Had a service guy come out and told me that I needed a clean the furnace, so I had him clean the burners. And told me that, it should take care of my problem. Cost 226.13.Two days later the heater went out again so I called Precision Air again., the service guy and his boss came out and told me that I needed gas valve and sensors. The company give a quote of over ******* and they needed half up front. Unit was only 3 years old. After the parts arrived the technician came out and told me that the unit was working fine. So I called Precision Air for a refund after a week I received a little over half still waiting for the balance. After the

The 2 guys that came out ***** and *** were terrific! Very professional and just all around good workers . Very polite and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them and your company to anyone. ************************* was great also. This company will rip you off. Did an A/C repair for me. It was a burned wire connection. They charged me $256 dollars for this which is not the complaint. The tech said I needed a Surge protector to keep this from happening again. I was out with the technician by the A/C unit. He said it would cost $564 dollars to install. I agreed. Later I went to check on the lights on the surge protector and took a picture of it. As I was looking it up it popped up as costing $65 dollars. I watched the technician install it and it took less that 10 minutes. I called the company to try to get some money refunded and they said no. $500 dollars for 10 minutes of labor is ridiculous. I know they are a small business and need to make money, but this is ridiculous. Don't use these guys!Precision Air & Plumbing

Hello, you called us out to your home because your unit wasnt functioning. Upon arrival, ************** found burnt up high voltage wires and suggested a repair as well as surge protector to hopefully prevent and type of surges on the system in the future. There was no apparent reason from the burn to have been caused by the unit. You agreed and signed to proceed with our recommendation. Shortly after, you reached out to us for a refund because you were unhappy with the price you paid for the work done. Our customers always have the option to seek a second opinion before proceeding with any recommendations. We have known the owner of Precision for over 30 years. They have done plumbing work, including a re-pipe of our home, and just installed a new HVAC unit. This is the 3rd one they have installed for us (our house is 35 years old). While there have been some minor glitches over the years (we have always maintained a PMA with this company), any problem was promptly addressed and corrected - which is what you want from any company. One of their AC techs (******) is particularly AWESOME. We have found their employees to be very polite and helpful. We also appreciate the fact that this business will call you when your yearly check-*** are due rather than leave it up to you to remember. There is a level of professionalism here that, unfortunately, seems to be rare anymore. We will continue to recommend this business to anyone who may need their services. We only wish we could have invited our install techs in the house while waiting for the crane, but it was hotter in the house than outside!Precision Air & Plumbing

Outstanding service once again.****** came out on 8/19 to service our reverse osmosis. He did his best but it was 20 years old and the cost to repair wasn't worth it. ****** explained options, but couldn't guarantee it would work. He had tried replacing one part that didn't resolve the issue. So I had him order a new system and schedule a date for installation.**** came out 8/22 and had it up and running in no time. He explained everything thoroughly so I had no worries.Both gentlemen were outstanding and a credit to your company. I have been with Precision for over 20 years because of their service people and businesses ethics.Precision Air & Plumbing

Had to have some plumbing work done which required opening up part of the downstairs ceiling. $200+ dollars just for accessing the pipe, not including the pipe work seems a bit over kill for pricing. I realize everyone has to make money but a 300+% markup is a bit extreme. Really appreciated the care taken to plastic off the work area with duck tape instead of painters tape too. It only took off minimum plaster when being removed. Work was done in a day so thank you for same day service. This could have been 5 stars had the pricing been better and duck tape not been used to plastic off the area.Precision Air & Plumbing

I was deceived by Precision Air & Plumbing !! I had a tech come out for a preventative check up for my AC (which is only 2 years old and was in working condition at the time). Shortly after the tech left, I was left with no AC that night and until 4pm the following day. When the tech finally came back to fix his mistake (showed up later that when I was told), I was charged 300!!! This company is a scam!!!Precision Air & Plumbing

Hello, It looks as through when we were called out to your home to do an inspection of your unit, all of your amp draws, capacitors and pressures were within tolerance, There is a report with documentation and photos to support that. However, when speaking with our manager, he explained that it was purely coincidental that the voltage regulator failed. With the increase in heat wave, we have seen a large number of failures in units voltage regulators due to extreme heat. You do also have the choice to refrain from going forward with a repair or chose to move forward with the bid. However, there is nothing ************** could have done when doing your inspection to cause your voltage regulator to fail.
