When I called at midnite of 10-3-22I was upset when told no one available until after 7 AM. I said, what is this, your supposed to have **** service and gave me the excuse of, all booked up and no one available. Called them 7AM and said 3PM was earlist they coulld come. Did come an hour earlier and ****, the Tech showed respect, expertise and summary of job done. Cleaned up everything, the first anyone ever did. **** is an asset to your company! **** apologized for the treatment I received at midnite of 10-3-22. If it wouldn't have for ****, the tech, Precision Air would have lost a long time client. The five stars is for ****! ******************Precision Air & Plumbing

On 8/30/22 my AC went out and I called Precision Air. An AC tech (******) came out that same day. He got up on the roof, looked at my issue, told me he didn't have a long enough wire to correct the problem that day and then proceeded to tell me I needed an electrician, instead of telling me he would come back the next day with the proper wire and fix my AC. (my AC is under warranty btw). At his direction, I hired an electrician, at my cost, he fixed my issue. The Precision technician did come back the next day, but I don't feel I should have been told to hire an electrician, as Precision Air should have repaired it.Precision Air & Plumbing

Hello, It appears that when we came out initially on 8/30/2022 our tech checked the package unit system for voltage. He verified that the fuses were intact but the unit was only recieving 120 volts when it needs 220 volts. He went to the breaker box and found that the breaker was recieving 240 volts and had not been tripped. This indicates that there is a short somewhere in the wire between the breaker box and disconnect. This wire is exsisting to the home and is connected to at time of install but is part of the home electrical system. We are not certified electricians so we felt it best to get an electrician involved as is it not apart of the system and workmanship warranty that was provided by precision. After having the technician back out at the home on 9/1/2022 he found the unit to be operational and found that the electrician had made several splicing connections including in the disconnect box where emergency power is supplied to the unit. He did not feel comfortable tampering with the electricians work as it seemed to be a patch repair and did not want to be liable due to uncertainty if the repair was up to code. Please not that this electrical failure in the home supplied electrical took place after the unit ran for 10 months without issue. Precision air and plumbing stand behind all of their work however this situation was not a concern of workmanship but was a concern of the electrical in the home that is not a part of the **** system.Review fromKathy G

As we all know, costs have been rising. Inflation is across the board. None-the-less, our pricing is still in line with our industry's national average and fair. Sure, cost is one thing, but having it installed by a reputable, licensed contractor and backed by a workmanship warranty is not part of the cost. Nor is the installation labor by a certified technician. This is simply not a fair review solely based on COSTS of an item. As you mention, there are many variables when it comes to replacing a run capacitor - the most common item to be frequently replaced with an AC system. The depiction of us is not warranted. As always, our consumers have the option to price shop before selecting our services. We strive for 100% customer satisfactionkim c.

**************** was very pleasant for a Sunday night. They sent a person to look at my A/C and figure out why it wasnt working. He was quick and efficient. The problem was a plugged condensation drain pipe. The estimate to cut the pvc pipe and blow it out with condensed air was $380.00, which i said was too much and would do it myself. He called his boss and came back with an estimate of $150.00. Still high but acceptable. Apparently the drain line is only guaranteed for 1 month if you have a service contract. Otherwise good job. Thanks for coming out in middle of the night.Precision Air & Plumbing

The repair man explained what the exact issues were and replaced my faucet that was wearing out and leaking after 20 years with a new one, and also replaced my shut off valve to the house which was also not working and would no longer shut off for any repair work inside. It was ore money than I had planned to pay that day to fix a leak under my sink, but once we found out what the issues were, I am very thankful that he caught both issues and repaired them that day.
