Got 3 quotes for 2 heat pump systems to be installed. Precision was on par with the other two quotes, but the field supervisor (*****) who initially came out to inspect the old equipment and give me a quote made the difference. Very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me at all...like at all. Almost a reverse salesman. The install crew of 4 guys arrived on time, got right to work and work continuously until both systems were installed (2 outside heat pumps and 2 attic air handlers). Everything was picked up and carried away. Friendly crew (then entertained my annoying questions and being nosey at times). Overall great experience.

***** who came for the estimate was polite, answered all my questions and did not try to sell me anything extra that I did not need or want. ***** and ***** who did the work, did an excellent job. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who ask me about repairs or replacing their AC/heating unit. This is a company that not only care and respect the clients but employs very experienced and conscientious employees.Precision Air & Plumbing

Our heat wouldnt come on after being gone for a few days. Placed a call to Precision at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, had a technician on site within 30 minutes, and repairs plus testing completed by 4:45. Great job to ******/Precision Tech!Precision Air & Plumbing

Precision Air and Plumbing are great. So glad we decided to use them to purchase our air conditioner. Today we needed plumbing help and they were here in less than 24hours. Today I had a 2 and a half ton ******************* unit installed on the roof of my 2nd floor condo by Precision Air and Plumbing. Last week ***** sat down with me and was so professional in explaining all I needed to know and answering my questions. Today the two technicians, *** and ***, just spent half a day with the installation. From start to finish, I was so impressed. They worked tirelessly and carefully, making sure each step was ***************. They were prompt in getting here, professional, friendly, experienced in the business, and competent. This was my first time buying an new AC unit, and it was an awesome experience.Precision Air & Plumbing

***** is a fantastic technician. He has checked out my AC a few times . He corrected issues that my previous AC company never fixed. The previous company will no longer be used as their technician is very incompetent. Love Precision Air!Precision Air & Plumbing
