      Absolutely horrible service, horrible customer service, vehicles that barely run. Missed pickups, was late once but got a late fee every month. Canceled service when moved, had been at new house over 2 years and suddenly get a collection notice from 3rd party for over $400! Called them and was told I hadn't been paying my bill, well that's because I haven't been living there and there was no trash to collect! Got hung up on. Got another collection bill even higher! Called again and left a very extensive voice mail with all my complaints and told them I would not be paying for services that I had canceled well in advance of my move and they needed to cease and desist any collection attempts. Been a year now and no more notices. Now my current landlady is having issues with them dumping our dumpster and we often go at least 6-7 weeks between dumping with 3-4 households using a 3 yard dumpster. I have yet to see or hear of anything good/good reviews or anything worthy of this company. Something needs to be done. They just keep aquiring other companies with this kind of reputation, and city of Springdale is about to have a ton of unhappy customers as they just switched to this company. I would like to give ZERO stars but this is not an option. I'd like to know if the Waltons own this company the way they keep buying out others but can't keep up with their current customers in our rural area. Would not recommend this company to anyone, even if this was their only option. Ridiculous price hikes, even more ridiculous service.

      Was with Cards for over a year, no real issues until we moved. Several missed pick ups after moving around June. When asked why they were not picking up our trash their notes stated we did not have our trash out by the road which was false. Tried to cancel before the auto renewal date and did not receive an answer. After putting in a dispute with my bank and leaving several messages with "dispatch" finally received a call back and was able to cancel my service. They then charged me another 3 months for service and did not pick up our can for over a month. Will not recommend them to anyone. Terrible service and ended up out money for service that I never received. DO NOT USE.

      Terrible service. They have missed 3 weeks in a row. Impossible to contact. This is an ongoing problem, and I have been patient. I pay my bill on time and I expect they do their job on time. When I
      try to call i get the same old wore out speech, wait up to 30 minutes, then disconnect. Over charge and under-deliver. Very frustrating. Cards is basically a rip off.

      Pay my bill and they don't pick up my trash! Then I sit on hold for more than 30 minutes listening to a recording about their business to then be disconnected saying their number is a non working number!

      This company is a ripoff! They over charge, don’t show up as scheduled.
      They expect payment 3 months in advance. We cancelled this service at the end of the quarter and they charged us $70 more dollars for picking up their dumpster.
      Don’t wast your money.
      I really give them no star!

      If I can give them zero, I definitely would. Call the few weeks ago to confirm the acquisition and to confirm if I had an account and just have general questions because I honestly was clueless since nobody has been picking up my trash and I get this letter in the mail from them l, the person on the phone have no idea what was going on and said someone would call me back, no one ever did so now I get something in the mail today saying I owe $80 and I still have to pay it even though they never came out to get my trash. I had to hire another company to come get my trash that was piling up in my front yard. Ridiculous I should not have to pay for service I never received! I have no clue why AWT sold the company to these crooks!

      Make you prepay pay for 3 months and then don't show up to collect the trash. Claim to have cameras on every truck. Called them out on it. This is equivalent to theft. Taking money for services and then not providing them.
      I see a lawsuit in their future.

      I have called several times and got nothing buy automated systems who literally hangs up on you after 5 mins being on hold. This company bought out the old company i had so this is the first pickup for this new company. I have 2 trash containers as they are always side by side as well as my bill clearly states 2 bins, yet for some reason they only picked up 1 and just left the other one. I have tried over and over again calling and just get ignored and zero call backs. this is sad especially when you just bought out another company who was actually good now you are going to let down thousands of customers as well as i am sure make it seem like it's their fault and never yours. So disappointed and will definitely be looking for a new trash service.

      We used their service for almost 2 years. There were several times they did not pick up at all. We decided to make a change to a less expensive company . Our bill was an auto draft- on 6/15/2023 I called to cancel our service which was paid up to the 30th of June. They had already charged me for Aug,Sep,Oct $208.11 I asked for a refund of this new bill the day I called and was told I would be refunded. I have called numerous times since then and documented ALL calls requesting refund. I have yet to be reimbursed. Super disappointed with this company !!! Cant believe they run a business like this in the NWA area
