, and was there for about 30 minutes before I was informed the socket to remove the lug nuts was broken and the store had just ordered a new one. The technician informed me to try another Walmart to help with installation, instead of him providing some assistance to find the nearest Walmart that could assist with the installation seeing that I had already paid for installation. Instead they kust offered to load the tires into my vehicle, I tried calling the nearest Walmart but nobody picked up so I drove over and was informed that they do not have any capacity to install my tires, called the nearest Walmart from there but same situation happened, called no answer so had to drive there and received the same message as the previous store. On my fourth Walmart attempt, I was able to schedule an appointment for 7 a.m. the next morning. I came back the following morning, and after droppng off my car and speaking to the technican, I went into the store to do some shopping, 2 hours later I was wondering why I had not received any updates, went to the auto center for them to inform me they could not take off my lug nuts, so they could not install my tires. I was perplexed why they did not contact me to inform me that it couldn't be done instead of having me wait for over 2 hours, thinking they were working on my vehicle. I returned the tires when this situation happened, not because they couldn't install the tires but for not contacting me. I ended up taking the vehicle to another establishment to get it done, It has been almost 4 weeks since this incident occurred, and I still have not received a refund for the tires that were returned.

      I ordered online and cancelled the order but it only cancelled some of the items. The items I received I returned the day I got them. On the receipt it states the refund could take 2 weeks. I sent a message bc it has almost been two weeks. They issued the refund but stated it will take 10 days. Thats a total of almost a month to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM WM ONLINE. I'm guessing the employees didn't return it in a timely matter. Why it takes 10 days for the refund to post to my account when it comes out of my bank account the day I purchased is absurd.

      I place a online order for $50 and I was later changed for another $50 a few days later I called customer service and they said call my bank but I can’t until the approve the charges which they refuse to do so because they keep saying they charged me once when my bank clearly states 2 charges were made

      improper ethics in not disclosing that the assembly fee would be routed to a third party vendor. while I did not directly contract with this vendor, walmart.com is washing its hands for this complaint. I am supposed to contact this vendor, again, with whom I was not party to the arrangement. walmart ethics will not take this case as they only deal with in-store ethics violations. In find this practice egregious and unethical, and after numerous calls and on-line chats am left aggravated and unsatisfied

      Walmart store 05301. I was in there yesterday at 17:50 p.m. and was skipped in line which I had been in for 30 minutes. When the skipper reached the counter I told the cashier that the person slipped the line and this wasn't fair. I also stated how I had to wait and the skipper should have to wait as well. Well, the cashier went and the manager, they talked in Spanish (I'm an English speaking citizen) and nothin was done and the manager walked away. This is not right. Also, everyone in the store speaks no English or at least this is what they portray when you ask for help to seek items in the store. This store has some very nasty (attitude) employees. I love around the corner from this Walmart but I'd rather drive across town to another Walmart for better service.

      IT SHOULD BE NEGATIVE ZERO STARS. WALMART IN HOME TOOK FIRST $7 THEN A SECOND LATER ANOTHER $40 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AT ALL. IT HAS BEEN IVER A WEEK NOW AND WALMART BLAMES MY BANK! EVEN THOUGH IT IS TECHNICALLY STILL IN "PENDING" STATUS, THEY NEVER HAD MY PERMISSION, CONSENT, NOTHING TO TAKE EVEN A PENNY FROM ME. I AM OLD AND I AM ON A SMALL MONTHLY PENSION. FORTY DOLLARS IS A LOT OF MONEY TO ME! I THOUGHT SHOPPING WITH WALMART I COULD GET GREAT ON LINE PRICES BUT NO, WALMART HOOKS YOU WITH THOSE LIES. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION, .... I GUESS WALMART FEELS THEY CAN DO & TAKE WHATEVER THEY WANT. AFTER FIGHTING WITH THEM ALL WEEK LONG I AM CONSISTENTLY TOLD BY WALMART THAT MY MONEY, THAT I FEEL THEY STOLE FROM ME, WILL BE "RELEASED WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS"

      IF WALMART TAKES $40 OUT OF ONE OUT ONE HUNDRED CUSTOMERS OF THEIR ON LINE ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS THAT'S QUITE THE RACKET....

      Three times I made an order and they took my money and scheduled me for delivery, then all 3 times they cancelled my order after delivery time had expired. They did refund my money after 10 business days.
      Fool me, I tried one last time as they were the only place that had what I wanted. This time they scheduled me for shipping, and STILL cancelled my order last minute. Just for kicks and giggles I went on to their site, same day as cancellation, and they had 'many in stock', but the price had increased by $200!!!!
      Honestly, is this even legal?! I'm still waiting on my refund from my last order that they supposedly were not able to fill!

      Walmart.com customer service is the worst! I received the wrong ink. I wanted to return it for a refund. I was told on May 23 by an agent for walmart.com that she would email a return label to me. A week later she still hadn't sent it. I called back June 1, to be told by this agent that I did not need to return the ink, that I could just throw it away, and I would receive my refund. No refund ever was given. Then I received two emails from Walmart.com telling me that after checking they see that my item was delivered to me, so therefore I would not have my money refunded. I never said it wasn't delivered to me! I only wanted to have my refund, and I would have returned it on May 23rd had I not been lied to. After a few more calls, and more agents lying to me and making excuses, and no sign of any refund on my purchase page, I started a return on the purchase page and got a return lable that way. Luckily for me I did not throw the ink away as instructed to by the 2nd agent. I repackaged the ink, FedEx picked it up at my home, it has been received by the wearhouse in SC, but no sign of my refund. So I called back to Walmart.com to find out why no sign of my refund shows on my purchase page, because it still says that I have to return the item. FedEx sent me an email telling me that the item was delivered to the wearhouse. The agent I spoke to this time said that my refund would be initiated as soon as the item is received at their warehouse, within 10 business days. I told her that they had it now. I told her they all lie and I hung up. I then looked at my purchase page only to see that the item was received by them and I would receive my refund in 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS!!! Not 10 days anymore, which was to long! $33.08 is the amount they are to refund. I used a $10.00 promo code when I ordered the ink, but I lost that now. And I guess my $33.08 is going to bankrupt Walmart, because they sure are fighting my refund! I am a Walmart + member too! But that means little.

      I ordered online from Walmart a combination jump starter and air compressor this is the only you can get anything because they don’t sell much in the stores I ordered on 6/7/2025 was told I would receive it on 6/9/2025 but I keep getting notification that my package is delayed 3 different times and of course they shipped it through OnTrac delivery company if you can only get stuff from Walmart online then they need to close all Walmart locations worldwide I think they should be sued for lying about everything that they say about using Ontrack delivery company

      Walmart stole $300 from a canceled order and refuse to refund me
