      Shades were ordered online through selectblinds.com. When they were delivered, they were defective, the components of the rollers for the shades were defective, the material was torn, and the shades were unable to be used.Upon reporting this problem to the company, we were told that no refunds would be granted. We were told that the company would replace the damaged shades, however it was obvious that the design of the shades is defective and their replacement of the entire order would not resolve the issue.We also submitted a replacement request through their website.In both instances, we were told we would have a response within ***** hours. It is now almost 4 days later and no response. The product and customer service of this company should be reported and made known to anyone who is considering doing business with selectblinds.com.

      It appears these shades are being used in a boat or RV and the constant shifting of the blinds will cause the fabric to catch onto components of the shade.  This product is not meant for this type of application and our management team has been attempting to reach out in the hopes that we can get you a new product or refund for what was damaged.  Please reply back to us directly and we can resolve this claim for you.

      The business' response is inaccurate. Additionally, the same response was sent via email to which we promptly responded and are still waiting on a response from the company. So, for the company to say they have tried to contact ** is very misleading. Additionally, regarding the mentioning of an "RV", this was parked and leveled, not "in motion" as the company so wrongly assumed and is trying to deflect from their bad product and poor customer service.

      Placed an order (#*******) for several 1" Architect Blinds totaling $591.13 in 5/3/23. Order stated it would ship on 5/10/23. As of today, 5/23/23, it is still showing in the "Processing" stage of the order. After numerous attempts to contact Select Blinds, I only got one email saying they would check with the facility and provide an update and still no update. They do not answer their phone, respond to their text messages, and give a generic response when having to submit a question online. They have insulated themselves from having to talk to their customers and provide any type of customer service. I would like a full refund since my order has not even made yet as I'm worried that even when the blinds are made, they will be wrong based on the hundreds of complaints this company seems to get,

      We ordered blinds with a "Design Consultant" at Select Blinds. The agent did not place the correct order, and we received the wrong products. Now the merchant is not willing to fix the issue.

      - Date of transaction: 5/16/23 ; cost: $154.17 (offer 24 hr cancelation/modification time period)- Order placed by mistake - Contacted "chat" feature 7 times within 1 hr of purchase to cancel order and countless times since then. Not responsive. - When calling # on site, offered text/chat feature. Have tired 2 times with no response (picture attached)- Chat feature has now been disabled allowing no contact option to company (not allowing me to document my previous chats)

      The Merchant is not responding: Im having problems and I'm very upset. 1. Half the order is missing the 3 blinds for the bedroom never showed up! 2. The ones that did come are all missing the stick to turn the blinds open and closed. 3. They are not cut to the size that I ordered , they are all off. 4. The quality is lacking for the price. With this said, I am requesting a refund.

      Online window covering website has a very misleading "FIT guarantee". As recommended on the website (****************************************************************), I ordered 1 of the custom ***** shades to make sure I had the right fit. When I received the order, the fit didn't work. I needed some adjustments to the size...should have been ****" width and 58" height. I reached out to their customer service chat who then informed me that they don't guarantee fit on my order because I paid more and got the motorized version. Instead, I had to repurchase the window covering and get a mere 10% off. Wow! I am very taken back that this website retailer misleads customers. Basically, they are noting that if you pay more for a product forget satisfaction and their guarantee. This is definitely not the experience I was expecting.

I was just directed to wait for someone to answer the electronic filed complaint/warranty issue. The only thing I have received is an automatic electronic email response telling me that someone will be reviewing my claim. I followed this email with yet another attempt via email to try to have someone contact me to resolve the issue. It's been over a week and I have not received a response. Please help me get a resolution on this issue.

      Order #: ******* Date Placed: 4/7/2023 Items: 2 Total: $634.69 2 sets of blind there shipping company had blind hour from my house then shipped them to a 3rd party company 3 hours away and have had them for over a week zero communication already wasted a day home waiting for the day i was told they be delivered. no one ever showed up then this company wants me to contact there shipping company find out why i don't have them only find out there not even there but 3 hours away now. have lied in emails and messaged and sent back smart a** messages.

      I ordered 6 sets of blackout blinds that arrived on 4/13. We began to install the blinds and saw that their width was too small and they didn't fill the windows. We measured them and every set was shorter than we ordered, by at least 1/4 inch, and for some, it was more than that. We ordered blackout blinds specifically so that they would block light coming in to support a serious medical condition my husband has. We measured the blinds according to the directions on their website and were very upset that they were cut wrong. We reached out to the business on 4/16 and submitted the information to them showing the mistake. They replied to us on 4/17 and rejected our claim saying they were made correctly according to them. They told us they subtract a certain amount from our measurements when they manufacture them, so they were made correctly. I do NOT see anywhere on their site or especially in their measuring directions that they SUBTRACT anything off our measurements when they manufacture them. If we knew that ahead of time, we would have known they would NOT fill the windows completely and we'd end up with light leaking through, which is unacceptable for what we expected to receive and need for my husbands' medical condition. I contacted them again on 4/18 by phone and no one picked up. I was directed to a text message, which no one ever responded to (attached). I then went back onto the website to chat with an agent who cut me off and told me to basically take a hike. It was impossible to get proper customer support on this. We want a refund so we can purchase blinds from another vendor that will actually be what we need. We used up our whole budget on these blinds and they are no good to us. It's VERY deceiving to do business this way. Their Return/90-day guarantee policy is very clear as well (attached) about replacing products that are not made to "the same size and specifications you ordered". I am also filing a complaint with the ******** Attorney General.

      Our management team has made multiple attempts to reach out to help work towards a solution. When ordering inside mount, our instructions state to provide us with the exact size of the window opening and we will make the shades fit perfectly. For your item, we take a 1/8" deduction on each side to make sure the shades don't scrape the window sill.  Based on the photos we received, these shades were made perfectly and should fit perfectly if the window dimensions you provided us are accurate. Please respond back to our team and we would love to resolve this for you.

      We ordered many shades from them, however 10 of them were made with 3" brackets and sent with 4" fascia. We ordered 4". They are refusing to send us the 3" in fascia at no charge but instead what to send us 4" brackets. Since the shades have already been installed, we would have to uninstall all of them, change out the brackets and reinstall, weakening their hold having to drill back into the same spot. They want to charge me for the fascia that fits the brackets already installed. The company admitted to the incorrect bracket size. But is unwell to replace the fascia with that will fit the bracket size.
