      Fraudulent charges made by Walmart on 12-02-2022 although have been boycotting since November 16th. Removed charge info from account today, Dec 3rd to make sure doesn't happen again. They still owe me nearly 200 in refunds from November for selling items not even in stock and not received!

      Walmart plus offers delivery but has no delivery vehicles, they use 3rd party ubers. Which is awful when there is no place for them to effectively pick up and deliver products that have been ordered. Even orders 1 day in advance at preferred times for seller. No way correspondence with what is happening with packages. Frozen foods delivered thawed out

      Walmart corporate had sent people to work on fixing the delivery and pick-up service. It showed improvement for a short time. Now, it's back to before they came. Delivery is to the wrong home, items missing, and not following directions to find correct house as listed in delivery notes. Attempts have been made to contact the pick-up area and manager, but they never answer the phone, hang up without speaking a word, or make no call backs. The store operator cannot even get them to pick-up the phone or answer a page. Service went from bad to worse. I'm canceling my membership.

      I bought a log splitter on walmart.com From one of their sellers on there Site sharing site And the company I bought it from (joybuy) canceled my order 2 weeks later and then increase their price by $300 I complain to Walmart.com about it and They told me they would love to help me but because of the policies That Walmart wrote for Walmart with Walmart in mind the policies that Walmart has to follow that were created by Walmart that they could not help me but gave me $15. They will not stand behind their customers to make things right even though they have the ability to I would not use walmart.com when there are so many other better options walmart.com is like the wild West of the Internet no protection almost

      Walmart.com and Walmart stores are essentially 2 different entities despite their masquerade of one big happy family. Product availability listed on the app or website does not remotely resemble actual in-stock items at the store. Prices posted on store shelves are often significantly different than bar code scans of the identical item on the app. It is now impossible to speak with any US based customer service person. Even if your purchase is entirely via Walmart.com and there is an issue, Walmart Corporate refuses to address and will make your local store contact you even if they had no involvement or knowledge of the transaction. The IT or data systems branch had become the worst in the world. The accuracy of data, whether it is inventory, location in store, pricing or even checkout scanning is just as random as a scratch-off lottery ticket. I've had equally good experience with Walmart.com as with Amazon except availability. I frequently shop the store with usually good results (again with exception of frequent out of stock items). But, the micro management of stores by corporate using flawed IT will eventually lead to the downfall of Walmart. Just only buy online what can be shipped to your home and only use in-store shopping (no pickups, including groceries) at brick and mortar and things generally work out. Never use the Walmart app inside a store except to scan prices (which is recommended) Trying to mesh the two, ordering online for in-store pick-up is where you'll really experience problems.

      Been using Walmart Plus and Delivery since last year and it just keeps getting worse. Something always missing from my order. Lately orders delayed, and then just cancelled. Customer service wants to offer a $10 promo code. Money takes forever to get put back onto card. Dave yourself the headache and use Amazon Prime and a different grocery store.

      I was just trying to go buy a coffee cup and when I got to walmart in morrisville NC at 9:50pm there was a walmart employee blocking the entrance and told everyone they couldn't enter that they were closed. They are supposed to close at 10pm. This was totally unprofessional and very inconvenient.

      The staff working at this store openly insult customers and there is no supervision. There is no way to resolve problems at this store. The store manager and regional manager are unreachable. Customer service puts me though to someone who has no information and can do nothing.

      I was at Walmart today located at Old Westbury NY. I had to pick up item I purchased. First issue, Walmart did not get it ready for pick up. Second issue, the pick up area is hard to find because of unclear signs and I drove around for 2 hrs. When I called the manager, she said me that if I can not find the pick up location, I don't need come to store. Its first time when I see how the store manager and the representatives sending the customers out and advise them don't come for shopping. How the store even can succeed with the manager who can not even put the clear signs, laughing into customers face instead of assisting. The product was canceled and I will never shop with Walmart.

      I tried to avail myself of Walmart.com's Black Friday Deals and an item I picked clearly stated that it was a "Black Friday Deal." When I was unable to click the link to find the store I called customer service. She said, "I'm sorry, ma'am, that's only available on Cyber Monday. I told her that there probably wouldn't be any left on Monday and that this was false advertising and she said, something like, "Sorry about that!" This is CLEARLY false advertising!
