Unless you like being ignored when there is a problem with their workmanship, trying to sell you a new compressor when it turns out yours is in good working condition, paying $500 for parts/labors that are under $100 retail and take less than half hour to install, AVOID THIS COMPANY. I paid $650 earlier this year for a 5-year membership that is supposed to provide me priority service and peace of mind. I am an 80-year-old widow on a limited budget who has been taken advantage. I trusted them. My service was in early July. In the last 3 weeks I have sent numerous emails outlining the problems and the fixes my son and an AC knowledgeable friend took care of that the Tech missed. I also sent the document certified mail to the owner, *******************. NO responses. It's like a "firewall" to get to a person of authority. The very nice receptionists assure me that everyone gets my email documentation of the issues, and someone would call me. I've filed two disputes with my credit card company who are investigating for me. Next step is Channel 15. They get results. BBB - how can this company be a Torch Award runner- up for ethics, integrity and honesty?

On 8/5, you spoke with our **************** Manager, Skylar, to address your concerns. After speaking with ******, you two were able to set a meeting to review the concerns in full and reach a resolve. We saw you in office on Wednesday 8/9 and received a full refund of the cancellation fee on *********** in addition to a $525 refund for the cancellation of your membership. Our pricing is well within the national averages of our trade, and a as a consumer, you always have an option of which contractor you would like out to your home. Had them do their "Complete AC Tune Up" on both my hvacs only to have them come out again and tell me their is a leak and both units need $1800 worth of repairs. Called the next day to speak to a manager. Took me 2 days to get a hold of one. This manger was rude one I started questioning on why the tunes *** in may didn't catch any of that and that even the free BS they have as part of the Tune up I did not receive. I also told him it is their website that has the money-back guarantee. He hung up on me after I said their Tune up was "snake oil" and their reports had no guage readings. As a former customer I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The only thing I can say that this company had as a positive was their receptionists. I think I called them 10 times in the two days trying to get a hold of a manger. They were polite and awesome to deal with.Precision Air & Plumbing

Hello, After reviewing your call history it looks as though our one and only trip out to you was on 7/13/2023. While we know you have many options and choices with whom you use we pride ourselves on making accurate repairs and diagnosis. It looks as though your blower motor was inoperable. After doing some research ************** was informed by you that the blower motor was already replaced once. A burnt wire typically happens from high amp draws causing the rubberized coating around the wire to melt and eventually fail. While we have the ability to repair a wire there is typically a deeper route cause for continuous replacement of the blower motor and we shy way from making band aid repairs because while we may have the ability to make a quick repair they can cause premature failure later on. You were provided with options for a blower motor and capacitor replacement as well as an estimate to replace your unit which has had a warranty lapse in 2013. As always you have the choice to do nothing which is what you had elected to do at the time of your appointment.Precision Air & Plumbing

This is not a trustworthy company. My fianc and I were told our unit needed to be replaced or they could repair the blower motor and compacitor for ****( later it changed to ****). Either way, we got a second opinion from a different company. It was just a burnt wire. The other company had it diagnosed and fixed in under an hour. Precision was willing to let us suffer in over 100 degree heat in our home for over ********************************************************************************** I needed a 14 thousand dollar new AC unit( dropped it to **** thousand because we have SRP). I cannot believe a company like this is allowed to do business.Precision Air & Plumbing

I had a new a/c unit installed in 2020 from this company. Ever since it was installed I have had nothing but issues. I have called the company countless times to have them look at it, with no resolution. Every summer I have to deal with 80+ degrees in my living area. Once again, I made my call this past week after having a week of 85+ degrees in the house. Technician came out this past Wednesday, 06/28/2023. He tried several things to try to fix it. He told me that the unit isnt good, Precision Air will have to get me a new unit and it will be covered since mine is under warranty. He states he spoke to his manager and he will give me a call the next day. Two days go by and no call. I called myself and was informed no manager is able to talk to me. The will talk to me in the near future. This is after I one again explained I have had to go through this every summer since it was installed. It is 87 degrees in my house, my dogs are panting and I have sweat dripping down me sitting on my couch. I called Saturday, 07/01/2023 asking to speak to a manager or someone in the warranty department. I was told its a holiday weekend and no managers are available. The offer to have a technician come out was given to me. I explained I just had one come out Wednesday, he told me the unit is not working. Having another come out wont help me. I have had multiple techs come out over the years and it has NEVER been fixed. I was passed to a different individual (not a manger) who again told me a tech can come out. She then told me all the managers are with other tech at sites and are not able to talk to me, but they will call you. Have your phone by you.No call. That brings me to my current time at 8:53 at night. My a/c is set to 85, it is 88, this is with 2 fans going. Im hot, my kids, my dogs and my cats are HOT.I am disappointed and disgusted about how I have been treated by this company. No integrity. If you treat your customers like family, you must hate them.Precision Air & Plumbing

Outstanding company. They have a 24 hour line so you can speak with a real person. They came out the next day and gave us a thorough explanation of what was wrong with our HVAC system. They retuned in a day and the two technicians worked tirelessly until the job was finished, tested and cleaned up. They were very courteous. They sent a text with the name and photo of the technician coming to the house. We are very pleased with the entire experience and recommend Precision Air to anyone needing HVAC.service.
