      This place will try to scam you into filing a claim with your ***************** for unnecessary work, only to benefit them. They take advantage of your emergency and try to get you to sign contracts to lock you in. We had their fans in our house for 24 hours, because we trusted what we thought was a professional, and when we were told not even 24 hours later that they were unnecessary, we told them to come get them. Then they sent a bill for $300 after telling my husband that we wouldnt be charged. The claim with our insurance would have been over $40k and we would have been dropped even though their scam artist employee ****** said they wouldnt drop us.

      After experiencing a floor at my home, I'm here to give my appreciation towards Adams hardworking team. about 5 months ago, I had all of my flooring removed throughout my home and also my kitchen cabinets. The dry out and demolition went as smoothly as it could.. they rest assured me that the process would not be the easiest to go through, but they would be with me every step of the way. Due to my hesitation, they called my adjuster daily until we got a firm approval in writing from them. This put my heart and mind at ease. That shows you they truly care about their customers. Once the first phase was completed, it was time to reconstruct... that process took the longest as they informed me we had to wait for approvals before we jump start the reconstruction process. They CC'd me on all emails towards my adjuster and would call me after every attempt they tried reaching out. To make this long story short (lol), Adams is one of the best companies that I have ever worked with. I appreciate their patience with not only me but my stubborn insurance company. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

      I have great things to say about ***** and **** from their ******************* They did a great job of installing the drywall and painting after our flood from a water softener. On time, very nice and completed their portion of our job when promised. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Not so sure I can say the same about the rest of their departments. My job is not complete yet.

      This company is a scam. I kept telling them not to do any work until my insurance was accepted. They did the demolition still then my claim got denied and they said I owed them ****** dollars cause they took the stuff out of my garage and if I want it back I would have to pay them. When they gave my stuff back they also gave me other people's stuff. Inside some of those boxes was medical bills and medications. I still have a torn up garage and holes on my wall. I still to this day so not know if I really got back all my stuff.

      Please do not use this company. It has been a nightmare from the start. They refuse to call you back or point blank lie to you. I flooring thst that is still torn up from a hot water heater burst. Shelving has been removed from my garage and not replaced. It took forever to have my washer, dryer, and water heater reinstalled. Had someone call to say they are coming out to do this, had to let him know that it was completed already. Service technician did not have a clue. I cant get the results of a mold sample. This all has been going on for over a year. This is all very frustrating. The promises of a phone call and then nothing. I'm a proud disabled retired veteran.

      When our part of our home flooded due to a bad dishwasher hose, and the landlord was taking her time and not taking it seriously enough, a friend recommended Adams Restoration. They came out the same day we called, and started the work immediately. The tech was respectful, hardworking, & efficient. I felt comfortable with them being in my home, and like I could trust them, which isn't always the case. I asked them to check for any signs of mold or mildew, and they checked in front of me with their reader machines. They took my concerns seriously and were able to show me there was neither mildew nor mold. The process only took a few days from start to finish. I was able to easily move and work around the fans with the way the tech had set them up. There was no mess left behind or odor. Thank you for servicing my home. My landlord was impressed as well and will likely use your services for future needs. Professional 5 star service. Thanks again!
