      This dealership places prices of all of its merchandise on the item/vehicles. I attempted to purchase an item clearly advertised and with a price tag on it of $11,635. However they tried to add nearly an additional $4,000 to the price before tax and licensing bringing the total to in excess of $18,000. Thats a nearly 65% increase over the advertised price. At best its misleading. At worst its a criminal conspiracy and failure to honor a posted price. Its definitely not an ethical practice and is intentionally misleading to consumers.

      I purchased a motorcycle from this location. I am an out of state resident , and upon purchase was charged sales taxes and registration/title/plate charges.I informed the sales man that I am an ****** resident, I should not be paying taxes and that i wanted to register the vehicle out of state. they told me that unfortunately I'm not exempt from sales tax.I purchased the motorcycle in January, waited for months for plate and registration paperwork, and never received anything. after numerous contact to DMV i was informed that motorcycle was never registered, and I should not have been charged taxes.I contacted ride now, and they admitted the error, and stated they notes this error back in January but never reached out to anyone. after numerous attempts to contact them, I was asked to submit a form **** which i did. but then I got a call from someone regarding a check that would be overnighted to me in the amount of 734.77.I waited for two days and did not receive payment, I contacted them again two days later, and I was told that they would work on that check but it would be a completely different amount, less than $734.77 that I was told. I'm extremely frustrated that no one contacted me back in January when this error was noted. and made by their sales , and the amount of misinformation, inconsistent information and lack of follow through I'm getting from this company. I would like to be refunded the registration fees, plate fees and the taxes i was upcharges.

      -Date of transaction: 08/16/2023 -Traded in ***** rebel 300 for credit towards new bike (***** Navi)I signed all the proper paperwork and financing was agreed to. The bike was delivered to my home. After a month I am still unable to verify that financing has been established. I cannot pay for the bike I have purchased. I have contacted the *********** after week and I keep being lied to about financing. Sometimes they say it should process soon but never does, One other time I was told to sign paperwork remotely but nothing materialized after that.

      I put a 2019 Triumph motorcycle from ******** Motorsports in *******, ** on August 5, 2023. I had several issues with just actually picking up my bike from them the following week that consisted of three additional trips to their location. I was then given a 30 day paper plate and was told I would receive my plates in the mail. As of today, October 2, 2023, I still do not have plates. When I call, I can only get VMs. My mother started calling on my behalf and as of last week, she received a VM that most likely Ride Now would not have my tags/plates until this week. This is in spite of them knowing I live in **** and need **** plates. They told me originally they would send to the ** DMV then ** would send to **** and would go to the our county DMV and they would send plates. I called our county courthouse last week and they have no record of this motorcycle being registered. Again, I called Ride Now and was told what I mentioned above. I have not been able to ride my bike since September 8 as that is when the paper plate expired. We are almost 60 days out and I cannot get anyone to pick up their business phone when I call, they can not tell me where my plates are at or when I will receive them in the mail. I am at lost and extremely frustrated with their business practices. I need your help in resolving this issue. I should have had my plates 30 days ago. Can you please help me?? *********************

      I purchased a tire and wheel warranty that was sold asPuncture, Blowout, Road Hazard, etc.= Repair or Replace no out of pocket..My tire (in good shape) picked up two punctures, took to the shop and let them do the warranty repairBefore releasing my vehicle to me I was notified of a $116.00 charge for the warranty replacement!? I confronted the shop and asked why Im paying for a warranty and yet youre charging me $116.00 for a warranty replacement? Ridenow could not answer that question. I was simply told I dont know FurthermoreThe tire that was provided was not *** tire but yet a cheaper tire. I asked management why Im being charged and even they told me they didnt know. So I was charged and couldnt take my vehicle unless I paid the $116.00 for a warranty replacement tire that costs significantly less than the *** tire. Im very confused and frustrated that no one can tell me why I was charged for a warranty replacement and that I have to accept I dont know as an answer. I suspect they are double dipping charging me for a warranty thats not really a warranty and putting less than the factory original as the replacement. I believe this warrants an investigation.

      Summary -- I purchased a new 2022 ********************************* on 7/1/2022. I took it to ****** Ridenow Powersports for service on 5/3/2023 but they had to order parts. I returned it to them on 5/24/2023 when parts arrived. They kept it for service starting on 5/24/2023.-- In contrast to what I was told and to how they manage their own machines, during their possession of my machine, Ridenow deliberately moved my new ********** outside, unprotected/uncovered, for business days during a 56-day period from 5/24/2023 to 7/18/2023.-- When I picked up my machine, it was obvious that the inside of my machine had been subjected to multiple occurrences of rain the interior displayed signs of considerable water accumulation. It was also wet from rain during that day. -- In addition, a wheel fender was broken while in their possession which they failed to mention Supporting information -- Ridenow treated my machine differently than they treat their own machines: ---- Like my machine, they roll their machines outside every day. However, all of their machines are moved to protected/covered locations.-- When I left my machine with Ridenow, the parts department said that they would take good care of it-- Before this situation, my machine was in showroom condition Interactions with Ridenow -- I had several conversations with the locations manager. He was willing to address the cosmetic issues but has not committed to addressing the material damage/wear/tear other than replacing the broken wheel fender.-- Their standard business practice (according to manager) for vehicles being serviced is to move them outside each day because there is not room in the shop I was not informed prior to leaving my machine in their possession. The manager also stated that the vehicles being serviced are moved outside (instead of inside) to avoid potential customers from asking if they are for sell.

      I purchased a bike here. Unfortunately, the bike was unsafe to ride due to the suspension. They pick the bike up took it back refunded my credit card ****+ dollars. This is now showing up on my credit and I do not have a bike or any purchase from the store. ****** can see this as well, and keeps telling me to go to the store to get them to reverse the charge fully however, they have failed to do so. My next step is claims court for the amount owed plus pain and suffering.

      Somehow, when I ordered a part directly from ****** I ended up going through a 3rd party seller to this company. They sent me a part, the wrong part. It was not my fault; it was not their fault. It was the fault of the manufacturer believing that it was the right part. So, I needed to return the part. I HAVE TO NOW PAY for this part to be returned; they have to inspect it before they hand me a refund. Now, I had to pay for the shipping to my house; by the way, never wanted it shipped to my house, I wanted it shipped to a local shop SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR TRACKED SHIPPING BACK. NONE of this is my fault, but I am going to be out $50 for their s**** up.

      We purchased a New Sea doo boat for ****** March 2023. First, the company did not honor the sale price of the boat that they had advertised for. We had the boat for 2 weeks and took it to the lake 3 times. The first time we took it out, we got it on the water, and the battery was dead evidently due to electrical issues with the boat that we were not told about. The second time we took it out, it ran ok, and we were able to get the boat speed up to 18 mph. One evening, I was outside, and something on the boat was running and almost drained the battery again. **** now told ** that the radio turns on by itself. They know this is an issue. They charged ** to fix a known issue. The third time we took it to the lake, we could not get the speed over 7-8mph. This boat is supposed to do at least 25mph. We took it to the ride now power sport because of all the issues we were having, and they had the boat for over 1 month. My husband did get a rock in the propeller due to not having power on the boat to get ** away from a beach area. I am furious that we were charged for certain things to be fixed on the boat, for example, almost ****** for a lake test and a few other charges that we were charged. They charged for warranty issues. At most, we should only be charged $454,46. We paid *******. We took the boat ot today 5-6-23 and with four adults on the boat, we still could only go 14mph. Most of the time, it was still running at 9 mph. We should not be having issues with a brand new boat. I do have a video of when the boat turned on by itself. I have a video of the speeds we are getting from our first boat ride since getting it back from RideNow. We have text messages saying they won't be charging ** for items they did charge ** for. We were charged $1200.00 on some issues that should have been on warranty. I believe this boat is a lemon. I believe that we should be able to get out of this boat and into one that actually works properly. I certainly believe we should get some of the money refunded when we took the boat back to RideNow Powersports ******. For some reason when I select ****** it keeps using the address in *****.

      It is our understanding that the customer has had conversations with our store about the billing of services. We do show that a refund should have been issued for a battery switch. We are currently discussing the customers speed issues with the manufacture of their boat as to what may be causing it to not reach top speed.

      I purchased a 2016 Polaris ranger in March of 2022 from the ride now in ***** **, since Ive bought it its been in the shop for issues that should have been fixed prior to buying it, I have warranty on the bike and the location will not accept the warranty I purchased through them,

      We have explained to our customer that in order to diagnose his vehicle for potential damages and attempt to submit any claim to his warranty provider on his behalf, we need his authorization to take components of his vehicle apart. The dealership does take a fully refundable deposit to perform this inspection. If there is sufficient damage covered by his warranty provider, all funds will be returned to him. If there is insufficient damage found or his claim is denied, this deposit is used to pay for the time the technician spent evaluating his vehicle. Our customer has denied our request to conduct an inspection.

      We have already fully covered our customers last claim of repairs needed as a goodwill gesture in August of 2022, but advised at that time all future issues would be his responsibility.
