This company recently bought out our old trash service and has missed picking up our trash on at least 5 occasions but we are still charged for the weeks they miss it. We are in a rural area and have wild life out here that gets into the trash and spreads it everywhere when they don't pick it up so we are constantly having to dispose of our own trash which is ridiculous since we are paying them to pick it up weekly and it's not happening. On top of that our rates have been raised twice now without any notice or warning it started out at $31.05 then was raised to $36.05 and then the newest bill says it is 46.92 which is ridiculous since we don't have a cards trash can or anything and it's only a curbside trash can that is being picked up. I will not pay almost $50 for them to pick up trash from a trash can that I bought at Lowes especially since I'm disposing of trash myself when they decide not to pick it up as it is. My trash service needs cancelled immediately with no further charges. This company is a joke. I have heard the same complaints in my area from everyone I know that got rolled over to cards which says a lot about how much they actually care about the customersBusiness Response

Spoke to Mr. ****** on tuesday February 7th 2023 he advised me that his trash was missed and he was unhappy with the price increase . Issued a work order to get him picked up ,also spoke to the Operations Manager let him know Mr ****** had been missed , the Operations Manager advised he would speak with the driver to ensure he would get picked up also lowered his monthly cost for service. Mr. ****** was happy with this and will continue service with Cards.

On 1/26/2023 I called to cancel service after 4 years because we are moving. We already paid $190 for the first quarter of 2023. I asked them to stop service on2/21/2023 and I was told that there was no proration of the quarterly bill and there was an additional $26 charge to pick up the can. There was never any mention of these policies. This is a rip off. The remaining portion of the quarterly fee should more than cover the pick up fee and the net be refundedBusiness Response

Company policy states that no refund is applicable if the customer cancels service after starting or during the current billing Quarter , Mr. ********* cancelled service on February 21st , he stated that he was not aware of the removal fee , this fee will be waived and Mr. ********* will have zero balance . , Attempts to contact this customer were unsuccessful .

Haven't had service in 2 weeks. Been promised daily that trash would be picked up. Still no one. We're a new customer and have neighbors that have been picked up but we have been skipped 2 weeks runnings. Keep getting promised that it'll get picked up... NOTHING
*Update*
11/25 and still nothing. Have spoken with three different people now and still nothing. I can't even get them to take the can off my property now. They have told me that they would have management reach out accounting reach out and nothing. They proceeded my payment then picked up trash once and we're coming up on a month. Not sure what more to do other than go dump my trash off at the front door of the office here in NWA. Stay away from this company. Individuals answering phones are nice but not helpful as they can't get anything done or anyone to do their job. Poor management.
Will be filing with BBB and attorney general. This is garbage.

Now they have the nerve to send me another bill. They picked up my trash once. Charged me 3 months. Now want to charge me $25 for pickup of my can. On top of charging me for two months 3 weeks they didn't provide services and for the can they charged me a pick up fee. Place is whack. I'll be refiling with the BBB and letting the AG know this crap ain't resolved. Stay away.
They owe me for 2 months service and the can.

Y'all owe me money yet have the nerve to send me a bill. I have been told 3 times accounting will call me. Yet nothing.
I'll be refiling with the BBB tomorrow and letting them know this ain't resolved. Also will let the AG know the same.
You charged me 3 months and picked up once.
The management is trash. I have talked to a couple lady's when I call in and they are awesome. They even acknowledge management is garbage and this ain't right.
+1 ************ guy at this number said he'd have accounting call and told me how great y'all's driver was yet he picked up my trash one time in the 5 weeks we tried to use your service. And had the idea it was my fault cause y'all's driver is so good. Had to be my fault.
All this is documented by both you and the recordings of the calls I've made to your company. I just need my money and for y'all to stop contacting me.

Neither have made it to me. What was the check number. Where was it mailed or emailed to. These questions have not been answered and they continue to change stories.

Opened my trash account on Sept. 16th and request a trash bin drop off. I paid in full for the drop off and services from September to November. I have yet to receive my trash bin and I have yet to receive any services. I’ve called 2-3x a week since Sept 16th and keep getting told someone will be there within 24 hours and nothing. I would like to be compensated for September service I paid for and did not receive (I was told this was not an option unless accounting approved it). And I would like to have my trash picked up every week.Business Response

On 10/5/2022 - Customer Service Manager (CSM) contacted customer and was unable to reach her. However, CSM dispatched an ops manager to investigate and determined the customer did not have our cart. Therefore, the customer has not been getting serviced because we only collect our carts with specialized equipment. Manager did collect all debris left at the curb and are waiting for customer to return call so we can get them setup with our container. Collection in this area is cart contents only, if bulk items placed outside the container need to be collected, ******* ****** must call CARDS to schedule a pick-up. See picture for example. The only way to resolve this matter is for ******* to call us back so we can deliver a CARDS container.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to receive my trash can. When will it be delivered? This has been going on for a month. I need to know when my refund will be processed onto my card. As you can see I am now getting letters that my trash can't be serviced due to not being properly contained or bundled. HOW CAN I DO THIS WITHOUT A TRASH CAN? What is so difficult? I will be dropping off the trash at the Springdale location this weekend if it has not been taken care of. I will not continue to have the yard that has trash laying in the front while paying for services that are not happening.

We got ******* a cart delivered on 10-14-22 and it was confirmed she got it, we also issued credit to her account for one full month , attempted to follow up with this customer by calling her back, we are striving to make sure all of our customer receive great service.
