      Took my money but never delivered my order! Customer Service says sorry but that’s it! Walmart is HORRIBLE! LIARS AND THIEVES!

      Walmart delivery service is a huge scam to hold on to customers money.
      Placed an order in the morning to arrive by noon (when they were supposedly less busy). At noon I was notified that my order would be 2 hours late (so around 2pm). At 3pm I notified customer service and was told they would cancel my order and give me a code for $20 to cover express delivery (which I did not want to do). But the punch line is that they hang onto your money for ten business days! So they deliver nothing and retain your payment for almost two weeks! That is probably someone's budget for groceries! How do you reorder when THEY have your money?!
      It's an absolute scam! They get to collect a little interest on your cash and make their numbers look good meanwhile most people probably can't afford to reorder until the money is returned or they get paid!

      I had a package from Walmart got lost. Walmart refused to refund me or send me a replacement. So I contacted the carrier to investigate where the package was sent to. The carrier replied saying that only the shipper(Walmart) can file a claim and start the investigation. I reached out to Walmart again, and they even refused to file the claim for me. That's ridiculous experience. I am asking you to be responsible for the lost package Walmart! You couldn't even help your customer to find what they purchased from you?

      Walmart may have the best prices, but they do not care about you. At all. My son and I spent HOURS getting bumped around and talking to at least 4 different departments and even more people. Not a single Walmart customer service rep could help us. I was finally given an email address to use, and after one short reply (after obviously not having read my entire email), they have been completely ignoring me for over a week now. All we are trying to do is use a "Walmart+ Annual Membership Gift Card" to actually purchase a year of Walmart+. Imagine. The first customer service rep we spoke to told us that such a gift card doesn't even exist, even though here it is sitting right in front of us, and I purchased it ON THEIR WEBSITE. This is absolutely insane. Walmart is a corporate giant, and I guess, like so many others, that they have finally lost interest in their customers.

      The Walmart in Milford CT charged me for an Item I never got. The manager canceled the order, but I was still charged. I spoke to Brian from Walmart Corporate who told me he cannot transfer me to tech support to fix the issue and was extremely rude and acted like he did not care at all and hung up the phone like a coward. I asked him nicely can I speak to the manager, and he said no. I asked him can I speak to tech support because at the store he said no. I asked to speak to card services he said no. He caused me to have a mental breakdown. I also had issues with amazon and all the issues were resolved via one-two phone call. When I asked to be transferred, they did it no problem. I will no longer shop at Walmart I will go to target and amazon instead he treats customers with respect.

      Delta Shores Walmart, Sacramento Ca. This Walmart doesn’t answer their phone. I have an issue with an on line order that I was never refunded for, for the items you didn’t have. It has been 5 days since the order. This is an in going problem with this Walmart. When placing an order you always charge our method of payment more than the order total. Then when you don’t have something you never refund the difference. You are also demanding tips to be given for the delivery service that we pay for. Some of us are low income and can’t afford to tip. Also when placing a pickup order an automated message is sent that your order is ready, but when we get there it isn’t for almost an hour. I used to like Walmart, but not now. Your business is shady to say the least. I’ve cancelled my on line delivery service and won’t shop with Walmart again unless I go inside the store.

      Walmart steals your money for items that were not received because they were out of stock.
      They do not return the funds to the account once the transaction settles for the proper amount. They make you dispute it. Then you have to wait an additional 14-20 days while your family can't eat because they are keeping your money hostage from you. They have it in the terms and agreement that you can't sue them for the theft of your money.

      I ordered a computer on the website it arrived broken and they did not wan't to do anything to assist with the situation besides offer a return label instead of a swop. This Is a true inconvenience. I was planning on starting a new job using this computer. I now have to be delayed in my plans and I am healing from a surgery and will have to take this computer back to the store because the person who was assisting me from customer service sent me the wrong return label. Walmart is truly unprofessional in how they handle situations and I would I have been more appreciative had they done all they could have to assist me in a more sufficient manner. They also did not inform me that this computer was coming through a third party that should have been listed on the item as I purchased it on the website.

      I placed a pick up order on 1/14 for groceries. Walmart put a authorization hold on my card for 163 and some change . The order was only for 138.99 . I called today 1/21/23 to speak to a supervisor because the authorization hold has dropped but they’re still holding my refund of 24.52. I spoke to a supervisor name David ID number 30354251. Who was giving me the run around about my refund . David put me on hold for about 10 minutes and stated he spoke to someone in the card processing dept and they don’t know what happened. I still have no resolution about getting my refund back . When I asked David who he spoke to he stated to me he didn’t get her name . That’s the first thing the person should have given him . I didn’t speak to her so I don’t know if he spoke to anyone or not. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I want my refund back ASAP

      I am a Walmart plus customer. I am disabled and rely on home delivery for my groceries and other product. I am at check out and Walmart will not let me allocate my monies how I want to pay. They try to fix it so they can make more money from the service I already pay for. No matter how I put my cards in they want to make me pay cash.
