      The absolute worst customer service I have experienced.!!!! They should close this store since no one will ever answer the phone.
      Don't fall for the cell phone scam they have going with OSL, It will cost you a lot of money and stress
      I only wish they had minuses on the star rating, cause they deserve only vegetative numbers

      Walmart cancelled my routine grocery order. I didn't receive any notice and was sitting here waiting for my groceries. I called CS at corporate, they advised me it was due to a violation!!!!! The agent didn't understand enough to even explain it to me. I'm so upset to be accused of a 'violation'!!!
      I have been a loyal customer for too many years to count. I spend on an average of over $1200.00 or more a month.
      I'm beside myself. I want this resolved asap!!! Now I'm left with no dinner, am a diabetic, retired with no transportation.
      I'm hoping for assistance.

      If I could do no stars i would! Order an item that states it is in stock. Walmart repeatedly lied to me and claimed that my order was ready to be delivered and they just needed a driver. Do not believe what they tell you. If it says out of stock the next day, they were advertising something they did not actually have and charged you for it anyways. Just go with Amazon and skip the walmart headache

      I ordered a patio set from Walmart on line and they charged my credit card twice for the same amount. I called my bank and the advised me to contact Walmart. I talked to customer service and they said they put a hold on my credit card for the amount and it would take up to 10 days for it to clear. I have never heard of this happening before. In the meantime I am paying interest on that amount. I will never order anything from them again!!

      been dealing with corporate since December 2024. Pops, the mechanic overtightened the drain plug and cracked the oil filter housing unit by the base and they refuse to take responsibility for the mess up. I am having to put a new engine in since it destroyed mine. The mechanic put a red rag in the engine bay. I will be taking walmart to small claims court. I have my mechanic that is doing the work and also a inspector that confirms that it is walmarts fault. it has been back and forth and now scott, one of the guys from corporate is saying that it is not walmarts fault; that my vehicle being a 2015 that the housing was already cracked. i have screenshots showing the oil spots the day after the oil change and 0 spots the day before. besides messing up my engine he also broke my engine cover and then tried blaming it on dorsch the company i work for. That oil change was done in July 2024 and no leaks, no problems at all. i told him there is no way a piece of plastic is going to sit on top of the engine and not drop in it driving 3000 miles. i will never go back there for anything auto related. not giving up, it is costing me about $10,000 total.

      Order an entertainment center and was delivered to the wrong house. After not being able to find it and going back and forth with fedex and Walmart Walmart said they wouldn’t refund me because it was delivered… even though I can send proof it’s the wrong house they don’t care and still refused to give me a refund. How are they allowed to get away with this

      I purchased a Canon TS3700 printer from Walmart on September 20, 2024, and it is still under a one-year manufacturer warranty. However, the printer is defective. I have contacted Walmart customer support multiple times, and I have been redirected to the manufacturer (Canon) every time. This is not an acceptable response, as I purchased the product from Walmart, and I expect Walmart to handle the warranty claim or offer a replacement.
      Despite the product being under warranty, Walmart has refused to assist in resolving the issue and has provided inadequate customer service by continually redirecting me to the manufacturer or suggesting that I contact my bank for a chargeback.
      I am requesting a resolution to this matter, which includes either a replacement of the defective product or Walmart facilitating the warranty process.

      I had placed an order for $97.26 online the driver who I found that does not even work for Walmart and contract it out either apparently stole my order or delivered it to a wrong address since the picture he took was not even of my front door just a random building when I contacted the store. They were extremely unhelpful Always trying to shift the blame to someone else when I asked them to send someone else to look or find the driver and contact him to see which of the 12 buildings he left it They said they couldn’t on top of that. You have to wait about 10 business days to get your money. I would stay very clear of doing online orders with Walmart from now on.
      2nd review…On 4/5/25 I had a $40 order which was supposed to arrive at my apartment between 5 and 7. Again, the delivery person failed to read the delivery instructions which included the number of the building and apartment number. He also took a picture of the lower half of the door not including the apartment number. Now I have to wait about 10 business days for my refund. I have the individuals name and it was reported. They need to train delivery workers to read the instructions. If they used an outside delivery source, they are obviously not doing their job.

      herbs rotting on the shelves bell peppers and onions rotting in the bins they treat everyone like thieves (security people everywhere basic necessities locked behind cases with employees nowhere to be found checking receipts at the door like they are a club ) carts are in disrepair most dont roll right with the increased price in food i expect better like seriously who do they expect to pay $2 per pack of herbs that are rotten in the pack havent purchased meat from any walmart or sams club in the last 5 years because the quality there is sub par too
