  My services were canceled without my knowledge, after I paid my 3 month bill, because we were "too rural". I have been trying to get my refund of $140.81 for the 3 months of service I never received. I am not upset about being canceled, just unhappy abount not being informed and then calling them for 3 months to be told my refund would be mailed on Friday, which has never arrived.

  If I could give them less than one star, I would. Horrible customer service, I paid all my bills on time. I began with them at a roughly $75 bill for three months, and they just recently went up in price (again) to $180 for three months of service. Price gouging at its finest. I canceled service and they charged me roughly $26 TO PICK UP THEIR OWN TRASH CAN. I am beyond frustrated. But I paid the bill to be done with them. Never again. So much better when it was The Trash Mann.

  Cards as a company has the worst customer service. I pay ahead on my bills, so when I got January,February,March bill I couldn’t believe it. My bill had gone up almost $80. When I called to ask about it the company offered to lower my bill to the same rate as before. I took my cans in myself tried to settle my account and that’s when they problems started. I stated that I had a credit on my account that I would like refunded to me. This is month six and if they tell me that the check has been mailed and it should be to me within the next two weeks.
  I wouldn’t recommend Cards to my worst enemy.

  I have the same story as most of these. Cards bought our local trash service provider that we have had and had no problem with for over 30 years. Cards took over in january of 2022 and from January till march i did not get my trash picked up. They did good for a few months then started missing again. It is now April 2023 and it has been 3 weeks since my trash has been picked up. they miss atleast once a month since they have taken over. I have no other choice but to continue to call them and try to get my trash picked up. they give me the run around every time i call them. They have no problem taking my money but will not give any sort of refund. I am stuck with them if i want to get rid of my trash. PLEASE, if you have any other choice, do not use Cards recycling.

  Terrible service. Fees go up every month without explanation. They don't pick up the trash every week. They don't take all of the trash when they do show up. They have a different driver every week.
  Half the time I don't think they are sober. They don't even deserve 1 star. The worst service ever!!

  CARDS bought out the local trash company and service plummeted. Fees went up and pickups were missed regularly and often without explanation. I will never use them again and advice everyone else to do the same.

  The drivers work too quickly. They don't let all of the trash to fall out of the can before moving on. They only dumped the top 1/4 of my can.

  AWEFUL doesn't even compare to how horrible this service is. They bought our local trash company and have done nothing but disappoint every customer. They will skip 3weeks at a time on picking up trash then turn around and charge extra for services. It is impossible to talk to anyone on the phone always getting machines. Cards stole our dumpster then tried to bill me for removing it! Idiots all around I would be embarrassed to work for them!

  They missed two weeks in a row this time. They dont empty my three yard dumpster about once a month.
