      I am very disappointed, to say the least, with my recent experience with Dillard’s in Florida Mall in Orlando. My Dillard’s card had a promotion for 10% off anything I buy in a single day as long as you use your card for the purchases. My wife’s birthday was coming up and I knew we would be staying in Clermont for the weekend of my wife’s birthday. I was looking to spend $2350 with the discount. Even with customer service saying the code for the discount was active and good, they could not get the computer system to read it. Apparently, the management cannot even approve discounts. After 3 hours at the mall, changing all our evening plans, missing half of our prepaid planned movie experience, settling on takeout for dinner, and various creative attempts to get the sale to go through by management, I remained patient, agreed to keep in touch throughout the week, and that they would get everything straightened out during the week; so that when I returned the following weekend on her birthday, It would be ready. So, you can guess where this story ends after about 10 hours. Yes, with a very disappointed wife on her birthday weekend and a pissed off feeling for the rest of the weekend. Prior to leaving the store and facing my wife with the ridiculous news of how I was misled and that there would be no birthday presents this year, I stopped the 2 top managers in the store and told them what had transpired. I was again apologized to repeatedly. However, I told them that at this point “Sorry” is just not enough and the sales staff have my information. I asked for their business cards or contact information, but they did not provide me with either or even their names. I only have their descriptions: white female and African American male, both with long hair. That was on Saturday, August 19, 2023. Today is Friday, September 1, 2023. Since I have not heard from anyone trying to make this right, I have decided to share my experience, so others can avoid similar treatment.

      After researching this issue we found that the reason the customer could not get the 10% off is that he was only wanting to use his Dillard's credit card and his limit was not high enough to make the purchase. Store manager spoke with Wells Fargo, who owns the Dillard's credit card accounts, in an effort to get the customers limit raised. This would be a Wells Fargo issue, so we have forwarded this complaint to Wells Fargo.

      BUYER BEWARE!! - Dillard's has a return policy of 30 days from date of purchase - not date of delivery! I purchased several dresses to try on for my son's wedding, waiting for each one to arrive in order to make a decision. By the time that occurred, it was too late to return the dresses I did not want. Between retailers taking away all their bricks and mortar store and the ones they do have, having very little selection, this return policy is absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer shop at Dillard's. The days of caring about customers is over.

      Customer Complaint: I am very disappointed in your return policy. You are the only retailer that requires you to "receive" the return within 30 days of order. Most all other retailers give you 30 days to get it to the post office from day of receipt. I order on line every week and will never order again because of you bouncing my return for being a couple days late. Bad customer service. I will continue to shop at Macy's, Chicos, Soft Surroundings, Eddie Bauer, JJill and Amazon.

      I placed an order with dillards. I never received my packages and I stated that I worked from home and delivery instructions to ring bell. Managerment team was no assistance after following the steps csr advised me to contact my bank to get a refund. The bank stated to contact the merchandise, then I was told to call FedEx and then FedEx advised me to contact the merchant to file the claim which they stated they are not and can’t not assist.

      The worst! I spent over $300 on my orders only for me to not have received them. I never a delivered or delivery date! I don’t see a fedex driver ever coming to my house to deliver a package. I reached out to them in hopes to get a refund so I could reorder and do curbside pick up instead but they did a review and said it was delivered to the correct address. I asked if I could get a replacement they said file a dispute with my bank. I will never spend another dime there this is ridiculous I have lost out on over $300 I am ******!!!!!!

      Do NOT go to the Dillard's at the Flatirons Mall in Broomfield, CO to buy a men's suit. I went there to get a new suit for my daughter's wedding. I purchased the suit and it required some alterations in both the jacket and pants. I returned the following week and the pants were horrible. I spoke to the men's manager and he recommended a number of changes to the pants. I was re-fitted and returned the next week and it was still done incorrectly. The men's manager then put me in a different size suit (same brand) and I was again re-fitted. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything (according to them) to get this suit back to me by my daughter's wedding date. I just returned yesterday (three days after my daughter's wedding) to pick up the suit. I tried on the pants and, while they are better, they are still incorrect. The assistant manager (I believe his name is Gerry) asked me how they are and I said they are still not right. He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders as if there was nothing he could do about it. I was tired of going back and clearly they are incompetent, so I took the suit and will find some other tailor to fix the issue with the pants. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced. I was originally thinking of getting another suit there, but never will I go back there for anything. They simply did not care enough to get this right. I never do reviews like this, but this was so ridiculous that I feel the need to do it. They do not deserve the one star that I had to give them.

      I ordered bedding online from Dillard's with a value of over $500.00. (pillowcases and fitted sheets). In my view, the shipping related information was not made clear until after I placed the order. My order, placed on 6/30) was essentially split into two orders. The pillowcases were shipped via USPS from one location and the sheets via DHL from another. Turns out that the "last mile" DHL shipment was also via USPS. There was no expedited shipping option. I'm 78 with limited mobility and unable to pick up my mail. As a result, I have my mail forwarded to my son in Portland, OR. As of today (7/15) it looks like the first order was left at my son's front door and the second is being held at the post office in Beaverton, OR. My son and wife were travelling in the middle east and England and he is trying to track down these items now that they have returned. If I had any idea of Dillard's shipping methods utilizing the USPS, I would not have ordered and will never order from Dillard's again.

      My 7 year old has sensory processing disorder. He will not try on items that have tags. I went to the store in person to buy him some clothing and specifically asked the attendant could I return with the tags unattached but with the items. The woman told me “as long as it’s within 30 days with the receipt.” The clothes did not fit and today (10days later), when I tried to return with the receipt and the tags, the woman yelled at me and treated me like an idiot. I explained to her I had bought the clothing there in the store 10 days prior and asked about the tags and the return policy, but she did not care. She didn’t have to raise her voice and cause a scene. We will be shopping at Nordstrom only from now on as they are more understanding of children when unique needs and know that not all children will be able to wear all clothing.

      I placed and on-line order. I still after 26 days have received my Happy Father's Day-The Ultimate Man Cave Accessory - Handmade Jerry Can Mini Bar that was suppose to be here for Father's day!!!!! Have sent numerous messages with NO RESPoNSE FROM ANYONE!!@!@!!the I can't find any other address to complain too "customer service" phone number doesn't work for anyone wanting to complain on WHERE MY PRODUCT IS . I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANOTHER ITEM EVER FROM DILLARDS. I HAVE LOST $44.85 I even insured the product and still no replies from ANYONE

      Ordered 4 things.
      Received three things.
      They refuse to refund the item that wasn’t shipped.
      Both customer service agents hung up the chat when I asked why.
      Such poor customer service
